A great location and ideal for the family we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed here in July 2019 and returned this year with a different group. The welcome pack has all the details you could need and is a good guide to the resort and the Island. The facilities are excellent and kept impeccable. If I could add something to the trip, a small welcome pack would be good, which I would be happy to pay for. It was 32 degrees when we landed and a very hot walk to get some water!

Had a fabulous holiday at Villa Pez in July for two weeks. We are two families of 4 with late teens/young adults. The villa is in a great location, close to a supermarket and a short walk into Santa Eularia. Vanessa, the owner, had sent a comprehensive welcome pack including clear directions for driving from the airport, full details of how everything works in the villa and great recommendations for beaches and restaurants. There were several great cafes for breakfast/brunch in town - Passion cafe & Ve cafe - great for people watching. Also enjoyed wonderful meals at Amante, Aiyanna, Bambuddha and La Olivia (Old town ibiza). The villa itself had everything we all needed with plenty of room for us all around the pool, a great seating area for lunch and enough sunbeds for one each. Both Vanessa and Kelly, the property manager, were highly responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Overall we all had a great holiday and Ibiza really does have something for everyone.

Had a wonderfully relaxing week at this stunning but very comfortable villa - so well thought out and gorgeous aesthetics design wise. On arrival we found that it is just as nice as the pics suggest. We were five adults and plenty of space, lovely having our own bathrooms. Our only hesitation on booking had been mention of a ‘cold pool’ in a couple of reviews - but it really wasn’t! Perfect for chilling in and cooling off from the weather, and very clean. The location is perfect, 5 mins walk to a v good little supermarket, 10 mins walk to Santa Eulalia which has some lovely cafes (do try Passion Cafe for brunch/lunch) and restaurants (we loved Seventeen and Taco Paco in particular). The villa has good parking and great base to explore nearby beaches and towns by car. We did have to force ourselves to leave the villa though as the villa’s outdoor space is so well designed for relaxation at different times of day and a real sun trap. Vanessa had provided a very comprehensive set of info which was really useful, and some great recommendations - dinner at Aiyannabeach restaurant and beach yoga at Amante were two experiences we may have otherwise missed but made our holiday. Thank you Vanessa for an amazing stay and your flexibility during Covid. The villa was AMAZING. The living area and garden was perfect for 6 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect to. The villa is certainly kitted out for kids with buckets and spades, books, bricks, pool inflatable and high chairs. It is a super easy walk into anta Eulalia and we were able to get all over the island within 40 mins (the longest journey was to the West). Vanessa is very fast responding to message before and during the stay - I will 100% come back to the villa Thank you Comments In the UK the travel cot we have was not the same as what you provided and on reflection I wish I had brought my own as neither my son nor my nephew could sleep in the tent cots. We had my 23 month son in our bed (not great as it was our wedding) for 2 weeks and my 8 month nephew was made a 'nest' on a single bed Attention is needed under the sofa's as they are filthy. The pool is very cold and very deep so again hard to enjoy with little kids

We had a lovely time at Villa Pez, the outside living area is really nice with ample loungers and our teens loved the pool. Great location to walk to the port, bars, beach & restaurants. A lovely family villa with Netflix, Spotify etc. would definitely recommend

We had a lovely stay .We went for 2 weeks to celebrate our daughters wedding, great place for all the bridesmaids to get ready together. Good location . We did have a problem with the outside lights but Vanessa dealt with the problem right away . The gardener was very helpful too. Overall a very nice family accommodation close to all amenities and would definitely love to go back again.

Probably the best equipped Villa we have ever stayed in. It had everything we needed and more. My nephew took great delight in the ‘treasure room’ aka the toy cupboard. The technology was brilliant and any glitches were down to user error!! The local bakery had lovely fresh pastries and a few of use joined the local gym (to work off the pastries). We can second the restaurant recommendations. All lovely. Enjoyed the new additions of CBbC on the Port and the very chic Chiringuito Blue. Thanks Vanessa for making everything so easy.

Lovely pool and great outdoor dining facilities. It is only a short walk down into the centre of Santa Eulalia which was good for us as we had two little ones. The market for fresh fruit, meat and fish was awesome. It was a really great experience and was perfect in every way.

All the facilities available at the property for families are excellent, would highly recommend for anyone with young children. The location is also ideal for shops/beach/restaurants, basically all you could wish for and more. We really loved our stay and can certainly see us using the property again in the future.

Very, very well appointed. Lighting was fantastic. Door out of the kitchen was easily opened by the two year old. needs a look at. En-suite windows were filthy, not helped by the building site behind. Thanks again to Lewis for organising visit to Amante which we couldn't attend. We had a great holiday.

We have recently returned from a lovely week spent with our family and baby granddaughter at Villa Pez. We all had a great holiday due in no small part to the beautiful Villa. Villa Pez is very roomy and modern with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for a family of 7 having all the other kit and facilities you need for babies and small children. It’s also big enough for everyone to have ‘me’ time if you need it. Villa Pez is close to shops and the restaurants and bars of Santa Eulalia which is a lovely, relaxed and pretty resort. We also enjoyed the walks up and down the coastal footpaths. However we spent quite a lot of time at the villa as it had everything we needed including a great music system and swimming pool which we played in every day. We can’t recommend the villa and town enough for a relaxing family holiday.

