A great stay. The Villa staff had everything organised from shopping ordering to a taxi driver for our stay. The Villa was incredible, with views to die for. We will definitely return!

We’ve had an amazing week in Kalkan, the villa was perfect and we recommend staying here. The roads up to villa are very steep and would definitely recommend using the local taxi service who are very prompt and cheap. Kalkan Center is approximately 20 minutes walk away and it won’t disappoint you from its shops to its many lovely rooftop restaurants.

A week to completely unwind in the sun. The villa provided this and more. Fabulous view. Very spacious. Sunshine on tap by the infinity pool. I would only add that if you want to get around you really need a car, we used taxis for absolutely everything, taxis are easy to arrange and not expensive. This wasn't issue for us as it was a 'do nothing' vacation. Walking is a little challenging. Apart from that the villa offers everything one needs for a really great time.

What can I say about this amazing property. Owners and management were a joy to deal with and couldn't be more helpful. The pictures of the villa and views do not actually do this villa justice. The villa was spotless and beautiful. The local area is stunning and the local people could not be more helpful or friendly. Definitely my new holiday destination. Can't wait to go back.

Loved our stay here. Views are spectacular. It is very hilly and we had a car so it was OK. How else do you get such amazing views?! This time of year, though, there are alot of mosquitoes so be careful having doors open near dark or after. I think they start spraying soon so it won't be as bad in the summer, apparently. Very spacious and all the bedrooms and living spaces have the great views. Went to the nearby Greek island for the day. Hiked around Kas. Would love to come back again!

This is a lovely villa in a good location with great views and large bedrooms. It is well equipped and the decoration is good. The pool is large and there is plenty of outside space around the pool. At this time of year the pool heating is a must. The Villa management were very helpful. We had a very good holiday

What a lovely house, with everything necessary for a fantastic holiday. Will definitely return. Mehmet and Atakan were superb hosts and could not do more when asked. Such an easy holiday with a really warm welcome when we arrived at midnight

The villa is exceptional. The views are spectacular and the pool is huge...seriously massive. The pictures don't do the villa justice. We had 8 people (2 families) whith more than enough space for everyone and then some! We had a couple of minor issues but these were dealt with really quickly - Mehmet was beyond helpful. Some things to note: it's not too far to walk into town but it is very steep. You need the right footwear to avoid slipping on the dusty track. Taxis are quick and cheap and can be booked through WhatsApp. Basically everything can be organised via WhatsApp which is great. Kalkan is a beautiful place with great restaurants and lovely people. Would 100% recommend the villa to anyone thinking of visiting.

Our stay was very comfortable for 7 people. Rooms and all territories were clean and comfortable. Pack your shampoo and conditioner as they are not available at the villa. All other things were provided. The cutlery is “hiding” in the drawer under the stove. There is a cooler with a 20 liter bottle you can refill for 40 TL as soon as you run out. Very convenient as walking to town involves steep roads. We still preferred walking over driving as parking in town is limited and driving is tricky. There is an attached garage you can lock your car in. Loved the grill and the pool! Easy communication with the renter. All in all great stay! Thank you

The villa is large and clean with amazing views over both Kalkan and Kalamar bay. Mehmet was extremely helpful and couldn’t do more for us, especially in the first week when our son was unwell. The villa has everything you need for a wonderful holiday.

Absolutely stunning house and the most magnificent view! Everything was perfect with the house, the office manager can help with filling the fridge before arrival, transfer and everything. Wish we had used it more. Really cheap to take taxi to the town, and they are quick to come and pick you up. Had a full day of sailing which was also wonderful.

We enjoyed our stay here very much and would highly recommend it to any visitor to the area.

The communication with Nathalie and Thomas was excellent and we did have to make a few date and time changes but it was all sorted with no problems. We arrived on Thursday morning and Thomas (villa owner), Atakan and Mehmet (property managers) accommodated our early arrival and allowed us to check in. The villa was beyond our expectations, the view was absolutely drawdropping. The bedrooms were all huge and spacious and the new kitchen was amazing. Atakan also sent over so many recommendations for us too. We will be back, one of the best holidays and villas weve ever had! Thanks all involved!

I'm very pleased I found this property. The views are amazing. Plenty of sun all day long. The accommodations and the pool were pristine, the place is well maintained. It was easy to stay im touch with the property owner and local manager Atakan who helped us ordering some deliveries. I definitely recommend this place

There is literally nothing bad to say about this place. The villa was spacious and light with a private pool of epic proportions and a view you can never get tired of. The manager, Ahmet and his son were on hand when needed and always happy to help. As a destination Kalkan was a very friendly and relaxing place to be, with a stunning coastline and the most vividly blue sea we’ve ever seen! Thomas and Nathalie were very helpful in the lead up to our holiday, answering all of our questions very quickly and with great knowledge of the area. On our last day, because we had a night flight home, we were able to remain in the villa with all of its comforts until 4pm, leaving our luggage there to fetch later in the day as we spent one last evening in Kalkan Town. This made our last day very pleasurable when it could well have been extremely stressful and shows a great willingness to accommodate guests staying at this beautiful property. We will definitely make a return visit in the future.

Everything about the villa was amazing from the fantastic views of both Kalkan and Kalamar Bay to the huge infinity pool from which you can gaze across to Snake and Mouse island and watch the boats come and go from the harbour. The villa was fully equipped and all of the rooms had fabulous views. We walked down into Kalkan most dayscwhich took about 25 minutes which was all downhill. We always got a taxi back which cost 20 tl. They were only 2 of us staying in the villa but it is ideal for a larger group. I would have no hesitation in recommending Villa Beyaz if you are looking for a touch of luxury and a fabulous holiday

Had a fantastic time here. It is a beautiful modern villa with everything you need. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and saw the sunrise. When I think back on it, I am still in complete awe to what I saw. I have never been somewhere so beautiful and so natural looking. The hosts were very kind to allow us to have a very early check in. They organised our transfer from the airport which was all very smooth. Atakan was waiting for us at the villa, showed us the need to knows and told us to get in touch if we needed anything. He was exceptionally helpful! The first day we were in Kalkan, it was raining heavily and we didn’t want to go outside. Atakan helped us to order food in by calling up restaurants, asking them to send a photo of their menu and then helping us to order to be delivered. No problems with us using the villa -There was a crack in the glass overlooking the pool from the first floor, which they were aware... it did make us panic as we thought it was getting bigger. Kalkan lost electricity from 3am to atleast 1pm one day. It affected us having access to water but it was out of anyone’s control. It took a while to come back but management were helpful in this time (plus we were out and about that morning). The villa is a little far from town (30min walk) but there are taxi numbers on the fridge and they are very quick and reliable. The view from the villa makes the distance absolutely worth it. Overall, WE LOVED IT. We would stay again and would definitely recommend it. We are back home now and miss the villa and Kalkan. A beautiful hidden gem....
