The location was absolutely beautiful Our sea view room had a truly amazing view and very well presented Staff were beautiful Great pool Food was really nice in the restaurant especially breakfasts Surf break was fantastic Spotlessly clean room Iluh a trainee in the restaurant was especially lovely

Staff could be a little more on top of clearing dishes around the pool and in front of rooms They seemed to sit there all day sometimes

it’s simple perfect. the hotel is beautiful, we went for surfing and u just change in your room and go directly to the beach. the staff make us feel at home, the rooms are beautiful the pool and everything. highly recommended. would like to come back

This place is fantastic super friendly people who will go out of their way to help you. The breakfast was great with lots of choices and available till 5 pm. Dinner is fantastic with local and International dishes. Restaurant staff under supervision from Mr Pande are super friendly,polite and helpful. For us there was no need to go anywhere else to eat. The rooms are great the grounds are immaculate with a good size pool with a kiddie section. Refrigerator in the room get complimentary restocked every day and there are complimentary toiletries. Tv has Netflix,Amazon Prime, HBO, Youtube and different Englisch channels. Night security with a 24 hours front desk. Paid airport service which you can book as well for day trips. There is a extensive library with books in different languages.

there was an abusive guest staying at the hotel and the staff did nothing to take care of us or our kids. I had a room for 1 adult and 2 kids, my friend had a room for her and her daughter. 2 of their siblings came to eat (we paid for their food and use the pool) the siblings were staying nearby as part of a surf training camp. so technically of our group 2 adults and 3 kids were hotel guests, the other 2 siblings were not. however this is Bali....! normally a relaxed and inviting place where kids are welcomed especically in a hotel that is supposedly family friendly. the kids came to swim in pool and play with their sisters. They were tossing pebbles into the pool and collecting them quietly. low hushed voices happily playing and interacting. an elderly couple were at pool also, never once did they ask me as the kids mum to ask us to be quiet or show any disapproval but they complained to management then proceeded to berate the kids to the point of using the middle finger at them. The kids never answered back, they took the pebbles from the pool and continued to play harmlessly. however the gentleman continued to berate. no supervision was provided by anyone in the hotel....they just returned to reception and left us with this very strange, unhappy, abusive man. we later met a family at a restaurant nearby who left Umadewi due to this guest and his behaviour towards their kids!

Very quiet location. Our beach front room had amazing views of the main surf break right in front. Our room & bathroom were perfect- spacious & clean - best shower & toilet I've ever had in Bali. The restaurant at the resort was amazing. We tried the restaurant next door but it wasn't as good. The pool is big & clean. The staff were very friendly & when our friends had an issue with their room, it was dealt with swiftly.

The pool just needs a few more day beds to accommodate everyone. There is nothing to do but surf & chill but they are building a day spa which will be awesome option to have when it's up & running.

Wow, this place is incredible We made the 2.5 hour journey from Seminyak for the surf. We stayed in the ocean view rooms, which were absolutely stunning. The view was amazing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooms were beautiful and clean and the pool was perfect.

The front rooms overlook the surf, absolutely stunning. Waking up every morning to the most beautiful view. The rooms are extremely clean 10/10, and modern. I’d say one of the best accommodation/rooms I’ve stayed in while visiting Bali at their price point. The restaurant attached to the suites was sensational. I couldn’t fault any meal, absolutely delicious, with the best view in town. The staff go above and beyond to satisfy your needs. Exceed my expectations!
