Das Objekt liegt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit einer schönen Dachterasse Zum Wandern allerdings nicht geeignet. Der Besitzer sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir waren vom ersten Augenblick an begeistert von dem Haus. Es ist liebevoll eingerichtet und erzählt eine Geschichte. Man merkt sofort, dass man an einem ganz besonderen Ort ist. Auch für Kinder ist alles vorhanden. Stefano hat für unseren 4-jährigen Sohn einen Rausfallschutz am Bett montiert, ein Babybettchen und einen Hochstuhl aufgebaut und die Treppe absturzgesichert. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar der Kühlschrank war für das erste Frühstück gefüllt, inklusive riesigem Obstkorb, sodass wir am Anreisetag erstmal entspannen konnten. So einen tollen Service hatten wir bisher nie in einem Ferienhaus. Wir denken sehr gerne an unseren Urlaub dort zurück.

Una casa antica davvero molto speciale, piena di storia, ma nel contempo provista di tutti i confort. E’ stata modernizzata solo per quanto concerne gli aspetti pratici e operativi, non “inquinando” l’impianto complessivo, né l’aspetto. Scelte di materiali e soluzioni ingegnose, sfruttando tutti gli spazi come in barca, la caratterizzano, non sacrificando mai l’estetica (per nascondere il condizionatore sul tetto è stato costruita una casetta con coppi antichi). Si trova a Gabicce Monte, all’imbocco del Parco naturale di San Bartolo, dove si possono fare delle meravigliose passeggiate sul crinale di colline a picco sul mare e scendere lungo i sentieri per andare direttamente su spiagge di sabbia raggiungibile solo dopo una bella passeggiata o via mare. Si puo’ partire direttamente da casa o prendere la Panoramica in auto e spostarsi per amdare nelle parti più distanti Dai terrazzi si vede il mare, il castello di Gradara, il parco e la pianura collinare. Entro 1 ora di auto si possono andare a visitare vari centri d’arte minori e maggiori. Da Urbino a San Marino a San Leo, Verucchio, Santarcangelo etc. Abbiamo trovato molto bello poter alternare giorni con camminate nel parco (dove pure ci sono piccoli centri d’arte) o visitare le varie cittadine nei dintorni. A Gabicce Mare c’è un piccolo negozio aperto solo al mattino che ha i beni di prima necessità. Noi siamo arrivati sabato pomeriggio, ma abbiamo trovato la casa provista di tutti gli alimenti di prima necessità e quanto basta per campare anche diversi giorni (pane, latte, frutta, dolci etc.). Abbiano conosciuto Stefano, il proprietario, che ci ha accolto come parenti amati. Premuroso (ma non invadente), pronto a dare consigli e aiutarci per risolvere piccoli problemi. Una casa unica in una posizione strategica.

Mein Mann und ich haben im Casa Marola einen wunderschönen Urlaub verbracht! Das Haus ist sehr süß und liebevoll eingerichtet! Mit den 2 Terassen ein perfektes Urlaubsdomizil! Auch unsere Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett und uns bei jeder Frage behilflich. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank eingeräumt mit allem , was man für die ersten Tage braucht und auch sonst war alles vorhanden. Der Ort Gabicce Monte ist recht überschaubar mit guten Restaurants, Pizzeria und eine schöne Bar/ Café haben einen sensationellen Ausblick!Eine kleine Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist auch vorhanden. Der Strand ist auch sehr schön und es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung, die man mit dem Auto machen kann! Alles in Allem können wir es nur weiterempfehlen!! Kerstin & Herbert

