Everything. It was a beautiful little oasis, hosts that catered for everything you needed (and more, eg, plates, cuttlery, etc, for takeaways, ice, etc) and perfect location. Wonderful breakfasts and friendly helpful hosts Hardip and Sophia do it right and experts at knowing how just how much to interact and when.

The tranquil setting of the beautiful garden surrounding the welcoming pool. The friendly helpful owners and staff who can't do enough for you. The location is perfect. In the middle of the buzzing street life and the beautiful beach. The breakfast menu has a great selection and is all freshly prepared to order. (Delicious) The rooms are all very tastefully decorated with aircon and fans. Simply perfect little Oasis.

Casa da Praia is so much more than a B&B, where the hosts, Sofia and Hardip, truly go above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. We knew this right from the point we checked in, because despite arriving after midnight, Hardip was there to welcome us and show us the digs. We can't praise their breakfast enough, because not only is the menu thoughtfully created, but all the options are scrumptious every time! Our daughter loved the Babyccino, and my wife swears by their ham and cheese sandwich! Sofia and Hardip have created a place as unique as themselves, and I'm sure you will love them for their friendliness, generosity, and for the absolute fun that they are. We can't wait to plan another trip to Goa and experience CDP all over again.

This hotel property is flourishing with beautiful greenery, and well maintained. A small property that cares about their guests, and offers great advice based on your needs. We took the large room on the third floor and peeked in others, all decorated with a local flair. We loved it. The owners went out of their way to make us comfortable and allow for rest after a long journey and a very early arrival. The breakfast allowed for plenty of choice and the staff were amazing and very attentive during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and very clean and all had a well equipped gym. It was hard to believe that when you stepped out of the oasis that within one minute you were on the Main Street and within five minutes at a beautiful beach. A perfect location! we highly recommend this place, but you will need to book early! It also is super close to the bus stop and owners/staff extremely helpful with transportation. The owners are wonderful hosts who clearly care about their guests and do their best to make your stay in Goa memorable.

Stayed in the Villa - Spacious with huge veranda that felt very private. Great decor with antiques. wonderful hosts Sofia & Hardip are very helpful along with Attentive staff who went over and beyond to make our stay memorable. Breakfast is great! Thank you for the filtered water, didn’t have to buy bottled water! The pool surrounded by tropical plants is a little piece of heaven. will be back!!!

Location :: entrance to hotel - needs signage. A bigger mirror would be nice if you have to dress up.

Our stay in CDP was absolutely amazing. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach nearby and many resturants on the other side.Hardip and Sophie are wonderful hosts who clearly enjoy meeting people and making the stay more memorable.Hardip gave good tips on markets and restaurants to visit. Breakfast managed by Sophie is fresh, super amazingly yum! Poi omelette and fruit salad are a must have, my kid loved the pancakes! Approach roads are small but the property is really nice, with lots of greenery and a swimming pool. We stayed in the family villa which is very spacious and decor is tastefully done.Service staff is courteous and efficient. The open kitchen is extremely clean. Really liked that small details like having water filters, freezer with ice cubes, plates and vessels for having food inside your room have been thought through.Just loved staying here!

CDP is quite simply stunning! The gardens, pool area and breakfast patio area are all so beautifully laid out with large plants and trees making it such a beautiful spot. There are gorgeous ornaments here and there and our room was perfect. They have great taste in decor - we loved it! The on site gym is also fantastic and they have really thought of every detail with water and towels available in the gym for when you need them. From the minute we arrived we felt like very welcome guests. Sofia was waiting for us as we arrived (in a taxi they had organised for us) and it was so lovely to be welcomed so warmly. We were ushered in and shown around and then met Hardip who is a fantastic character! The breakfasts were outstanding and I am really going to miss daily poi bread with the delicious green chutney! The staff team were so efficient and helpful, always with a smile and a greeting. Every day our water bottles were topped up with fresh filtered water and replaced in our fridge (a lovely little extra service that really makes a difference). Our room was always spotless with fresh towels every 2 days. The whole place was spotless in fact. The location could not be better. From the rear entrance of the property you're max 5 mins walk from the beach with all the amazing beach shacks serving food and drinks and providing sun loungers. From the front door of the property you're again max 5 mins walk from the hustle and bustle of Candolim high street, with transport, food/drink/supermarkets etc all readily available. But what is amazing is that despite you being so close to a very noisy main strip - CDP is a haven of peace and tranquility. We were not disturbed by any external noises or any guests, which was perfect! Hardip and Sofia were without doubt, hosts with the most. They are such a positive, upbeat, happy and welcoming couple. Our holiday would not have been what is was if not for them. We are truly grateful to them for that. Thank you both!!

