Location is great. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly.

Bed was kind of old and noisy. Wifi was a bit slow. There was also some insects in the room.

Friendly, courteous desk attendant speaks English. Suite was spacious and clean. Huge shower stall - more like a shower room! Good breakfast buffet. Wood dry sauna.

Climate control heating mode did not work. Sofa in the room was rather old. Upstairs flushing toilet is very loud. Pool is not inviting, the pool water is dirty and not heated. Fitness center is not appealing, very old treadmills and stationary bikes, no free weights or machines.

The location is just OK, there is a shopping mall next to the hotel.

* There is a residential building in front of the window, You can't have privacy with curtains open. * The room and the aisle were very dark. * The WI-FI was extremely bad. * The bed was not comfortable, and there was only one bad pillow. * Part of the shower head was clogged. * The power outlet had a exposed wire, it was out of the wall. * The breakfast was just OK. * I called reception and asked for another pillow, but nobody was available to bring me the pillow so I had to go down from the 7th floor to get the pillow in the reception. * It was very expensive for all of these problems, it should be at least half of what I paid for two nights.

Breakfast was really really good, rooms are very big and dark at night.

The halways and general shared locations are kind off dirty looking, old and worn out. It feels a bit abandoned, but for the price it was worth it.

There's need of refurbishment at the ensuite bathroom and at the general spaces in the hotel.
