There is nothing that I liked it was HORRIBLE, stay away from this place

The place is disgusting, the shower was completely full of long hair on the floor. The walls are super light and you can literally hear everything. The Air conditioning basically doesn’t work because it goes at the minimum to save money. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. I couldn’t sleep for the entire night for these reasons, one of the worse stay of my life….. The worse thing is the host that is extremely unfriendly, during the day of the checkout I got injured really badly and had to go to the hospital in the early morning and asked to do checkout half an hour later and she was extremely rude saying there was someone coming in at 15:00 and that I couldn’t come later than half an hour after the estabilished check out time. The other check-in was 4 hours later and they just needed to clean a 12/14 mq room, and considering how dirty the shower was I can tell 100% they aren’t able to host people properly in this structure. All this despite I tried to be as nice as possible but the host really shocked me with her behaviour, for this reason I had to rush from the hospital to do the checkout at 11:10 despite my serious injury. Also, the day of the check-in I just asked to drop my bags and leave and she told me no we do check-in at 15:00 it’s already written on the website, she said they are cleaning and then she made me to do it at 14:30 but then as previously mentioned the bathroom was super dirty

Easy checkin, martina is so reactive and she’d do everything to make your stay perfect.

This place is excellent. Martina is a very efficient host. The room was spotless and had a nice decor and bathroom. Right next to the supermarket and a 100 metres from the bus station where you go to catch the beach bus.

Martina was an excelent host. She gave us some tips and also invited us for a wine tasting in her winery. Very welll located apartment. Recommended!

Great location in the heart of San Teodoro! Parking was easy which was a big bonus for us. Rooms are spacious and clean and the shower was really nice. The host provided beach towels which was also very helpful. We hope to return soon!

Both my partner and I really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The room was very tidy, well-equipped, and cleaned daily. The location is superb, only a few minutes walk to the center of town and will many beaches close by. There is a small fridge in the room and AC. The host also has her own vineyard a short drive away, although we didn't get a chance to visit it.

No plates or cutlery in the kitchen. Only plastic, single-use cups.

It's my second time here... Location top, in the center and close to the bus station in 3 minut... Room is big, comfort, very clean with nice view... Toilet very clean and big, with few towels, hairdryer, soap and dolce... You have good breakfast in Cafe Ambra day 50m from apartment...Who want kitchen there is big and clean outside room... The owner Martina is always kind and tells everything what you want to know... All recommendations for visit if you in San Teodoro 👌
