Facilities and the location.

Too much noisy coming from the night club. Noisy in the building from kids at midnight. These problems has to be fix.

The location

Internet was really slow and the TV didn’t have signal, moreover it couldn’t read usb flash memory in order to play a movie. Furthermore we were asked to check out at 11:00am even if we made a late check in, but that just it wasn’t fair. Late at night children were making extreme noise & from other appartement they were asked to stop yelling at 00:00. Overall it wasn’t a value for money apartment. 90€ per night is very expensive, far away even from the term overestimated.

THE HOTEL OWNERS HAD A DOUBLE BOOKING, OUTSIDE FROM THE PLATFORM, AND BECAUSE THEY DIDNT WANT TO HONOR MY BOOKING, THEY WERE NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE , TO ARRANGE MY ENTRANCE IN THE HOTEL. THEY LEFT ME FOR 4 HOURS IN THE SCORCHING GREEK SUMMER HEAT, WAITING OUTSIDE, AND ONLY WHEN I USEDD ANOTHER MOBILE PHONE, THEY ANSWERED, THEY GAVE ME A ROOM FOR 3 DAYS, BUT THE 4th DAY , ON THE SATURDAY, THAT WAS THE MAIN REASON THAT I WANTED TO BE IN ALEPOXORI, THEY THROU ME OUT

Excellent welcoming, very clean appartment and wonderfull sea view

Very good response by the person responsible in case of any question or problem. He reacted swiftly and efficiently and solved everything immediately.

There's no cleaning service and one has to arrange with the cleaner privately and pay separately for that.