Wo soll man da nur anfangen. Alles in Allem war unser Aufenthalt einfach wundervoll. Es beginnt damit, dass uns Stefano persönlich willkommen geheißen hat. Mit einem großen Früchtekorb und alles was man für die ersten Mahlzeiten braucht. Die Wohnung liegt wunderbar ruhig in einer Sackgasse mit direkten Parkmöglichkeiten. Die Wohnung war sauber und überall waren frische Blumen. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Ein extra Babybett mit Moskitonetz und Spieluhr, Rausfallschutz am großen Bett für unsere größere Tochter, Treppenschutz und frische Hand- und Badetücher wurden für uns bereitgestellt. Wir kamen Mittwochs an und am Sonntag wurde das Haus nochmals geputzt und frische Handtücher gebracht. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet man merkt, dass viel Liebe in dem Haus steckt. Es fehlte uns an nichts! Das Highlight der Wohnung sind die zwei Dachterrassen mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht. Stefano war für uns immer gut zu erreichen und war auch innerhalb non 5 Minuten da wenn es uns an irgendwas gefehlt hat (wir haben aus Versehen das warme Wasser abgestellt). In wenigen Minuten ist man an einem kleinen Lebensmittelladen, Eisdiele, Bars und Restaurants. Gabicce Monte hat von jeder Ecke aus einen schönen Ausblick auf Gabicce Mare und Cattolica, eine Tischreservierung ist gerade am Wochenende empfehlenswert, da dann besonders viele Touristen auf den Berg kommen. Wir können es nur jedem Empfehlen in diesem wunderbaren Haus Urlaub zu machen. Es fühlt sich an als würde man nach Hause kommen. Vielen Dank dafür!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr liebevoll und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.Für alle Probleme gibt es durch Stefano eine Lösung. Es gibt eine wunderbare Dachterrasse auf 2Ebenen, begrünt und mit Sitzkissen und Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft von Stefano und Cristina. Bei unserer Ankunft war der Kühlschrank gefüllt und in der Küche standen viele hochwertige Lebensmittel und Getränke bereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts war Stefano immer ansprechbar und hat sich hervorragend und fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und uns mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflugszielen, Restaurants, Einkäufen usw. versorgt. Das haben wir so noch nie erlebt. Wir würden die Casa Marola jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Everything was just nice. Stefano gave us a warm welcome. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed: Coffee, Pasta, fresh fruit. From the cosy roof top we could see both, the see and the mountains. We loved that carefully renovated old little house with all the old details and fotographs from Stefanos grandfather. For us, it was a perfect place to relaxe , to go for hiking and to bike rides. Loved it. Thank you so much, Stefano.

Ein sehr schön saniertes Gebäude im historischen Kern von Gabbice Monte. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr nette Begrüßung und Verabschiedung vom Vermieter. Ungewöhnlich reichhaltiger Lebensmittelvorrat. Wunderschöbe Terrasse mit Blick zum Meer und in die Berge der Marken. Ruhige Lage. Lbensmittel im Ort. Strand etwas weiter entfernt (viele Höhenmeter), aber abseits kasernierter Feriendomiziele.

Ondanks onze late aankomst rond 1.15 snachts, werden we hartelijk verwelkomd door de eigenaar, Stefano. Wij hebben zijn er 12 dagen geweest in Augustus met ons gezin met 2 kinderen van 16 en 17 jaar. Alles is in het huis aanwezig. Zelfs strandhanddoeken en paraplu’s. Stefano had gezorgd voor vers fruit en verse producten on een pasta te maken. De eerste dagen hoefden we geen boodschap te halen: heerlijk ontspannend. Dank daarvoor, Stefano😘�. Het dorpswinkeltje met vriendelijke eigenaresse is een paar minuten lopen en heeft van alles (behalve vlees of vis). We kwamen er dagelijks voor vers brood, vleeswaren e.a. Wil je ‘zomers eten bij Bel Sit (de pizzeria in het dorp) reserveer dan op tijd als je bij het balkon wilt zitten. De parkeerplek voor het huis is niet handig met een grote auto maar goed. Het huis, de rust en de ligging maakt alles goed. Wij hebben altijd een parkeerplek gevonden, ondanks we er in het hoogseizoen waren rond ‘ferragosto’. In overleg met de buren of verder onderaan de weg. Overigens niet altijd even makkelijk. In tegenstelling tot de drukke Riviera Romagnola is het hier ‘s nachts stil. Fijn ook de stille airco’s in alle kamers. Ook in verschillende kamers een TV. Zelf hebben we geen tijd gehad voor tv kijken: genoeg te doen in de omgeving. Op het dakterras is het heerlijk: wanneer het warm is, is hier altijd een lekker windje. De jeugd vond m.n. Riccione leuk in de avond: winkelen tot 12 uur snachts en daarna een terrasje of een pizza. Dagelijks namen wij het steile pad langs de camping naar een ondergelegen strandje. Lekker rustig met max 6 andere personen. Ook hebben we een paar keer een andere plek bezocht in het mooie park San Bartolo. Altijd weer via smalle steile paadjes. We kwamen zelfs geiten tegen die tegen de kliffen in de schaduw lagen. We zagen ze in de eerste instantie niet maar roken ze wel. Ondanks we altijd een andere vakantie kiezen, komen we hier mogelijk nog eens terug. Een aanrader👌�🏻�

