Enjoyed our stay. Condo worked for what we needed. We did have a couple issues with cleaning, however, once we contacted owner she addressed issues promptly.

Clean and had all basic needs

Much needed getaway with my husband. Perfect location to all yummy restaurants. Beach was clean and sunsets were breathtaking. ☀️

Weather was not the best but we enjoyed the property. Owner was very responsive. Couldn’t get the TVs to work or the WiFi - would be helpful to have instructions for the TVs. But overall it was great!

Pinnacle Port never disappoints! Heather and Todd have a beautiful condo and we look forward to coming back soon!

We met up with some other families at Pinnacle Point and had a great time. The beach area was nice and there was plenty of room for everyone. The walk to the beach wasn’t too far from any of the units in the building. The pool was kept clean and my kids like how deep it was. The shallowest area was 4.5 feet so it may not be great for younger kids that aren’t good swimmers. The unit itself was in good shape, we could tell it had been refreshed recently. We did have a couple minor issues with cleaning and let Heather know. She responded quickly and indicated she welcomed the feedback. I often have trouble sleeping in rentals but the bed was really comfortable. My kids seemed to sleep well in their beds as well. Overall the condo was swell stocked and met our needs. Because of COVID we ate in a lot and the unit was a little light on plates and utinsels so we quickly purchased disposable products to supplement. During normal circumstances this may not be needed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the condo and in Pinnacle Point and I would recommend this unit to friends.

The condo was very accommodating and well stocked. I wish I would have realized there wasn’t a balcony that faced the beach off the living room but other than that it was really good.

The apartment was nicely decorated. There were a few things that could have been better with cleanliness. But overall was glad to visit panama city florida.

View from the living room and master bedroom were awesome! It was so nice to walk out the building door and be on the beach! We stayed in Rosemary Beach 5 years ago. This beach was much less crowded than Rosemary Beach! Location was great! Five mins from Rosemary Beach/shopping/restaurants. Twenty mins from Seaside and about 10-15 from Panama City shopping mall. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time. This condo is in a not so busy area and the beach was not crowded at all. The owner is quick to respond. We would definitely go back.

I enjoy the beach because of the great weather . The property was a little to small for us. One room doesn’t even have a closet or where to put your things. The only place to eat is on the island of the kitchen. No table. If you want to sweep the sand out or clean the place there is nothing for that. Overall is not a bad place just not for us. Enjoy the beach and the amenities.

The beauty of the property is captured in the photos posted with the description. Add the sound of the surf and you’ve got the whole picture. A wonderful escape from the noise and crowds in the Panama City crush—but minutes away from anything your vacation would want or need. Truly Amazing. Heather is an absolute joy to work with, answered my questions within minutes. Her home is decorated beautifully and every inch has a purpose. This is truly a vacation dream experience.

We really enjoyed staying at the condo. The views are beautiful from both the windows and balcony. The condo is beautifully decorated in Coastal Beachy, and the beds are comfortable. Only negatives would be that both bathrooms need a detailed cleaning, and also the oven and toaster were in need of cleaning.

We had a great stay at the property, it's right on the beach, and the washer/dryer was very nice to have with all the wet towels and clothes from the beach. This condo has everything you need. It is pretty and well-decorated with all natural materials. We plan to come back again:)

This was the perfect get-a-way! Kitchen and bedroom offer stunning views of the white sandy beach and the living room provides a beautiful view of the bay area. Condo was well-furnished and clean. Beautiful pool and friendly staff top it all off! The location is ideal for visiting PCB without being in all of the hustle and bustle of it and it is also just miles away from Grayton Beach State Park. Lots of great restaurants too! Thanks for a great trip!

Condo is in a great location, near many stores and restaurants. loved going to Camp Hellen Park hearing history, walking the grounds, and kayaking. Due to storms Wednesday and Thursday to sand dam broke and the lake water and ocean combined, beautiful!! We would visit again.
