The master bedroom felt muggy as the sauna was right there and we had issues with the lighting which was eventually fixed. The secondary bedroom was cramped. For this price range would likely pick another property with more open plan.

indoor jacuzzi and the temperature warm for winter. staff very friendly and helpful. breakfast served at the apartment. amenities excellent (robes, slippers, etc)

location a little far from the center and many steps to and from the apartment. distribution of the rooms not very efficient. dvd player did not work. tv set in one bedroom did not work. kitchen too small with no room for cutlery.

We had an amazing time at Blue Angel Villa, Brigitte welcomed us at the villa and was very courteous. Everything was just lovely the property is not too far down the caldera making it easy to get to and from where the cars drop you off. Breakfast was great and was always in abundance. Highly recommended for the hospitality and the view of the sunset/ caldera!

I think there could have been more blankets only during the month of October because it gets quite chilly in the evening but that wasn't a big deal. It was more than enough but maybe some for the bed outside.

Our stay at the Blue Angel Villa was absolutely incredible. We had a family of 8 - 6 adults, 2 children - and there was plenty of room for all; although, we didn't spend much time inside anyway. The hosts have a wonderful property manager, Brigitte, who met us to drop off our baggage and arranged porters to help with our luggage, as well as private transports from both the port and airport. There was a daily cleaning service, which was greatly appreciated with our large group, as garbages filled up and towels ran out quickly. The home was also stocked with plenty of drinking water and even bottles of wine in the fridge. The property itself is so unique and fun. Bright teal tiles, stained glass, and white walls throughout - everything you hope for in a famous Santorini cave house. The kitchen was a bit small, but was surprisingly well-stocked for its size. The rooftop was so amazing, and we spent hours and hours up there taking in the views while the kids played around in the plunge pool and the adults sampled the local wine. The outdoor space is not overly large, but there was plenty of room for playing around in the pool and seating for us all to fit and watch the sunset. Those sunset views, though, WOW! The property is in a perfect location. We were there in late September, so we missed the major summer crowds, but we didn't feel like there was too much foot traffic passing the property, and we didn't feel like we were completely on top of the neighbors. A quick walk up the steps put you right in the middle of all the action in Fira, with some of the most highly rated restaurants in the area less than a 5 minute walk. Endless shopping available nearby, as well.

The internet wasn't always the most reliable, especially with 8 people trying to connect, but overall it served it's purpose. The loft bedroom didn't have great covering on the windows to block the nighttime outdoor light and morning light coming in. There could be more shading on the rooftop - even though we were there late September, it got HOT up there, so I can't even imagine what it's like during the peak summer months. The beds were not the most comfortable, so updated mattresses or pillow tops could be helpful.

Everything was wonderful, views, size of villa (we are a family of 6), location was perfect, close to everything but far enough away not to be surrounded by the Fira crowds.

Everything was perfect. The villa was very spacious elegant, and beautifully designed. It is complete with all the amenities you would need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. It has an indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. The outdoor rooftop jacuzzi is the highlight of our stay as we watched the famed Santorini sunset everyday while soaking in the hot tub. The views of the caldera, the ocean, the whitewashed houses esp after sunset is so beautiful. It was a lovely experience for us staying at Blue Angel Villa. Communication was efficient with the host Penelope from the booking process, setting up transportation, and answering every minor question I had promtly. Brigette the caretaker was nice and also very prompt in responding to questions through the whatsapp chat. Sonia the cleaning lady was very friendly and kind. Jimmy our luggage carrier was efficient as well. I'm so glad I booked this hotel. It is centrally located yet you would enjoy your privacy as well. You get a bottle of wine, welcome fruit basket, and lots of bottled (drinking) water for your stay. Breakfast is great as well and is delivered daily at the villa.

Wifi on the island is slow usually in the afternoon but this is with every airbnb/villa we've stayed at in Santorini.

The host was the best part. She absolutely went out of her way to make us comfortable.

Breakfast was just a supermarket delivery that wasn't ideal or what we expected. However after alerting our host, they delivered fresh food based off a menu and we were super happy and grateful. The hot tub had some issues heating up and made it impossible for us to use for 2 days :(

Location, sunset views, proximity to restaurants

The price says breakfast is included, but wanted to let everyone know that you have to cook your own breakfast (you are on a holiday, good luck with that), other villas give a complete cooked BF. I am a professional chef, so i could manage cooking for the family...not sure how others would handle that.. everything else was great.

Our host Brigitte has well equipped this beautiful villa and keeps it exceptionally clean and well maintained. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and communication with this excellent host was easy. There are some tight corners and low ceilings with such properties in the area, but these add to the charm and originality of the experience of staying in a cliff-side cave (former wine cellar). And the views, particularly from the terrace, are simply stunning! Beds were comfortable, dining and living room areas are spacious, there is an ample supply of glasses, plates and bowls (the morning breakfast, delivered to your door daily, was well enjoyed) and the small kitchen is well equipped and surprisingly effective. There is a plethora of dining and shopping options nearby, yet the property itself is located in a relatively private area that doesn't have too much foot traffic.

Pack lightly as access to the villa is a bit tricky with luggage but a recommended service is available for a very reasonable fee. Wi-fi is adequate for basic use. Hard to find many faults, this property (and host) are highly recommended!

It's a very clean villa and one of the best places in Fira. I was with my wife and 2 children and we were so happy. I recommend a lot and I will surely come back in the same place. Thank you for all Brigitte and Penelope.

The water in the jacuzzi is not enough heat but its winter day. All was perfect
