Ruime woning, alle voorzieningen aanwezig (vaatwasser,wasmachine, oven, magnetron ...) heerlijk meerdere badkamers. Genoten op het terras met de bbq. Mochten fruit en kruiden uit de tuin gebruiken. Kortom prima woning.

we enjoied our stay in a very nice and well equipped home, furnished with tastefulness and with a wonderfull view on sea. We also appreciated the immediate distinction of a technical problem. Although Alberto could not be on place when we arrived he organized all for good beginning of our stay. Thank you Alberto !

Hemos estado viniendo a esta isla durante 30 años y estamos felices de haber encontrado esta joya. Tiene una ubicación central en el lado este de la isla, pero a pesar de que el aeropuerto es muy tranquilo. No hay ruido de la calle, una paz celestial. La cocina bien equipada está bien para cualquier chef / tuen, no improvisar. El mobiliario se ajusta a la casa con buen gusto. Juguetes para niños, juegos, no falta nada, excepto quedarse más tiempo en el tiempo.

Wir kommen seit 30 Jahren auf diese Insel und sind froh dieses Kleinod gefunden zu haben. Es liegt zentral auf der Ostseite der Insel, ist aber trotz Flughafennähe sehr ruhig. Kein Straßenlähm, eine himmlische Ruhe. Die gut ausgestattet Küche ist für jeden Koch/in wohl tuen, kein improvisieren. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll passend zum Haus. Kinderspielzeug, Spiele, es fehlt an nichts, außer an Zeit länger zu bleiben.

My husband and I enjoyed our two week stay in the house. It is spacious and comfortable and very well equipped, particularly the kitchen with the benefit of a dishwasher, large fridge freezer and oven . It was very quiet and peaceful at night. The front of the house is exposed to the wind but the compensation is a view down to the sea and of the mountains. There is no internet. Alfredo sent us lots of helpful information about the island and was very prompt in responding to any queries. We found many beautiful well way marked hikes on the island, though all are strenuous with the mountainous terrain. The scenery is so pretty and the wild flowers were out, an added attraction. Although you can use the buses to access walks, we were glad we hired a car. The roads are steep and twisting in the mountains and slow but the scenery is wonderful, particularly across the middle of the island past the Roque de Mucheros view point and the North coast. .

La maison d'Alberto est parfaitement située dans l'île car elle permet d'aller aux 4 coins assez rapidement. Confort, calme et vue splendide. La cuisine est bien équipée et les petits marchés de l'île permettent de s'approvisionner en produits frais pour cuisiner en famille. Nous recommandons vivement ce lieu !

Alberto is a great host, he helps with every occasion. There is a wonderful view from the villa and its placed in short distance to shops. It is easy to travel from here to other island locations, beaches and the airport. Thank You Alberto, we had a lovely time on the island! Gregory and family

We stayed a whole month in January and we had a wonderful time. BBQ, sun loungers, well equipped kitchen. We would recommend it. Location was very good for the airport and santa Cruz.

Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Lage, ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sauber, gemütlich. Sehr hoher Standard!!! Die Anbindung zu Santa Cruz sehr gut.

Un sitio muy tranquilo con bonitas vistas al mar. Por las noches un cielo espectacular. Gran aparcamiento. Casa espaciosa. Fueron muy amables esperando nuestra llegada ya que el barco se retraso. Nos gustaría volver

La casa está bien acondicionada y es amplia . Es una zona muy tranquila y silenciosa y la limpieza inmejorable . La situación geográfica es excelente para realizar excursiones por toda la isla. Las noches invitan a veladas en la terraza muy agradables y además dispone de una barbacoa. Por último el trato con el propietario ha sido muy correcto y atento en todo momento por si necesitamos algo .

Casa ideal para un grupo de amigos. Buena localización para visitar la isla y equipada con todo lo que pudimos necesitar.

Alberto's house is a nice and cosy place to stay when you are looking for a house which is close to the airport and to Santa Cruz on one hand but very quiet on the other hand. Besides it has a magnificent view of the sea. On the terrace you will always find a shadowy spot. The house itself is fully equipped and the hospitality of Alberto is outstanding. We love his sense of humour! What else can you expect? Wholeheartedly recommended.

There is a well stocked small supermarket and a good restaurant within 10 minutes' walk. La Crucita enjoys a lovely sea view and has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. The property is surrounded by a patio which is an excellent observing site for astronomers having a good sky view. Outside seating is provided and also a wind shield to the front of the property for any chilly nights. As we travelled in the spring we used the efficient wood burning stove and were warm as toast. We have just re-booked for next spring. Patsy and Andrew 49&50.

There is a restaurant and a small supermarket within walking distance. The house was immaculate when we arrived and much of the equipment and accessories appeared to be brand new. The owner, Alberto, could not have been more helpful or attentive. We would be more than happy to stay there again.