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Stefano ist ein sehr großzügiger Gastgeber und immer ansprechbar. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und die Zeit in Gabbice Monte leider zu schnell vorüber. Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen; besonders die Dachterrasse mit dem wunderschönen Rundumblick. Unser Urlaub in Casa Marola hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Die Ausstattung war modern und gut. Insbesondere war die Klimaanlage bei den hohen Temperaturen von Vorteil. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter hat sehr gut funktioniert. Die Lage oben auf dem Berg bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und vermittelt ein schönes Urlaubsgefühl. Treppenschutzgitter und Bettgitter für unsere Kinder waren vorhanden, sodass wir uns bei der Treppe keine Sorgen machen mussten. Erste Lebensmittel waren auch da. Wir können das Haus weiter empfehlen und es war ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen.

Dieses Ferienhaus ist wirklich sehr schön und super eingerichtet. Im Kühlschank erwarteten auf uns Obst, Gemüse, Teigwaren, hausgemachte Paste und Wein 👌 Von Stefano bekamen wir immer guten Tips für die Aufsflüge, Einkaufen regionale Produkte (auch Fische) und auch die Rezepte dazu 👌👌👌 Wir kommen gerne wieder 👍🥂😉

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Gabicce Mare verbracht. Das Haus war perfekt für unseren Urlaub und auch für unsere beiden Kinder war alles da - von Treppengittern bis hin zu Hochstuhl und Buggy. Der Sandstrand in Gabicce Mare ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen und eignet sich gut für Kleinkinder. Stefano und Cristina versorgten uns zudem mit vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The ancient charme of the fisherman houses and a warm interior. A well equipped kitchen with fresh products, complementary food and wine. A scenic terrasse with a sea view makes breakfast a wonderful moment to start your day. A fine restaurant complex is just 100 meters downhill. I had the best fish in ages. Stefano has been a very kind and instructive host. He was very interesting to discuss with him about the history of neighboring regions (Marche and Romagna). Don't miss, Urbino, Rimini, San Marino, Ravenna, Gradara. A really pleasant stay indeed. I strongly recommend this location, any time of the year. Paolo

Wir haben zum zweiten Mal die hervorragende Gastfreundschaft von Stefano genossen. Die tolle Lage der Wohnung, die sehr gute Ausstattung des Hauses und das gemütliche Ambiente in Gabicce Monte sind sehr attraktiv. Da kann man nur wiederkommen!

Die Vermieter haben das Ferienhaus sehr sorgsam und persönlich ausgestattet. Uns hat es gefallen, abends zusammen Essen zu zubereiten. Die Lebensmittel kann man unweit am Markt in einem kleinen Laden kaufen. Die Küche im Haus hat alles was nötig ist. Morgens kann man auf der Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer frühstücken und abends bei einem Glas Wein über die Dächer schauen. Das Haus ist groß genug für 4 Personen. - Alles sehr idyllisch. Stefano hat uns persönlich empfangen und verabschiedet … Danke!

La Casa Marola est une charmante petite maison dans un sympathique et cossu village perché au-dessus de la mer. Elle est facile d’accès depuis Bologne et idéalement située entre les plages préservées du parc naturel et l'animation des stations balnéaires de Cattolica et Rimini. Des vacances à l'italienne pour se faire plaisir en toute simplicité ; tout est beau, tout est bon … et les propriétaires sont chaleureux et généreux.

