Not being able to park in front of the hotel to offload luggage is a slight inconvenience

Excellent location right across cathedral plaza.

The location was perfect- right across from the Basilica and on the plaza. Easy to walk everywhere from the hotel. Breakfast was very good

Small room- not all the plugs worked -small bathroom- no coffee in the room -

The room with a view to the Pilar was the main reason why we chose this hotel and the experience was amazing! The staff was very friendly, the room was clean. Fresh breakfast every morning. Would come back again.

The bed in the room was big and comfortable, however, the leather corners were torn, so probably would be a good time for renewal or replacement.

Breakfast was very good.

Unfortunately there was a bar near the hotel and people were very noisy until 5am. The shower was blocked and water did not drain away properly.

Great hotel, very nice in a great location - just in front of the Cathedral El Pilar, which is beatifully illuminated at night. Very nice hospitality of the staff and a great help!! Thanks!! Very good breakfast with a variety of dishes. Be aware about parking, which is just below the Plaza in which the hotel resides, Please wait for E-mail of directions to the Parking, in which you can get a large discount as a hotel guest. If not received - just ask the reception for directions.

Noise - you can hear your neighbors talking, or using shower Bed - bed was really short (but wide) and I had to sleep diagonally

Excellent location in old town of Zaragoza, in the plaza of the cathedral. Parking excellently situated underground and very close to hotel. Beds amongst most comfortable ever slept in. Would highly recommend Hotel Pilar Plaza to anyone wishing to experience the delights of the old town.
