Alessandro and his family were very welcoming and helpful. The villa was very clean and has everything you need. A nice relaxing week away in the Italian Countryside.

We had an amazing family gathering at Alessandro’s country home. We were five families with a total of 16 persons who lived very comfortable. The place could easily have fit another 4-5 persons. It’s set up like a hotel even though you rent the entire place. So lots of privacy and each room has its own bathrooms. Most rooms also had AC which was great. It’s even more high end than the pictures show with a large industrial kitchen and many inside and outside spacious dining areas. The pool is large (about 15 m) and lovely. Alessandro was very responsive to the few requests that we had. The home is beautifully situated with a five minutes drive to town where there are a few restaurants and bigger grocery stores. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the closest beach and many other larger beaches within a 30 min drive. It’s simply a wonderful place and we can highly recommend it!

We stayed at Alessandros villa with our family for a week. From first day everything went smooth. The host was always available and very helpful. He helped with catering, excursions, wine tasting etc etc. Alessandro is guaranteed the best host I have ever met. The surroundings is beautiful and the village close by have everything you need. The house is big and each apartment/room has their own facilities. Pool and outside spa was perfect. We had a great time in Montegranaro, I am sure this was not our last visit here.

ideale woning voor grote gezinnen of groepen. De woning is rustig gelegen en beschikt over een grote keuken, veel slaapkamers met sanitair. De eigenaar is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een aanrader !

Es gibt nichts auszusetzen - man kann den entspannt den ganzen Tag am Haus verbringen. Der Kontakt zu Alessandro ist klasse! Zu empfehlen ist auch ein Besuch bei Fantino Sassetti (Öl Mühle). Pool, Jacuzzi, Zimmer,... alles so wie im Inserat. Keine geschönten Bilder! Kurze Strecken zu herrlichen Stränden und in einen Nationalpark.

Abbiamo passato una settimana fantastica, eravamo un gruppo formato da tre famiglie più amici (una ventina di persone di cui 6 bambini sotto i 4 anni). Location perfetta per passare tempo insieme. Ampie sale, cucina gigante, stanze grandi e bagni ovunque. Piscina con giardino recintato, griglia e tettoia per mangiare all'aperto. Il tutto assolutamente isolato in mezzo ai campi: TOP! Peccato per qualche dettaglio migliorabile: l'edificio meriterebbe qualche piccola manutenzione ordinaria in più (porte difficili da aprire o impossibili da chiudere, lettini della piscina un po' rotti) e "l'inquilino" a quattro zampe che non tutti possono apprezzare di ritrovarsi in casa!

We were a group of 21, made up of 5 families and this property was perfect for us all. The house is secluded in a beautiful area surrounded by fields and had enough bedrooms & bathrooms in the house and the two double bedrooms and 3 x apartments to the side to fit us all in comfortably. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking for large groups. The pool was cleaned daily and we spent most of our time there! The outside seating areas was great for eating and sitting together in the evenings for games and chats. Alessandro and family were very friendly and available to help with anything if we needed it. There is a beach 20 mins away and we also explored the wider area, the water park in the mountains as well as other beaches. The property is well signposted and easy to find. There is wifi at the property. All of us had a wonderful time and would recommend it, we would definitely return again if coming back to this area.

Ubytovanie v súkromí v peknom prostredí Talianskeho vidieka spolu s vybavením domu a okolia na veľmi vysokej úrovni prekonalo všetky očakávania. Cena za pobyt bola viac ako priaznivá. Pohostinnosť majiteľov, ktorí nás ubytovali bola na veľmi vysokej úrovni a starali sa o nás aby sme sa cítili ako doma. Všetky požiadavky, ktoré sme mali boli splnené k spokojnosti a vo všetkom nám vyšli v ústrety, dokonca počas ubytovania nám priniesli viackrát darček k ubytovaniu v podobe domácej gastronómie. Vybavenie domu v ppdobe výrivky, bazénu, krásnej terasy na večerné posedenia, grilovania vyhovie aj náročnejším a nie je nutné chodiť každý deň k moru a je možné vyplniť denný program pre všetkých členov rodiny akejkoľvek vekovej kategórie. Piesková pláž je iba 10 minút autom od ubytovania. Takisto v okolí ubytovania je možné absolvovať aj túry zamerané na kultúru regiónu v okolí mestečka Montegranaro spojenú so športovými aktivitami ako basketbal, futbal a pod. Vysoko odporúčam pre početné skupiny zložených z viacerých rodín, ktoré hľadajú pokojné prostredie mimo hotelových rezortov.

Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand und sehr gepflegt. Außerdem verfügt es über einen großen Garten/Außenbereich und die Schlafzimmer sind auf mehrere Wohnungen über das Gelände verteilt. Dadurch ist das Anwesen relativ weitläufig und ideal geeignet für größere Gruppen, die nach Entspannung inmitten einer schönen Umgebung suchen. Die Lage ist absolut idyllisch eingebettet in eine italienische Hügellandschaft wie aus dem Bilderbuch und ohne Nachbarn in direkter Umgebung, sodass ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre gegeben ist. Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 19 Personen angereist und haben trotz kurzer Distanz zum Meer die meiste Zeit in der Villa verbracht, da das Haus in Verbindung mit der Landschaft für uns eine optimale Wohlfühlatmosphäre geschaffen hatte. Empfehlung!

Una bellissima casa ottima per chi ama la natura, la casa é circondata da verde, il primo paese é ad una distanza di 3 km. La casa é grandissima con molte camere ogni camera ha un proprio bagno. La casa era fino a due anni fa un ristorante, la cucina é munita di tutti gli accessori possibili. la piscina era pulitissima e abbastanza grande anche per i bambini. I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta. Noi eravamo con tutta la famiglia ( 17 persone ) e c'era abbastanza spazio e privacy per tutti. Se torneremo mai da quelle parti ritorneremo sicuramente qui.