Wir waren 10 Tage in der Casa Marola und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Stefano hatte sogar Lebensmittel eingekauft, inklusive Wein und Aperitif :) Im Haus war alles sauber und nett dekoriert mit Blumen. Von den beiden Terassen hat man einen grandiosen Ausblick. Die Lage im Zentrum von Gabicce Monte ist sehr idyllisch und ruhig. Wir haben wunderbare und erholsame Tage in der Casa Marola verbracht. GRAZIE MILLE

We really enjoyed our stay at Cass Marola, a home with history and charm on the top of Gabbice Monte. It has a lovely roof top terrace with beautiful views. The bed was comfortable, everything was clean and well cared for, and the kitchen was extremely well-equipped and stocked with everything we needed. Stefano and his daughter were the best hosts, even providing us with fruit, wine and groceries on our arrival! They also went the extra mile by providing us with tips on things to see and do, and emailing us recipes. We've never seen this attention to detail and level of service in any of the places we have stayed at before. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay in this gorgeous house on top of Gabicce Monte. Stefano was very welcoming and had lot's of fruit and other groceries ready for us to use. The roof terrace is so beautiful. To wake up to that view every morning, priceless! We stayed here in August 2016, high season. We couldn't park our car in front of the house. We used the parking behind the church which cost 7 euro per day. The house itself is very well maintained. There's no air conditioning, but fans in every room. Stefano was very easy to reach and he even reminded us that there were shooting stars during our stay. He immediately solved some minor issues we told him about. Stefano, thank you so much. Dear Stefano and family, Thank you for a lovely stay in your charming and traditional cottage. We stayed there for three nights with our three children and agree with all of the previous reviews. A wonderful, clean and peaceful apartment in Gabicce Monte with huge ceiling terrace(s) and great view. In the kitchen there are all the needed equipment (and even more) what you could hope for. It was also a big plus to have a modern induction stove instead of having a gas stove. As a welcoming gesture, there were plenty of wine and food (bread, desserts, tomatos, cheese, paninis, fruits, milk, water, olive oil, butter, salad, pastas, tea, coffee) just waiting to be used freely without any extra cost during our vacation. This was the first time than somebody has really put this kind of effort just to make quests enjoy and relax from their arrival onwards. Other rooms, toilette and shower are in great condition. The apartment is very clean and an elderly woman from the next house also cleaned the apartment once during our 7 days stay. This apartment has something special: huge ceiling terrace(s), in which you have the 360 degree view to the mountains, the Adriatic Sea etc. Really wonderful place just to enjoy about the view, the wines, reading etc. Stefano and his family were extra ordinary helpful from the moment we reserved the apartment and during and after our vacation. We got invaluable information and advices which helped us in planning our vacation in Marche, highly appreciated. Words cannot express our gratitude, a million thanks to Stefano and to whole Cecchini family. Hopefully we are able to return someday to this wonderful area and Casa Marola. Tips: Car recommended for travelling in Marche. Parking in front of the apartment or nearby. Note that the streets are very narrow, do not even try to drive up to the apartment with a bigger car. If all the nearby places are occupied you need to reverse downwards in narrow streets which is not easy. We had rented Fiat 500L and even that was about the max size for narrow streets. Great restaurants nearby (eg. Posillipo, fantastic sunset view, reservation recommended in summer). Bigger food shops (eg. Conad) with versatile options is in Gabicce Mare, address VIA ALDO MORO 4. A smaller food shop in Gabicce Monte as well. Self-service laundry: (Lavanderie Self Service Easy Wash) in Via Panoramica 12 in Gabicce Mare, it’s inexpensive (open from 6-24 ). Casa Marola è un appartamento eccelente. La nostra vacanza è stata molto rilassante e soleggiata. Le terrazze sono un paradiso quando c´è l´afa. Wow, what a place! I really just can't say enough about both Casa Marola and it's owner Stefano. Originally my husband and I just booked two nights, but after keeping up a pretty exhausting pace we decided to slow down and stay an additional two nights. Stefano was such a gracious and accommodating host. He had everything for us to make a meal (actually a few meals), including wine! Coffee and a plethora of breakfast goodies. The house was so clean and obviously well maintained. The roof deck is something special, perfect for late afternoon drinks and taking in the scenery. Also, this house is a great base for exploring the area. Stefano was also excellent at giving us suggestions of things to do, his love of the area is obvious and something we appreciated greatly. It had us exploring things that we otherwise would not have found. Great list of all the business you would need in the area. My only recommendation to future travelers is if you are taking a car - travel compact! Our rental car company graciously "upgraded" us (meaning they no longer had any compact cars left by the time we got there) to a larger vehicle and I can tell you that Gabicce Monte is definitely a town not equipped for larger vehicles. Although honestly, we made it work, there is plenty of parking a very short walk away in town if the narrow roads make you nervous. I would recommend this property in a heartbeat and can't wait to return. Do yourselves a favor and take a stroll down to Osteria del Sorriso, some of the best seafood I have ever had, and practically a stones throw from Casa Marola. Thank you Stefano for everything.

