sheets did NOT fit the mattress and constantly came off

The lack of go-cart to carry you to and from the room, I am pregnant and I had to walk a down and up a small hill to go to and come from the restaurant, the bathroom curtain had a bug housing from dirt, in a room for 3 we had to ask for extra towel and soap. The fridge is unacceptable. The facilities need improvement and maintenance. In my opinion, breakfast should start at 7 am. There is no room phone to contact the receptionist or room service. The beds are hard and uncomfortable.

The shower was clogged no iron in the room. Is not right that if you book for 3 days and I you had an emergency and couldn’t stay for the 3 day you don’t get at least some of your money back or a percentage for you don’t lose the day.

The Location near the river was top. The building structure was below average, but the nature made up for it.

old building, old and cheap furniture, ac not working, temperature was cool enough.

Bathroom door was warped and inpossible to close. Had difficulties with the steep driveway

Acess from rooms to pool by walking down or up a steep hill. Need a golf cart or form of transportation for people like myself with walking difficulties

I don't like the bath room, the shower to small and the shower head broker. If you want to watc tv you have to call to for them to send an employer to add the cable code. The sink very dirty, the dresser has termites. I could'nt take out my clothes out of my luggage.They did not clean the coffee pot before we got there, it had the coffee probable from the other customer. At the restaurant never had what you order. The food very simple nothing special. The balcony door, I couldn't open, an employer has to come to open it. The place it is beautiful but I'll not go back to that place because I was very disappointed the way that the room look. That doesn't look like suite room.

basically the pool areas, the river, and definitely the restaurant have very good food and drinks, the view of the place the nature is gorgeous.

the place is beautiful but they have to give better care in the rooms plus the bathtub in the room was clogged making it almos imposible to take a shower without all the water running in the hole bathroom

Customer service is no existent, they don’t care about the customer. We rented 2 suites supposedly those are the best rooms, the toilet and sink were clogged and no one bother to fix it. We were overcharged, our reservation was one price but the hotel charged us more. We left a day before due to the bathroom not working and never received a refund or as a courtesy not even an apology. They ask you to call the front desk dialing 0, but they have no phones in the rooms. The rooms are old and beat down. The food is terrible, you order something from the menu and they bring something totally different. The salad said the dressing was balsamic and they brought white vinegar , big difference. The receptionist Katherine has no customer service skills and feels entitled, makes the customer feel like we are begging for something. She needs to work on her skills . I will never ever visit this place again, nor my family or friends. The place is overpriced and the service is TERRIBLE.
