We had to collect the keys from a different location and didn't get any instructions until about 2 hours before check-in (despite having asked about early check-in on several occasions). The place is noisy, worn-out and beds and sofa uncomfortable. The bathroom smells bad. They mention parking, but read the fine print as you need to book in advance for an extra fee. When we tried to book it at check-in they said it wasn't available. No street parking around. On check-out (early on a Sunday morning) we were locked between the building's door (which locked behind us), and the outer gate. No reception staff, and we left the keys in the flat as instructed. We phoned them and they said they would take 30 mins to get there. We had to get to the airport so ended up having to jump a tall gate with our 2 toddlers and all our luggage. Worst stay we've ever had, and it wasn't even cheap.

- this is by far the worst check-in process we have experienced. While we paid a few weeks in advance, we were to find out where to get the key to flat sort of last minute, which in case you don't have an access to internet upon arrival can be an issue. We landed in Valencia with two small kids and were not sure where to go. Then we received a message about the location, which meant walking with luggage and kids back and forth for more than 30min. The flat is operated by an agency which is slow in responding to emails, there is no reply to the "we are here for you whatsapp number", you only need to make international phone calls to get to information. The pictures of the flat look more optimistic than the reality. There are better properties in Valencia with better understanding of customer service.

Facilities

We coun't not use the elevator for the main entrance because we did not get the key. We carry our havy luggage man steps

we had a couple of power cuts, infornmation in the property as to how to deal with these would have been helpful

Great Location literally next door to the Train Station and Metro , Great little terrace to look over the city, Everything I needed in the Kitchen

Nothing really, We took our own wash bags it would have been nice to have a little soap in the Bathroom without having to unpack . But thats all

Spacious, clean, all the facilities, central. We enjoied a lot!

We didn't get informed by the operator that the vans don't fit in the underground parking area (we got phone directions). There were no indicators with the high of the ceiling, and got stuck at one point. Broken antenna from the top of the van (8+1), a lot of disturbance for us and other drivers. Balcony much smaller than in the picture.

Spacious, clean apartment. Great location right in the heart of Valencia.
