The location of the building is very convenient and only 5-8mins to the center by car. Easy to find free parking spots near by as well. There is also a huge supermarket around the corner(2-min walk). The apartment we had was big spacous with big balcany and well equipped with kitchen appliances and tableware (no microwave though). The master bedroom bed was comfy and has bath tub. The host prepared a cute little goodies tray on our arrival (cookies, coffee, tea, bread, milk etc.) It was very well thought of. The host Mr.Authur was polite and very attentive to responding his messages when we need assistance with something or any questions regarding our stay. The pickup and drop-off key went smoothly. The instruction was clear and easy.

The bathroom, toilet and kitchen were clean but the floor were not clean at this time. The cleaner should pay more attention to it too perhaps and the sofabed was not very comfortable and not enough beddings for the number of ppl we booked for. otherwise we had a good stay. With mentioned issues so rated this stay at an 8 but if without those I would have rated a 9.5.

The host Arthur Properties Bel Air are excellent and very accommodating, the apartment was nice and clean, the location was central with easy access to supermarkets, shops and the city - would highly recommend staying here! Thanks for having us.

No housekeeping during our stay, we have to tend to the garbage and look for the area where to drop garbage. No change if towels and additional toiletries provided.

very convenient apartment which gives a feeling of being at home. everything we need is there, nice terrace, not far from the train station and 10 min walk from the beach.