We stayed here for our honeymoon with our 3 year old son and we all loved it! There is plenty of space, and would be great for large groups too. It is a light, open plan space ideal for entertaining and family meals. The outdoor area was fab with enough space to relax and shaded areas to have a break from the sun. The pool is great, my son lived in it!! We had a car to explore the island but you could easily cope without one as St Eulalia is a lovely place to be. We would highly recommend a stay here!

An excellent villa in a great location with shops, restaurants and the beach all close by. You can also easily walk to the port to catch the ferries that go around the island and across to Formentera, which is well worth a visit. Whilst it might be better to hire a car if you want to explore the whole island, we managed with taxis and walking and the bus station is only a few minutes walk away. Highly recommended for its facilities and location.

We booked Villa Pez as a family holiday to celebrate our sons 21st Birthday, it was a perfect space for us to all spend together, we loved the pool & outside area, the seating area was so comfortable to relax in & it was lovely having the doors opening all the way so you felt the inside carried on to the outside. The master bedroom was such a lovely space with a lovely balcony area to sit on & great views of the church & surrounding area. The location was a big selling point, we don’t like to hire cars on holiday so the villa was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the nearest shops & restaurants & near the bus station, although we tended to use taxis if we wanted to get anyway further afield. It was our first visit to Ibiza, we loved it & will definitely be back & would love to stay at Villa Pez again, Vanessa was always quick to respond to any queries we had which was helpful. Overall I would recommend staying here to anyone, you won’t be disappointed.

We stayed at Villa Pez for a week with 4 adults and 2 children. The villa is wow in itself, but being walking distance to the town, marina and beaches was the killer feature for us. We mixed our time between the beach and villa each day and made lots of memories with other family and friends who were over for a wedding. Villa Pez and Santa Eulalia exceeded our expectations and we'll definitely be returning some day :-) Vanessa (the owner) provided very detailed instructions and local ideas and replied to any queries very quickly.

Family of 8 adults. We had a blissfully chilled time staying in this beautiful villa situated in an ideal location in St E. It is a heavenly space with lovely rooms terrace and patio, gorgeous pool, well set up with comfortable and stylish furniture inside and out. Good sun trap and plenty of shade. For the few small needs we had, caretaker Lubo was instantly at hand. Can't wait to return. Thank you, Vanessa

Great place for a holiday in Ibiza with people of all ages and the owners, Vanessa and Lewis, were really helpful and responsive throughout. The bathrooms have just been refurbished. In keeping with the rest of the property, they are modern, but have been done tastefully and sympathetically to the villa's form and setting. Everything works well and is done to a high standard. Fast WiFi, great sound system and air con in the bedrooms and living area. We also loved the electric blinds, which did a great job of blocking out the light when sleeping whilst rolling out of the way during the day.

We loved our stay at villa pez, it is a fantastic place with the best outdoor/indoor space to relax in. It is super close to the beach and loads of nice restaurants and bars. We would definitely return!

Fantastic location , no need for a car unless exploring the island.within walking distance of the marina/harbour .great restaurants with a wide variety .villa bright and welcoming with lots of space.clean and well kept.used this for my sons wedding and the master suite was ideal for the bride and bridesmaids getting ready .would love to use again for a family holiday.

We had a lovely week at Villa Pez- Our second time here in fact. The villa is well appointed, comfortable and has everything you could need for adults and kids alike. The children particularly enjoyed the pool, as did the adults. With only a 5 minute walk to shops, bars and restaurants the villa is ideally located and there is a supermarket only a short stroll away. The villa is nively decorated and is comfortable and stylish. In summary this was the perfect destination for a relaxing week and would be ideal with or without children.

We had a really great stay in Villa Pez. It was our second visit and we loved our stay. As always Vanessa was very quick to respond to all our queries and was very helpful. Our children spent the entire week in the pool and the villa is big enough to find your own space. The children also loved Spotify and the ability to listen to all sorts of music- it was great fun. The villa is close to the beach, shops, bus station and wonderful restaurants in the town. We also hired a car from a local car rental in Santa Eularia who were excellent. Would highly recommend for families and those looking for a very relaxing holiday.

Beautiful modern villa. High spec interior with lovely outdoor furniture . The pool was very clean, but a bit deep for kids, and the grounds well maintained. Air con in all the rooms was great. Supermarket close by and a short walk to the centre. The walk back is uphill so prepare to lose a few pounds !! My only suggestion to make it perfect would be some stair gates for toddlers. We were very concerned for our one year olds safety due to the basement stairs being open from the living room . But all in all a fabulous holiday at Villa Pez. We would definitely come back .

We enjoyed the fantastic space inside & out, but particularly the well maintained garden/furniture & pool. Being well equipped for small children was especially helpful since included in our party was my 8 month old grandson.

As 2 families of 3, we had a great stay at the Villa. The pictures really don't do it justice. The new outdoor seating and loungers were lovely and aren't even featured on the photos. The house literally had everything we needed from phone chargers, dishwasher tablets to beach umbrellas. The house is in a superb location with walking access to the beach and town. We got the water ferry to Ibiza town and easily got a taxi home. On the one day we had rain we watched movies on the huge TV and arranged a mini bus to go to San Antonio for early drinks. I've shared this villa with many of my friends,we'll certainly be back. Thank you Vanessa for all the detailed info.
