Very good place in the city center! We enjoyed our stay there and definitely recommend it!

The location is excellent, very close to the center but sort of "around the block" so that it was quiet on a not-busy street. The room was very comfortable, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I certainly will stay here again.

Everything was great for me, but note that climbing stairs is required, in case you have mobility issues.

Location is perfect - one block away from the heart of the city. Very nice and helpful staff. Carpeted floors are my personal favorite. Nice interior of the rooms. Full mini bar

Standard room was a rather small, but still very cozy and nice to stay.

The staff were absolutely nice and welcoming, Victoria helped us alot in everything we needed, she really tried to make us feel welcome! (: also the rest of the staff were always nice and helpful! The rooms were really good and clean, perfect location and great worth for your money! Highly recommend 😊

I have spent three nights in this hotel. My room was clean and well-equipped. The hotel doesn't have any bar or restaurant, but you may order the breakfast to your room (although, it consists of tea/coffee, two slices of bread, few slices of sausage and cheese cucumber and yoghurt). It is located very next to Arizona restaurant, at the intersection of Troitska and Starokozatskaya streets. Staff were very helpful.

The only defect of this hotel is the lack of elevator. With a quite heavy bag, I had to, first, walk to the reception on the second floor, and then one more floor to my room.
