Aunque no está mal con su reforma, creo que es más un hotel de tres estrellas que de cuatro.

La amabilidad del personal. El silencio. La comida. La piscina climatizada.

Pool was great,

The elevators are so slow, always had to walk down 8 floors they took so long, waited a very long time to go up always.

The beds were comfortable and good aircon

The food was rubbish, the dining waS in utter chaos it seemed like they didnt know what thry was doing. My opinión they need woman servers, the men didnt have a clue.

There wasn’t anything good

The room keys didn’t work we spent half of the time queuing at reception to get them activated. When we got to the rooms were not cleaned, had no towels and no toiletries at all.

I would like to express my disappointment with the behaviour of one of the lifeguards on duty. On 07.05.23, I encountered an incident where the lifeguard was rude and unprofessional towards myself and my friend. The lifeguard's attitude was disrespectful and left us feeling uncomfortable during our time by the pool area. I believe that such behaviour is not reflective of the high standards that I have come to expect from Hotel Benidorm East. Additionally, during our relaxation time by the sunbeds, we were surprised to find the lifeguard placed a dirty plate, belonging to another guest, on my sunbed, whilst I was lying on it. This occurrence was perplexing, as there was no explanation provided. When I asked the lifeguard why he's given me a strangers dirty plate, his response was "this is good for you, trust me." and then ran away and didn't return. Unfortunately, I had to pick up the dirty plate myself and move it elsewhere, which I do not expect to have to do as a guest, especially with the plate not belonging to me or my friend.

Hotel is lovely and looks very grand.

cleaners have no respect for the guests. shouting at the top of their voices from 7.30am in the morning, this went on all morning.

Although my reservation was just for one night, I really enjoyed it. Staff at reception was very kind and helpful. I loved the structure, swimming pool was really nice, breakfast was one of the most beautiful breakfast I’ve ever had in my life. There was literally everything! And even if it was a bit far from the center and the sea, they have a free shuttle service from the hotel to the beach till 6.30pm. The evening we took a taxi which was quite cheap. Also the bar of the hotel was nice. Total relax.

The room was the thing I like less comparing to everything there. The view was nice but we had a room with two twin beds and we asked for a King Size bed, but we were there just for one night and the beds were a square and a half, so we didn’t say anything. The corridors were very narrow, you could barely get through you and your luggage.

Beautiful hotel with great views over Benidorm. Staff were excellent and very friendly.

Only thing for us was that the hotel was the up a fairly steep slope. However a free shuttle bus was available if required.

Nice reception area. Cleaners very good.

Food was not nice, no English food/ English breakfast tea bags, bed was not comfortable and torn at the side. would not recommend for people with mobility issues as the hotel is located at the top of a steep hill, this required us to get taxis every day as the shuttle bus was not reliable and did not show up on time or at all most days. Would not return to the hotel due to this.
