雖然早餐的選擇不多，但是都很好吃！非常意外！

下停車場的車道狹窄，但沒辦法，台北寸土寸金！有提供停車場就很棒了！

Staffs are very friendly and helpful.

The sounds from outside are very loudly, bathroom’s water is very hot and hard to balance the temperature.

The front of house staff were very attentive and helpful. They aiding with the checking in system and also helping to order a taxi. They were polite and attentive. No language problems at all.

However, there was quite a bit of hair in the bathroom (in sink and bath and on floor). I think the toilet could have done with a bit more cleaning too. Some black mould growth on seals around bottom of shower/bath and sink need to be dealt with.

Spacious, comfortable bed and near Raohe night market which is about 5-7mins taxi ride.

The hotel is intended for business stay but if you are there for leisure, in a group of more than 4 then you will either be complained or be complaining about the noise as the walls are paper thin. You can hear next door mumblings easily. For some of the rooms, particularly room 220, you will hear aircon or machine sounds every 10 mins. It's impossible to sleep. What is most impossible is the water temperature. I spent a good 10 mins for both days to adjust the hot and cold water to get the perfect temperature but it is impossible. The water gets either extremely hot or cold. If you have young kids, please do not let them take the showers on their own as they will scald themselves.

stayed on 17/11/2022 was supposed to stay for a 4 nights because of the work in Nangang Expo. After a Night i give up on this super poor hotel. 1. there’s no ironing board & ironing machine 2. the room is so stuffy and the Air-conditioning is not working properly. they came to fix and still the same damn thing too stuffy 3. weak sound proof design 4. pretty old buildings 5. very fake staff that is not attentive to solve your problem after a night I want to cancel my stay and that got even worst! they told me to call to Booking.com for cancellations I did what they told and manage this thing for an hour there in the hotel. the staff called multiple time to their office and received also the bookings call. then they said come back in few hours we will manage it. after i got back there at 5pm. again the staff said you need to call to booking for cancellation?!?!?!?!?!? this got me on anger! wasted my time for an hour in the morning to do what they told and came back with nothing done. I forced them to call to their management on the spot to solve this issue and then! They tell the whole damn story from A-Z again and cancel of my booking and refunded me. the whole bloody morning wasted me an hour and did not solve me anything! came back got angry and force them to do on the spot then only it been solve. my strong recommendations to not stay at this hotel! never ever give them a second chances!

Some facilities of the hotel are old and decrepit

Beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The air conditioning was effective and only made a whisper while operating.

Breakfast selections could have offered more variety.

I booked hotel for 3 reasons mainly because i would be spending most of the time at hotel. 1 location 2 on your web site there was room service no room service 3 on you web site also there was suppose to be a restaurant no restaurant only breakfast in the morning.
