Extremely slow food and service despite not being busy with plenty of staff

We booked a suite room this year and it was huge. Lovely seperate room with sofa, TV, fridge and tea and coffee making facilities as well as 2 toilets and a bath. We were right next to the creek and had a gorgeous garden view. Mango trees outside with lots of wildlife. Our second visit here, lovely infinity pool. Great staff. The walk to Bat caves was interesting and worth doing - they have a timetable of activities which changes daily. They have games available to play and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a great selection.

This is an ancient hotel that was beautiful in the days gone by. Now it needs some serious help. The rooms are antiquated and the services are poor. The breakfast could easily be missed. There are tea and coffee-making facilities in the room, but they only give 2 tea bags! After this, you have to order from the bar and there is no service late at night. The staff are friendly and helpful but could really do with better facilities to work with. The location and views are fantastic. 3 degrees diving do a great job of the watersports.

I had an amazing stay at the Mnarani club. I will definitely be back for a longer stay. If you are in Kilifi for the first time this is the best place for you.

Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Pool was fabulous and the nearby beach was also lovely. Buffet was very good as was the a la carte menu. View from the pool area was stunning. Rooms large and comfortable.

The pool and water sports are amazing. The setting is stunning.

It's time those old day beds around the pool got replaced. Three years ago they were broken! The bed was so hard too.

everything was super. one of the waitresses need a little bit more training - it seemed like they were not quite as excellent as all the other staff. they were polite and pleasant, but a tiny bit inattentive.

it is definetly showing it’s age and needs updating - very restricted on coffee selections - could not even get a cappuccino - not good for North American clientele

I think the front desk staff should be better prepared for international standards and also the system is quite outdated. It takes too long for the check-in and ages for the checkout.

There is a dedicated beach with water activities. Very nice swimming pool and comfortable and wonderful terrace

Food was very delicious , waiters were very Friendly, the front desk staff were very helpful . I enjoyed my stay and Will be back again . The Hotel has a Beautiful large swimming pool with an Amaizing view .

The Rooms are dark and dated. Not enough seletion when it comes to food very slow kichen even for a cup of masala tea. This place used to feel like from home to home but all that is lost.
