Es war alles großartig: die Unterkunft, das Essen, der empfohlene Reiseführer für Tagesfahrten. Wir haben uns rundherum wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder 😁

Good location, soundproof, clean, friendly staff and good food. We can’t thank Reibal (the owner of this Riad) enough for his generous hospitality and helpful nature 😊. We also tried their restaurant for dinner and it was absolutely amazing.
Nothing!

Everything was perfect. They were attentive. They were extremely polite. They provided excellent info and tips. They were taking care of our son at all times. Extremely clean. Excellent food.
And the riad was... Otherworldly. I was left speechless when I first entered the building. Congrats on Reibal for doing such an amazing work there!

The top thing that stands out about Riad Andalib is the service. Riad Andalib staff deliver what I’d expect in a 5 star hotel and it was way beyond anything else we had in Morocco.
Reibal patiently answered my many questions before we arrived.
Then when we got there, he took us through a map of the medina and gave us so much information and advice – his passion for Fes is evident, as is his education and extremely good English. He ensured we wouldn’t get taken for a ride by the taxi drivers (money-wise at least) and advised us on prices and we felt a lot more confident in dealing with the medina.
I picked up a gastro bug while I was there and he once again sprang into action, helping my husband locate a pharmacist that was able to provide medication that fixed it up.
And all the other staff - Omar, Iman, Noardine and others whose names I didn’t catch, were all so polite and helpful. We needed to do some laundry so Reibel organised Omar to go with us to a local laundry in the back lanes behind the riad and negotiate for us. It cost Dh350 for probably 10kilos of washing, all impeccably cleaned and ironed, and done in 24 hours.
The next thing that sets Andalib apart is the food. Breakfast was almost ridiculously generous – we felt guilty for the amount we had to leave, in case we burst. And I’d recommend booking dinner - it was so flavoursome and delicious and was probably the best we had in Morocco. Anywhere we ate outside was frankly a disappointment.
The location is excellent, just across the road from the medina but it’s on a street that cars can access so no dragging suitcases through the medina. The building has been finished to a high standard and I can quite understand it taking 6 years to do. It has a covered roof that protects from flies and weather.
The rooftop terrace is lovely with a good view across the medina and has shading in the hot weather.
We stayed in a junior twin suite which was large and had a small lounge in it as well. We had excess
luggage though so I would book the Ambassador suite next time, just to fit it all in.
Room was spotlessly clean and maintained daily.
Beds (two king singles) were comfortable.
The room was mostly quiet, with no street noise. The airconditioning was good, not noisy and very much needed in the heat.
Our room had a full bathroom with separate shower and bath, two sinks, loo and bidet, and we got plenty of towels.
Note that I highly recommend this hotel, these are just items to be aware of:
As with any riad, the rooms open into the central courtyard so they can be a little dim and still even with the windows open. We also got some noise from other guests down in the courtyard coming in later in the evening.
The stairs are quite steep and uneven, due to needing to fit the historic building. Use the stair lights!

Perfect. I honestly cannot think of any possible critisism. Great riad. Great staff. Breakfast is great and far more than we could eat. Great experience.

We stayed at Riad Andalib in March and had one of the most memorable experiences. Everything from the beauty and history of Riad Andalib is breathtaking. Mr. Idrissi truly cares for each and every client that stays at Riad Andalib. He goes out of his way to ensure that we do not get scammed and takes his time to give you an overview of Fes and maps everything out for you.
We especially appreciated the personalization, attention to detail and excellent customer service by all the incredible staff. Our room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious and an excellent variety of food. We also recommend having dinner at Riad Andalib- the food is so good! Thank you so much to everyone, especially Mr. Idrissi and Iman. Our toddler often remembers Julien the cat and misses him dearly!
we loved everything!

Wonderful place to stay and eat. Excellent location easily accessed for drop off-pick up and for touring the medina and Fes environs. The owner and his staff look after you very well. The food is excellent as is the limited but very nice wine and beer selection, a rarity in Moroccan riads. Highly recommended for your stay in Fes

The owner of the Riad took his time to explain us how we should visit the city and gave us a bunch of good advices. The room was spacious and bigger than in the most hotels that we've been to. Also it was clean and the food was delicious (huge breakfast and typical moroccan cuisine at the restaurant). The staff was very friendly and always ready to help us. It definately was beyond our expectations and was a total highlight in our trip! Exceptional.
I really can't find anything.

Everything was simply exceptional. Reibal and his team were so helpful and inviting, we truly wanted for nothing. Dinner at the riad was fantastic and a great way to end our trip in Fes. We will recommend this place to everyone we know! PS Julien the resident ginger mascot is adorable.

