Lovely little hotel, full of old-time French charm. Situated in the centre of the town it was ideal for sightseeing.

There was no restaurant (or at least it was closed on the day we stayed). There was also no bar at the hotel to get refreshments. Also there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The staff Karin and Hassan were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed the history of the building and the old town. Absolutely enjoyed our stay

This hotel was a regular stop on the way to and back from skiing trips in the 1980's and early 90's. It had a fine restaurant and comfortable rooms. Unfortunately there seems to have been no investment in the hotel since we last visited it 20 years ago. The place was very dated nearly dilapidated in some ways, our bedroom door would not close, beds very tired restaurant food acceptable from a very short menu, but a good wine list. We did not stay for breakfast.

The owners were incredible! Very helpful and accommodating.

I have arrived in Laon somewhere at 22:00 I guess, I wasn’t even sure if I’ll get the chance to eat in the restaurant but the host was extremely kind and welcoming, made me have my dinner that was exceptional, made me feel very welcoming and even though I booked the room late and I have not booked the parking spot, he was kind enough to let me have a parking spot by arranging with another guest to move his car a bit so I can fit in. THE ROOM IS VERY COSY AND CLEAN!!! THE BATHROOM HAD A BATHTUB AND ALL THE AMENITIES I NEEDED!!! THE AREA IS VERY CENTRAL AND FROM THERE 5 MINUTES WALKING TO THE NOTRE DAME CATHEDRAL!!! BREAKFAST WAS GREAT, VEVRY NOCE ARRANGE AND FELT LIKE I WAS LIVING A DAY BAXK IN THE DAYS, GOING IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM TO EMJOY MY MORNING COFFE! DUE TO THE BEAUTIFUL CITY I HAD ARRIVED LATE FOR THE CHECK OUT LIKE ONE HOUR AND HALF LATE AND THEY WERE TOTALLY UNDERSTANDABLE AND I HAVE NOT PAID ANY FEE FOR THAT AMD EVEN MORE, THE HOST LET ME HAD THE PARKING SPOT EVEN IF I CHECKED OUT CUZ I EXPANDED I WOULD LIKE TO VISIT A BIT MORE THE CITY AND HAVE LUCH. I WOULD LIKE TO PUBLICLY THANK TO THIS AMAZING PERSON THAT HAD SUCH AN AMAZING BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS ME AND ILL DEFINITELY LOOK FORWARD TO GO BACK ONE DAY. 🙏🏻 Wish you all the best of luck ! 🙏🏻