There is not one single thing I can say we did not like about CDP. A stay here will absolutely not disappoint!

Sofia, Hardip and staff.; Amazing hosts that make everyone feel at ease and always smiling. Wonderful and spotlessly clean accommodation , the breakfast is made from scratch and is so fresh each morning. Awesome location, easy and very short distance to town and beach (don't think it could be any better) , All in all a wonderful holiday and gained many friends.

It was perfect

The hospitality offered by Hardeep and Sophia was heart touching.They personally connected with us each day of our stay with them. Staff was excellent and very helpful.They offer calm sarene surrounding full of plants and a beautiful clean swimming pool.Rooms and Bathrooms were very big and spacious.The place was very well maintained hygienically in and outside the room.

We had a great time. The property is stunning, the room was comfy (we booked the best room), the breakfast was delicious. Hardeep and Sofie were lovely and helpful.

The surroundings and also the beach is full of trash. It’s of course not the property’s fault and trash is a systemic issue in India, but it takes a bit the magic and the beauty of the place.

The breakfast was amazing, I just wish it could be extended a little bit more till 11 because the bed was so comfy I couldn't get out. The hosts were outstanding and loved their job. The decor was also very stylish and classy.

There could be "do not disturb" signs for the door when one wants to sleep in.

this property is secluded, quiet and immaculate. My room was spacious with large wooden arched doorways leading onto my beautiful patio. The team is so professional and welcoming. The owners are part of the magic, doing everything from meeting you at the taxi to carry your bags, to taking coffee orders. the food is delicious, the energy is calm and after a day out in town with lots of toots and hoots and buzz, coming back here feels like a real treat. entrances are hard to find. don’t be discouraged!

the perfect cute property with pool in the centre and all rooms around it. Owners staying within the property gives personal touch to everything. Their hospitality is non-questionable. I loved everything.

We reached later than the check in time due to a "WFH" situation...BUT having said that Hardip personally greeted us, whilst we were parking our car, which I found super amazing and such a nice gesture (which later turned into such a warm, tight hug during check out) So yeaaa, Hardip welcomed us along with his beautiful wife, Sofia who has the warmest aura and smile. What started our trip on the best note was what happened next... Our confirmed room (Annex Studio) had an AC that wasn't working, but instead of having us move in and the AC being fixed, they immediately upgraded us to the Suite at NO EXTRA COST. And what a room that was 😍 I couldn't get over the room, the cleanliness, the helpful staff, the breakfast and the sweetest girls that prep and serve you the freshly made breakfast. Overall a peaceful oasis surrounded with lovely greenery. A pool to splash around in. And of course the beach being just a 2 minute walk from the property. Definitely a must visit and a recommendation to my friends as well. Lots of love to you guys.

Amazing place, with great hosts (Hardip and Sofia) and excellent rooms. Both of the hosts love to have a chat and give awesome tips (places to visit, restaurants etc.) what makes this place so special. The hotel is exactly as pictured on the photos and breakfast is amazing. When staying in Goa, book this Oasis.

This is a hidden gem in Candolim. We were 2 couples and we wanted a comfortable stay with good wifi speed as well as the basic amenities so if we don't wish to step out in Goa heat we could chill at the property. And Casa Da Praia is exactly that! The owners Hardip and Sophia are wonderful hosts, we had an early flight and called Hardip to ask if we could check in earlier or at least keep our luggage at the property. Not only did he offer us early checkin but also gave us complimentary breakfast. That was a really good gesture as nobody offers it nowadays! Now coming to breakfast they have a variety of options to choose from along with unlimited poe (Goan bread) and their famous green chutney. I am not a breakfast person but I didn't miss breakfast during my stay :) we stayed at the villa with a beautiful patio and swimming pool as soon as you walk out. The pool was very clean and Hardip also opened up the slackline for us to use :) It was our first time using it so it was definitely an adventure ☺️ I almost got a mini Bali vibe from the property as their decor is such! Hardip and Sophia would chat with us everyday whenever we crossed paths and it was great to get to know a little about them. I loved my experience and me and my husband would definitely return here whenever we visit Goa. Thank you again for such a lovely experience
