No towels are given and breakfast coupon. So ended up having breakfast outside.

Location is best suited for those travelling by railways. Room looks decent and clean.

By the time I went for Breakfast, usual available items were unavailable. However, it is good value for money. It would have been better if they reduced the price of the room by Rs 300 to Rs 400

Very Near to railway station nice and courteous staff. Go with family safe and secured. Bookings.com still lives to my expectations of ranking and selecting the right hotel. Fantastic portal no fake ratings.

Nothing much. First they gave me a single cart then they changed to Deluxe room as per the original booking.

Location having advantages.

1. Good Location - Just opposite to CBE Railway Station 2 Complimentary Breakfast is good (Its Mini Tiffin) 3. Their Restaurant was open till night 11 PM 4. Room AC was working fine. Beds - Clean & Tidy. 5. Cellar Car parking available

Hot water was not available at night

Breakfast was very very good. But the pillow covers & linen were not clean. Also I checked in with my wife & we were unfortunately given two single beds. The reception was not very helpful here at all.

The reception should have a perception of their customers. They cannot give two separate beds when a couple checks in. This is absolutely unfair and we were so tired that we took it. Not acceptable & not definitely my money's worth