The facilities are of prime standard, service is exceeding expectations, location is fabulous to go walking to the Medina. I wanted a nice Ryad well located, with good breakfast and a swimming pool for my daughter. the pool is a bassin as it shows on the pictures but it does the job. breakfast is amazing, with a great selection and freshly made.
This is by far one of my best booking on your website. It did not feel like a soulless hotel. I wish I could have brought that bed with me back home :)
I arrived i was on my knees and left recharged, thanks to the care that Reibal, Hymen, Omar, Nourredine sihame, Fatima, Mohammed, Zachariah (and hope I don’t forget anyone) provided.
note - I stayed for 7 days during Ramadan period and the Ryad had a great selection of food for dinner which was excellent, in quality and quantity. all key activities are available in Fes and around during the period.
nothing to do with The Ryad: when travelling with kids, the satellite options re limited for kids program in English. if you have your kids with you make sure you get your tablet.

Reibal the owner is the perfect host. His team are excellent and very friendly. We dined here each night because the quality is excellent. We have stayed in many luxury hotels around the world but the attention to detail at Riad Andalib is level if not better. Highly recommend staying.
Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

The owner greeted us when we arrived and gave us detailed suggestions for visiting Fez. The room is very spacious, meals delicious, the courtyard truly an oasis in the chaotic city.

It was the first place I've ever been where the breakfast doesn't have any time limit. We absolutely loved this because we were able to rest without this concern.
The breakfast is absolutely delicous!!!
Rooms are very spacious and comfy.
The owner is very nice and gave us excellent tips on how to walk around the Medina.
The location is amazing. Right next to one of the Gates of the Medina, so you're at a short walking distance of all the hussle and bustle.
The doorman was also very nice and helpful. Very thankful for all his tips.

Breakfast was amazing. Fresh pastries, eggs, crepes freshly squeezed orange juice and fruit salad.
The owner was attentive to details and gave us plenty of advice for sightseeing and historical perspective on his city. All the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was huge with tasteful decor. It’s a beautifully renovated Riad in a central location.

An excellent place to start our Moroccan trip. Beautiful riad, good food, exceptionally clean rooms and excellent service. The staff are what make the place. Many thanks to Reibal, Omar and unfortunately do not know the name of the woman who served us breakfast and supper but she was lovely. And everyone else.
There was a v healthy playful cat too, which always helps!
The rooftop was a lovely space and it was great to be able to get water, coffee and even beers here.
Reibal went through how to walk through the medina by ourselves and how to avoid scams. He also gave us an interesting history of Fes. They also secured taxis for us and made us feel very secure in walking around the city.
Thanks for a fantastic stay, highly recommended.

The stay at Riad Andalib was amazing! The location is great, it's inside the Medina yet has access by car or taxi, the room was large and beautiful, the staff were helpful and friendly, the Riad is very clean, the included breakfast was delicious combining both Moroccan and France elements, and dinner was one of the best we had in Morocco. Reibal the owner was outstanding! He speaks fluent English, Franch and Arabic was super nice and helpful. On our first day, when we arrived in the evening, Reibal was waiting for us with cookies and tea to explain to us the history of Fes and the correct way to tour the old Medina (no need for a guide after this explanation). If you're staying in Fes we highly recommend staying in this amazing Riad!

Dont miss it if you’re in Fes!
The Riad is beautiful, the rooms are very comfortable and decorated beautifully. the bathroom is great, lovely bath! breakfast was huge. but the best thing about this place is the staff, they are all so welcoming, kind and professional. Ribal (the owner) goes beyond to make your stay in Fes enjoyable.
We asked if it was possible to go and see the Cedar forest outside of Fes and within minutes he’d found us the most wonderful guide (Mohammed - highly recommend!) and we had an incredible day!

This is a wonderfully relaxing and peaceful Riad right on the edged of the Medina. You feel right at home as soon you walk in the front door where you are greeted by your host Reibal who gives an excellent briefing on Fez and a map with instructions on how to navigate your way through the Medina.
The rooms are spacious and well appointed and the breakfasts are more than adequate -served in the main area of the Riad with the attentive service of the owner himself.
We had lots of conversations with Reibal and they were always very informative which added to the value of our stay.
I can thoroughly recommend this Riad as a peaceful haven but right in the middle of all the action in Fes.
The TV reception was a bit unreliable but always attended to immediately there was a problem.

I have been around the world and stayed in many hotels 4&5 stars .
I would rate this 8 bedrooms traditional Fasi hotel higher than 5 stars . It is simply unique.
The owner is a gentleman with special characteristics, honest, friendly, helpful and he will give you alot of his time to make sure you are happy.
Don't miss dinner in the terrace. Food is wow.
Wishing this lovely RIYAD, the owner and the staff all the best .
