everything is close from this place. restaurants, markets, water taxi, bars. you have everything for cooking and stay there for long time. Me and my friend were working remotely and we never had network issues. the staff is so kind. they service was more than what we expected.

The villas is in the middle of the entertainment district within easy walking distance to all the recreational activities. If you can overlook the shortcomings the price is good.

The room was smaller than advertised. There was one electric outlet for the room with none on the bathroom. The bed was small, I am 5' 10" yet my feet hung over the end. To recharge my phone I disconnected either the television or the refrigerator. Hot water in the shower ran out after 2 minutes. I was required to deposit soiled toilet paper into an open waste basket. There was constant noise. During the day I was subjected to construction work outside my room along with noisy children. At night the streets were full of island music and people partying. Ii

nice central location, big room, nice to get water bottle on arrival. Owners were friendly and waited for me to arrive as my boat was late. nice that there was ac that worked and a fridge.

Its definitely not bad but I thought it was a little outdated and very expensive for what it was. Also the water suddenly stopped running (no shower or in the sink) and there were a lot of very tiny ants. I think I would recommend this if you are with 2+ and looking for something big, if you are a solo traveler like me there are cheaper places to stay in like blue wave.

The hostess was very kind and helpful, when we asked if she had a kettle for us she ordered a new kettle and an electrical stove and put them in the room! Also when we asked for a late check out she agreed right away. The location is great, the shower is worm, and the price is very low compared to the other options around. The small kitchenete is nice but note that not all rooms have stoves.

The apartment on the second floor consists of a large bedroom and kitchen, as well as a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything one needs for self-catering. The apartment also has a nice balcony. In Panchos Villas you will actually find everything you need for a few days of vacation in Caye Caulker. The hotel is so centrally located that everything is within walking distance. Restaurants are directly across the street and a supermarket next door. Despite the central location it was quiet at night and we slept well. Special mention should be made of the friendly staff, who not only made check-in quick, but were also very accommodating in regard to the check-out time.

nothing, in General Belize is expensive which we didn’t expect, but it’s very enjoyable regardless.

the Wi-Fi was weak

We booked this trip last minute and this was the last option available that would fit our family. We didn’t have a lot of expectations but were very pleasantly surprised. Both units had a kitchen and the bathrooms were clean and had wonderful very hot showers. The one bedroom unit was perfect for a family and had a shared balcony space in front and a small private one behind. Great views and we enjoyed watching New Year’s Eve fireworks from it. The location is great, easy walking distance to the ferry and the Split, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby.

Nothing. One of the rooms had an issue with water backing up but we were leaving that day and I’m sure it would have been handled promptly, as was everything else we needed.
