The location is a good spot in town.

Beds were uncomfortable, music from the bar was super loud than noises from other guests were loud as well, so sleeping was terrible. Parking was available but you had to park in a row with other cars, so we wouldn't have been able to leave early, so we ended up paying for street parking.

It was a fine hostel with cosy room and nice people.

We went away after one night because of the club that’s situated next to the hostel. It was a Wednesday and they played music very loudly until 3:00, so we didn’t sleep well.

There were no lockers in the rooms, the room was very small, and the wifi barely worked.

Good location and nice building with atmosphere. Value for money is okay: you get what you pay for. Breakfast was super basic but bread was nice.

A couple of things we didn’t really like about this place where the showers (poor pressure and not very warm), the nightclub next to the room till at least 4 am, no curtains in front of the windows so the bright light made it super hard to sleep in. I think the accommodation is under construction what made it look a bit messy in the back. Also for English speakers is more challenging to get around with other backpackers and most staff.

Great location, nice common areas, fair price, good showers with hot water.

Don’t expect having WiFi, it works for like 5 minutes a day. The rooms at the backyard are super small and not nice.

The one worker Edward was cool.

The beds are litterly stacked 3 high and nailed together, I hit my head numetouse times till it bled. No locks on bathroom doors. The manager was so unplesent and rude, in the morning after 10am check out . He made me leave the property while i was waiting for my bus to leave 2 hours later. He said i can leave my luggage but i had to leave. That the hostel was for paying customers not for people checked out. I will never stay here again.

Nice hostel with a nice garden to chill and get to know people from all around the world. Perfectly located just next to the bus station and in the middle of the town.

It was very loud the whole night since other guests and the staff were having a party with very loud music. Staff was not very friendly & helpful except one guy and also the breakfast was poor. We had to ask many times for bread, butter and jam since there were no buffet and we also didn't really know if it is served or not. A little sign or a explanation at the check-in would have been very helpful! Additionally to that someone stole some of our clothes and when we texted the hostel afterwards we didn't even got a reply. Which is a very poor service..

Good location next to the bus station. Staff was friendly.

Room was way too small for 8 persons. The space above my head in the (triple) bunk bed was really small, so I could only lay flat.

The place is clean, well situated in the city, breakfast and not expensive.

The guy at the hostel was a total d*ck. We had bedbugs in our room so we changed room. Then the second room was not at all the same quality we had in the first one, so we ask for an arrangement (discount or another room) and said he didn't care if we weren't happy as it was not their problem (which actually was). Finally, 15 minutes later, another person came to propose us a another room that was better. But all this happened at 1am and we were already exhausted from our day. We would have expected much more professionalism for their part as the employee didn't seem to give a SINGLE f*ck about our situation. And on the day of our check out, an employee asked us to pay more than what it was supposed to be (1100 instead of 1000 pesos). Talk about honesty. Kitchen could have more stuff because you can only cook 2 persons at the same time and we can be 30 in the hostel. There is also another kitchen on the other side of the street but it's not practical.
