Great location, spacious apartment, incredible views.

Beautiful place, very clean, good taste, sea view and very close to the sea shore.

The location was fantastic; the apartment is pleasant and well-equipped; parking is in relatively plentiful supply; the balcony is great, with a beautiful, unobstructed view to the sea and along the coast; the beach across the road is lovely if a little crowded during the summer holidays; the landlady was friendly, helpful, and responsive via text messages; Haifa is full of attractions and excellent dining options.

What appears to be free parking opposite the apartment turns out to be for local permit holders only between 2 am and 4 am at night. I missed this important point and received a 250 shekel fine. Beware! The central aircon is more effective in the bedroom than in the living room, so if you are a group of four like us, the couple in the bedroom may find it needs to be a little too cool for their liking in order for the living room to be at a comfortable temperature for those sleeping there. The electric blind in the bedroom was faulty and did not descend fully. The landlady offered to have this fixed when we drew her attention to it, but we decided against the disruption and managed fine. People more sensitive to having their sleep disrupted by morning light might have found this to be an issue. I assume this will quickly be repaired.

Everything was just perfect! The location is even better than in the photos, check in and check out were very flixable. Also the place is Clean and organized. We found too many things to help us cook, oil, spices, pots, oven, dishes and more. The place is fully equiped and suitable for 4 persons no more. It is sweet and coozy. It simply felt like home and definitly will be coming back.

The parking is a bit problematic but not complicated, also I would recommend you to bring your own pillows because they are not at their best shape.
