This villa has it all. The pool, the gardens, the space, the cooking facilities, the bbq and the Med at the end of the road! This house had a tough job… entertaining ages 6-84 and many in between and it passed with flying colours. We’ll be back!

Maison agréable pour des vacances en famille, bien équipée, très propre, piscine chauffée (ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié au mois d’avril), accès et emplacement au calme (nous avons apprécié les balades à pied dans le quartier), accueil chaleureux et communication facile. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et recommandons, il ne nous a rien manqué.

We were 3 adults, a toddler and a poodle staying at Susan's house for one week. We loved the location and walked to the beach and other places on short hikes. It is a quiet and quaint neighborhood. The house is very nice and everything one might look for is provided. The garden was perfect and surrounded by a wall, which gives great privacy and was good for our kid and dog to wander around. The pool is heated and after the first 3 days with to much wind we were able to enjoy it. The location is nice and from here we went on excursions in the aurrounding areas. We really enjoyed our time here and can highly recommend it.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. Its a lovely villa with great facilities and in a really good location. Susan and Richard were really helpful on arrival and throughout our stay if we needed any help. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return.

Wir haben uns in Susans Haus rundum wohlgefühlt - Lage, Ausstattung der Küche und der wunderschöne Aussenbereich mit Pool und Lounge-Ecke sind einfach perfekt. Auch die Betten und die Klimanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern haben zu einer super Erholung beigetragen. Nicht zu vergessen ist die nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit Susan und der zauberhaften Verwalterin Barbara ☀️ Wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt und wärmstens empfehlen! Übrigens auch mit Hund perfekt, weil der Garten komplett umzäunt ist.

La maison est parfaite pour séjourner en famille/entre amis dans la région de Sanary-sur-mer, au calme mais pas trop éloignée des points d'intérêts, elle remplit tous les critères pour passer de superbes vacances ! Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement et la villa était dans un état de propreté PARFAIT (linge de maison agréablement frais et parfumé), ce qui est suffisamment rare pour être souligné ! Tous les éléments de première nécessité (et même de gentilles attentions) étaient à notre disposition, rendant notre arrivée plus qu'agréable. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour de prochaines vacances et pour faire découvrir votre villa à nos amis !

Parfait , tout autant pour sa localisation que pour la maison elle même. Volumes et agencement .. tout y est. Et encore plus pour ses espaces de vie extérieure ( terrasse , salon de jardin et son bbq et sa piscine chauffée ), On avait aussi opté pour cette maison pour se reposer , sommes enchantés de notre petit séjour .. Un grand merci à Susan , la proprio , pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Sans oublier le SUbERBE accueil de Karine ( très efficace de surcroît ).

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans la propriété de Mme Eyres, malgré un temps pas toujours ensoleillé, mais qu’importe, le confort de la maison, du jardin (salon de jardin devant le barbecue très convivial), la piscine, la situation géographique, nous ont laissé de très beaux souvenirs pour des moments très chaleureux et sympathiques. Je conseille cette adresse de qualité.

The villa has a very intimate, charming atmosphere with a lovely garden in a quiet and residential neighborhood. The property was exactly as described … The house was very clean, well equipped and tasteful decorated. A warm welcome from our host Barbara. She was very kind and helpful. A classic provençale house full of charm and nicely furnished and decorated. The pre-arrival information is very complete with, for instance, an inventory which told us that we need bring nothing at all other than food and drink. The house, in a single family home neighborhood which felt safe, is 3 minutes by car from the town center; the garden quite large and well taken care of, the pool delightfully well heated even in October. The only slight problem we had is that the ground floor is on 4 levels with one or two steps between levels; not ideal for one of our handicapped pets. Susan put a lot of thought into equipping the house for self catering comfort and I highly recommend it. Yvonne

Wir haben ein sehr, sehr schönes geräumiges Haus mit allen nur denkbaren Einrichtungen vorgefunden. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch und sehr gemütlich. Es fehlt nichts! Die Terrasse liegt ideal, beschützt durch Vordach und Markise. Schwimmbad super. Der Garten wurde mit viel Liebe angelegt, trotz September blühte es . Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Une villa fonctionnelle, propre, magnifiquement décorée et idéalement située (marché quotidien, restaurants,plage,boutiques).Tout était parfait et conforme à l’annonce et aux photos. La petite crique à 2 pas de la maison était idéale pour l’observation des poissons mais ne pas oublier les chaussures pour l'accès à la mer (rochers et oursins) Nous reviendrons surement.

Yet again we had the most wonderful week, this time a family one with two children. the thought and care that has gone into the preparation, decoration and facilities at the Villa shows the owners' taste and understanding of what makes the best of holidays. Can't thank them enough for continuing to allow guests at their home away from home. My "happy place". Cannot recommend enough.

This is our second time staying in this house. It is a fantastic place for a family. We appreciated the top class furnishings, cleanliness and comfort of the house, the heated pool, the beautiful garden and the location. It is walking distance to Portissol beach for lovely meals watching the sunset, and also there is a little pebble cove at the end of the road, deserted in April; due to the incredible weather we were able to swim in the sea there so early in the year. Sanary is as lovely as ever, the market on Wednesdays is really worth visiting. 5 stars. We will be back again ...

Wow, it is a very nice house equipped with everything what is needed for daily using… It is a perfect place for holidays... You will enjoy your stay.

The property is a beautiful home and quite spectacular with every possible amenity. We certainly didn't want to leave and cannot recommend it for any holiday or occasion both with families and without. The location is so convenient being less than a minute from a beautiful beach to watch the sunsets with a glass of wine and only 15 minutes walk down the road from the beautiful town of Sanary sur Mer. Two fantastic restaurants little more than 10 minutes walk away right on the coast too. We will be back again and again.

This was already the third time we rented this house in Sanary-sur mer. The whole family was really happy to stay there again. The kids loved the pool, unfortunately also the Playstation (but you can lock it away) and we all enjoyed the terrace and BBQ in the evenings. Splendid beaches are also very close and the house itself has everything you need and wish for pleasant holidays. The owner is also very friendly and attentive.

Having enjoyed our first visit here in late spring this year so much, we returned for a week in mid September. A great decision! This property is so well located, it offers a massive range of opportunities. For those who want lazy days, the pool, garden and patio offer the perfect environment. A two minute walk from the front door and you could be sitting on the local, bijou beach. Having been earlier this year we made sure that on a couple of days we made the 25 minute walk along stunning coastline into Sanary sur Mer to enjoy the cafes, restaurants, sites, and - on Wednesdays - the market! Fresh fish is sold on the harbour side on a daily basis - ideal for the barbecue back at the villa. On our latest visit we explored a little further. This villa is a 10 minute drive from the entrance to the autoroute and a host of really worthwhile days out. We visited the sites of Avignon, Nimes, Cassis and Bandol which required drives between 10 minutes and one and a half hours. The villa is situated in a residential area of individual houses situated between Sanary and Bandol. Fresh bread is available less than a 5 minute drive away where there is also a local supermarket. If you want a relaxing environment that offers the option of more active pursuits, this is a property for you.
