Restaurante bom, quartos grandes e confortáveis.

Acordamos porque várias camareiras estavam conversando no corredor, falando mal de hóspedes e reclamando de assuntos diversos. Quando reclamei bateram portas, e fizeram de conta que não ouviram.

The breakfast was very good. The lunch was also delicious.

the personnel is very polite and courteous.

the restaurant is not worth it. they served a cold meal, the meat was tough and hard to cut. I are better at much less expensive restaurants

The first staff was really rude.

The location is on the top of a small hill but right in the middle of the town. You can just walk to the important places. Very beautiful view of the city. The customer service was very good. The breakfast was wonderful and adequate with a good enough number of options.

The room could be upgraded a little and I heard that they were already doing a renovation of the place. So that would also be fixed in the future

The pool was closed and never was informed to us. in the morning the second-day workers start to do noises very loud we cannot sleep and we are obligated to go out and look another place to rest because on this day we'll travel

Friendliness of staff. hardly saw the cleaning lady (a good thing), and everything was well kept. Pool temperature awesome. Sun all day long at the pool. Good parking. Great view. Great room. awesome sunset.

I expected more from breakfast and the restaurant. Some reviews mention hard bread at breakfast... it's true. Coffee is from one of those nescafe type machines. I prefer fresh brewed. The restaurant has a great menu but falls short on execution. I didn't get a chance to do the café Colonial, unfortunately.
