Location!!!. Large enough room

Airco device not cooling. Room was smelly, a refresher stick has been there for too long (rotten). Warm water temperature is unstable.

The place is right in the city centre, perfect location. The building itself is a bit scary át first, but once throgh the first part, everything changes. The host was very supportive. The Wifi connection great for work too. The humiduty in the flat was 80% which could be improved it is a hit smelly, but the apartmant met our expactations. It was also quite clean. The bed could be more comfy. Overall a great location, beats everything. Great pasta place nearby.

I'm absolutely in love with this place! Firstly, it's right in the city center, yet the apartments are very quiet, and you have your own courtyard. The apartments are spacious, clean, stylish, and bright, with a comfortable bed, a walk-in closet, an iron, fast internet, and a well-equipped kitchen: all the utensils, a coffee maker, coffee, vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and other details that make the stay even more comfortable! I will definitely come back with pleasure.

It's almost impossible to memorize the door code, and if your phone dies, it will be difficult to get back home.

Really nice location in the city center with many restaurants and bars around. Very spacious apartment, nice interior, big kitchen and shower, clean.

Air ventilation in the bathroom was on all night, which was very loud right next to the bed. Entrance to the apartment leads through a corridor with other tenants living in open areas. One power outlet next to the bed was coming out of the wall.

- one of the bedrooms has no blindfolds (on the ceiling window) - which can become a real sleep-breaker, especially in the morning Side note (not a complaint towards the property): nearby parking is very expensive during the day (Zone 1) and crowded

The property was clean, well maintained, beautiful and spacious. On top of this, the location is brilliant and quiet and the communication with the landlord was very good and quick!

It was not quiet at all. We woke up because the upstairs/next door neighbors came home. We could not figure out where the noise was coming, but it felt like the whole thing would come crashing down on you. You could hear every step they made and every word they spoke like we were next to them. The owner forgot to generate an access code for us. We were lucky some neighbors opened the first door for us so we don't wait in the freezing cold for the owner to answer the phone and generate the code.

Our stay was amazing. Joseph the host was very responsive and supportive. the apartment is beautiful and very comfortable in great location. Highly recommended!

The place is very humid and quite cold. The sink from the shower is clogged, toilet seat is broken and the ceiling has mold. Bed isn’t comfy, the mattress is probably old.

The apartment is right in the center, so you're close to everything. It's modern and spacious, the kitchen has everything. I loved that the temperature is cooler than it is outside, so that's a bonus. I'd say it's great for 2-3 days, and it's a good value for money.

It wasn't spotless, but I didn't see anything that bad to bother me, to be honest. The only downside is the way to the apartments, the 15m corridor you have to pass through. But once you're in the small courtyard, it's great. The shower drainage didn't work that well.

Loved the location and the spaciousness of the loft apartment! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I found the bed comfortable and slept very well. There was an air conditioning unit which was really needed in the heat! Overall we had a great time!

Some of the finishes in the loft apartment were not good and it needs a bit of tlc. Furniture a bit dirty and some of the chairs are cracked.. toilet seat loose and bathroom tiles loose and wobbly and hanging off in parts. Gap between the shower and wall means water coming through and it shows water marks on the ceiling of the apartment downstairs. This could cause big issues if not rectified!. Shower head leaking and cleanliness of shower was not up to standard. Half of our party were staying in the downstairs middle apartment and they didn't have enough cutlery. Luckily we were able to share as we had plenty in the loft apartment. Also they had some issues with the shower water not draining away and a broken attachment on the shower. You have to walk through an alley and courtyard of some residents to access the apartments, initially it felt a bit intrusive but soon got used to it!
