Os funcionários são o ponto alto desse lugar, nunca vi tanta educação e simpatia reunidos num lugar só. A limpeza do local também, perfeita. Roupas de cama e banho tudo limpinho e novo, muito cheiroso.

O chuveiro do 201 poderia ser melhor, o jato é muito aberto e sem possibilidade de regular, os banhos não foram agradáveis. Outra sugestão é colocar uma segunda opção de suco no café da manhã. E a última: é anunciado uma mini cozinha mas só tem um monte de armários vazios e pia, o que fica sem sentido. Deveria ter pelo menos uma sanduicheira ou algo que justificasse essa cozinha. No mais, tudo perfeito.

O hotel é muito bom, cama, travesseiros, colchão ótimos, toda a roupa de cama e banho muito boa e cheirosa, localização do hotel muito boa, fica perto de todo o comércio e do teleférico e praça do suspiro. Café da manhã com muitas variedades delicioso! Os funcionários do hotel todos sem exceção, muitos solícitos, educados, simpáticos, prestativos. Com certeza indicaria o hotel para família e amigos, bem como me hospedaria novamente.

the proximity to the city centre as I needed to do some business with offices nearby. i walked most of the times and it was very well located near the shops and main square.

the bed was very comfortable and the hotel very clean overall. the breakfast was absolutely amazing. it felt like being home, as my room was quiet and cool. the staff is amazing. Ana at reception, Carine at the breakfast restaurant and Neuza the lady cleaner were outstanding in their approach and professionalism. no complaints whatsoever.

the rooms are excellent and the hotel location is ideally situated at the center of the city. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I loved the fantastic breakfast prepared by an incredibly friendly staff.
