Nothing please do not go here please spend your money elsewhere especially if you are a minority. We were way better accommodated once we went into town they did more for us than our ALL INCLUSIVE did.

Everything, I swear the people that I took the time to mention made me experience and is this places only saving grace.

There is nothing to complain about. Comfortable, nicely appointed views. The food was exceptional, surprisingly excellent being all inclusive. The staff cares and was rewarded with the largest tips I've ever given.

The food was delicious, and staff was helpful and friendly. Well staffed and it was very nice to have a driver available we could schedule to be ready even very early morning (5am) to bring a group to the airport from the resort. The room, pool and hot tub were very clean, and activities were available (pickleball, weight room across the street, canoes)!

Letting guests know when they arrive how to get to the exercise room and how to find the activity office would be helpful (where you pick up canoes, ect). There wasn't signs for those, so more people would use them if they were easy to find!

The stay here was great. Staff was very nice and courteous, from the restaurant to the bar. I would definitely recommend this place. And will visit again.

Location of being on the beach where there was a nice breeze was the only good thing about this resort.

This resort just went to All Inclusive and it was a mess! I didn't feel any hospitality, they were short staffed, staff were over worked and cranky, food was just plain normal food, nothing great. Alcoholic drinks had very limited selections yet tasted like crap. Taxi service on the entire island was horrible, missed 2 excursions because of it. Would have rented a car but driving is on the opposite side so I decided against it, had I'd known the taxi service was this horrible, I would have taken my chances with a rental car. Place needs alot of maintenance and cleaning up. We stayed there for 5 days, no one came to clean our room once! We had to go get fresh towels and toilet paper at the front desk! This place needs alot of work, inside and out and needs a better system to charge and advertise as All Inclusive!
