The buffet was absolutely outstanding especially the dinner options. The staff were all very friendly and very good with our kids. On arrival late at night, they took our bags and we jumped on a golf cart to the room. Fantastic service! The childrens playground and water park area is great!

The entertainment acts at night were pretty loud from our room. This was a little issue for us trying to get our 2 young children to sleep. Otherwise everything was fantastic!

Location as so peaceful

Towels and bedding need replacing but I am sure this will happen soon. Given the Covid-19 situation I am sure they were delaying replacement until travel recommenced as we did start to see new beach towels

Nice location, family friendly, attentive staff, clean, modern and spacious room.

We got bored from breakfast and dinner after 2 days. If you rent a car better go to tavernas near by.

Traveled around in Crete throughout different places in the west i.e Chania, Elafonisi, Rethymnon, and east of Heraklion. We couldn’t enjoy all together like at Anemos, incredibly near to perfect in all aspects! First, location wise! You almost won’t find better than this beach in all of Crete and specifically Anemos’s location regarding all other hotels beside it sharing the same coast. Private large sandy beach, clean very comfortable and chic settings installed (private to only it’s customers) The architecture is new modern and simple stylist luxuries feel. Different than many other places, you will feel its new and neat place and not a place that existed a long time ago in need of renovation. The swimming pool is classy and nice looking it’s wide enough but not very big, which is not a problem, the settings on the pool are great and you don’t feel that you’re too close to people. Well, the food! Is amazing and delicious with a wide variety of everything, the buffet is clean and nice for breakfast or dinner. The staff! They are masters in the field of hospitality, whether at the reception or even at the restaurant they’re amazing. Smily people and very attentive. The programs and animation, quite well entertaining programs changing every day! The restaurant by the sea is great to love it! If you hesitate, this is a hotel that you will only return to in Crete because it’s the best in Crete regarding the price and quality 100% recommend it with confidence to all! Keep the great quality going Anemos you’re doing great and awesome work!

Nothing at all!!!! The only suggestion if you can dedicate maybe one side of the pool allowed to children and families, and the other side to be dedicated to adults will be perfect. !!!Real Experience!!! My wife and I have spent our first week in Crete here at Anemos then left to visit all around Crete and finally decided to spend our last week in a hotel with a much better rate of review on booking.com and much expensive too but in the east of Heraklion, after paying for a whole week there and arrived the first day at that hotel! We realized that it’s no way near to the Anemos quality, nothing compares to it!! The room was old and the beach is awfully full of rocks and very small, the pool was overcrowded and people were sticking beside each other !! Gladly on the same day of arrival, we’ve decided to cancel the booking with that hotel and drive back to Anemos!. And there at Anemos when they found us back they upgraded us with a great sea view room with a private pool as a compliment! That was just a mind-blowing experience we had at last of our trip! We fell in love with the hotel and thank all the hard-working staff over-there who are contributing to elevating such quality experience to guests!