I am not sure where to start on this review! We were into the 2nd week of our Italian vacation and I finally had my Italian driving in pretty good order. The directions to get to Casa Monte were spot on! When we got into Gabicce Monte and looked up the cobblestone road/drive I was thinking "now this will be a challenge"! It was fun! Up to the top, turn right and there was the exact picture we were waiting to see! Stefano came out of the door to meet us. ( We were an hour early) It was easy to see he was very pleased with the restoration he had done on the home! First, there was wine both in the fridge and on the counter, a fruit basket on the table, an assortment of drinks , bread, local pastry etc, etc, etc. much more than ever expected! It was greatly appreciated and we put most of it to good use! He is also proud of his family! Pictures on the wall showed older times of his grandfather at work, a group photo of families from the area and more. We took pictures of each of them. The home is all you could want or need. It will fit a family of 4 easily and there was only my wife and I. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck where in fact, Stefano has fresh herbs growing for those who are doing their own cooking. It is a fabulous spot that can easily be used as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding area. This is what we did. Even with six days we could not possibly see it all! We had dinner just around the corner at Osteria del Sorriso which was awesome! We had an appetizer and then I had rabbit and my wife had pasta with pesto. The owners were warm and greeted us at the door! Everyone we met in the area were very friendly and welcoming. Brush up on your small Italian greetings. Though this was not a big issue as smiles, waves and gestures are universal! Stefano kept in touch by emails, (wifi worked great) offering suggestions on places to visit as well as to see if there was anything we needed. And, when our departure was set for 0700h, Stefano arrived the evening before with a gift of a local traditional treat vacuum sealed ready for travel. I think we picked the perfect time of the year to visit as it was quiet with very few tourists. Though I hear summers are spectulnar and fun filled in this area. Do not miss the chance to stay here!!!

First, there was wine both in the fridge and on the counter, a fruit basket on the table, an assortment of drinks , bread, local pastry etc, etc, etc. much more than ever expected! It was greatly appreciated and we put most of it to good use! He is also proud of his family! Pictures on the wall showed older times of his grandfather at work, a group photo of families from the area and more. We took pictures of each of them. The home is all you could want or need. It will fit a family of 4 easily and there was only my wife and I. We enjoyed sitting on the back deck where in fact, Stefano has fresh herbs growing for those who are doing their own cooking. It is a fabulous spot that can easily be used as a jumping off point to visit the surrounding area. This is what we did. Even with six days we could not possibly see it all! We had dinner just around the corner at Osteria del Sorriso which was awesome! We had an appetizer and then I had rabbit and my wife had pasta with pesto. The owners were warm and greeted us at the door! Everyone we met in the area were very friendly and welcoming. Brush up on your small Italian greetings. Though this was not a big issue as smiles, waves and gestures are universal! Stefano kept in touch by emails, (wifi worked great) offering suggestions on places to visit as well as to see if there was anything we needed. And, when our departure was set for 0700h, Stefano arrived the evening before with a gift of a local traditional treat vacuum sealed ready for travel. I think we picked the perfect time of the year to visit as it was quiet with very few tourists. Though I hear summers are spectulnar and fun filled in this area. Do not miss the chance to stay here!!!
