Hola.reserve 4 habitaciones. La habitacion 504..da a dos discotecas, el dj te queda justo al lado de la habitacion El baño es puerta corrediza y no cierra, debes entrar al baño de lado y tener la puerta ,la cortina da al patio y es clara te entra toda la luz, tv sin control y es directeve( asi que no se puede usar) Como no cierra el baño te da la luz por la ventana que da a la discoteca, asi que ruido y las luces estan en tu habitacion, las puertas de los closet no cieran. Habitaciones muy antiguas con baño muy pequeño y sin ventana, el agua de la ducha salía floja y fría…la taza del wc estaba rota

Buena relación calidad precio. La ubicación es excelente y la señora que sirve los desayunos es muy amable. Además, la oferta de desayuno es variada y rica.

A los colombianos les cobran un impuesto que no advierten al inicio. Además, aunque es voluntario, piden propina y pues se supone que a uno lo atienden porque ya se está pagando el servicio.

Excelente hotel. Después que vence la estancia, como el vuelo lo tenia en la madrugada se puede dejar un rato el equipaje y hasta usar la alberca.

The hotel is in the middle of everything. Very comfortable for strolls around Cartagenas Oldtown.

Free Coffee all day, swimming pool, and great location. The front desk staff was very helpful. The kitchen staff was so nice if morning coffee wasn't ready (I get up very early they would bring it to my room when it was!!!

Everything was perfect

The location is just perfect (inside the city walls) and the staff is amazing (especial thanks to Juan David, very friendly and helpful). Good breakfast. The hotel is actually very beautiful.

The rooms and corridor area a little loudy. The bathroom is kind of small (if you are a tall person, you might be showering with your head in the ceiling) and the worst of all is the bed that literally "screams". Just changing position is enough for you to wake your wife, the room above and the corridor.

The breakfast was nice and good. Our check in was a bit crazy and when we got to our room, it was on the front street. Way to noisy from the music just two floors down. The rooms are a little old and dated, but it is an older hotel. We were accommodated and moved to another floor with no noise from the street. The staff were friendly and always helpful

There are opportunities to improve in the facilities. Towels are old, defective bath accessories (bath seats and faucet water at the minimum flow), pool water pump was not functioning.

I don’t think we got the room we asked for since we booked a room with balcony and did not have one.

Was placed in the bottom floor room next to reception on one side and a disco that shakes the walls of the room on the other side. I literally only had 4 hours of sleep in 3 days.

Lovely plant decor, everything was clean in spite of the age of the rooms, the lentils at breakfast were delicious!

When I entered the room I found water all over the floor that had dripped from the air conditioner. I called the front desk and asked them to send more towels. They agreed, but then I waited for 30 min and no one came. I called down again and they finally sent someone up to clean up the water. The rooms are outdated and the beds aren't comfy, but the price point is good compared to other places. It's centrally located, however that means you will hear bars bumping music and cars honking literally all night long into the sunrise. Bring ear plugs!!

It was in the city, loved that it was near the venue for a wedding we were attending. It was less than a 5 minute walk. Close to shops and supermarket.

The room we were initially in the first night was right next to a club which did not let us sleep. It was also next to the kitchen where they began to prep breakfast around 6 am. Bathroom in that room was very small. If I was taller, I would have not been able to sit properly as my knees were very close to the wall. That room should not be rented to anyone that’s on the 5th floor. The hotel was able to accommodate us and changed our room the next day which was great. So we are thankful that they were able to make the change and have our stay be more pleasant the rest of the time there.

Great customer service and great location in the heart of the down town.

Staff was amazing, which made up for the tired room, plastic pillowcases, tight quarters, mothball smell in the bathroom, and loud noise from nearby discos long into the night. The coffee was the best of our trip and the breakfast - and the room it was served in - were both exceptional.

The room and bath were both small; the shower leaked into the rest of the bathroom. Three of the four pillows had plastic liners that were very uncomfortable.
