Great place, great owners! Everything you could want in terms of space and furnishings. Only two issues: 1. It is a bit far from the center of town and convenient but lines to ski resorts. If your stay here you'll probably want a car. But this is a matter of personal preference. 2. Our bed was a bit soft...perhaps old? Maybe a mattress upgrade is in order.

The property and owners far exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic stay and will be back again. Thanks to Michael and chalet cosmic.

We are a group of walkers who had a four day booking at Michaels property for some rest and recuperation! On arrival we were shown around the property and found that all that we needed was to hand. The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of linen available. The kitchen facilities were excellent and we made great use of the equipment. Given that we had just completed the TMB we made great use of the sauna and the jacuzzi to help ease the aches and wary muscles. The only issue we had was that we should have booked a longer stay! Beautiful chalet. Michael and Jackie are great hosts. We had a great time here and would definitely recommend it.

Very comfortable chalet for our two families. Extremely well equipped and in a very accessible location for the different skiing areas. Having the owners, Michael and Jackie on hand to chauffeur us to the lifts in the morning and pick us up again in the afternoon was a great bonus. We all loved the jacuzzi, sauna and games room. There’s a decent little supermarket 2 minutes’ walking distance from the chalet plus a bakers and butchers and pizzeria (which also does takeaways). Chamonix Centre is about a 20 minute walk away. Highly recommend the chalet and would love to return one day.

Perfect for our group of 11 with plenty of room, professional kitchen, hot tub, sauna, game room and bar. The host, Michael, was super accommodating with local knowledge, tips and even offered shuttle service to and from the ski areas in the valley. The chalet is a 15-20 min walk from town centre but there is a supermache, butcher, baker and pharmacie around the corner. Public transport nearby and no problem with parking in the area. I'm sure it's gorgeous in summer also!

From booking to arrival and during our stay Michael was informative, knowledgeable and a great host during our stay in Chamonix. Nothing was too much trouble, from recommending ski hire, taking us to collect them and ski passes on first day too recommending restaurants the list goes on. We really appreciated the Great service Michael provided in daily dropping and collecting our party to and from the slopes. His knowledge of the slopes and area really helped us during our stay. He even dropped us into town one night even though it is only a 15 min walk.The accommodation was spacious and excellent for mixed parties. It really suited us - two families with teenagers both girls and boys. As the chalet is on split floors we were able to have our own spaces but great spaces for us to be altogether as well.The games room, dining room and lounge were perfect for us and the view from the hot tub is out of this world. We didn't appreciate it at the time just how stunning it was. Great place to stay and explore. Hope to visit again soon.
