Wij hebben een heel fijne tijd gehad in dit huisje. Alles was aanwezig. De pelletkachels geven een aangename warmte. Michael zelf is heel communicatief. In de omliggende velden en heuvels is nog veel wild te spotten, daar hoef je geen auto voor te nemen. Een aanrader!

We (10 twenty-somethingers) had an amazing week in this home. Plenty of space, everything we needed was there. We had every dinner outside, we were very happy there's a BBQ! The neighbor is super friendly, although we can't really converse in French and he doesn't speak English we 'spoke' and he gave us some fruit from his garden! Lots of space outside for sports, sunbathing, games. There is not really anything to do in the neighborhood, but the beach is 30 minutes away, as for some cute towns! We definitely recommend this place! Thanks for the great stay!

The owner came to greet us and give the necessary information about the property. The renovated farm offered a lot of space and was well suited for an extended family weekend with kids of various ages. There was a lot to discover in the near environment and time was too short to have more than a good first impression. We have experienced a few minor problems, the coffee maker did not work properly and one of the (4) toilets leaked water. There were obvious workarounds for these. Guests have to bring along towels (and shampoo & soap) . The weather was much better than expected enabling us to have all meals outside in the sunny garden. An extra parasol would have been nice.

This house was perfect for our large family gathering! We travelled from England, France and Germany to meet for a family Christmas the location is lovely and remote but was easily found by all of us! The house was well equipped and large enough to allow us all plenty of room to relax and the super large dining table was a perfect spot for the twelve of us to eat our Christmas meals and play games! What a fabulous Christmas of delightful family memories we have had in this beautifully renovated property!

We enjoyed a long week staying at Les Chenes where we found the right mixture of comfort and rural charm. The property is spacious with plenty of separate areas for the family to relax and do their own thing. Well equipped to cater for the 12 of us and very flexible for the combination of sleeping spaces that we wanted. The wi-fi was a bit slow although it did improve as the week progressed. All the domestic appliances were satisfactory although we did take some time to get the dishwasher functioning correctly. We had not noticed that the connection to the spray rotor had come adrift. The location is charming and close to a variety of places offering a wide choice of things to visit and do. Close to the Tunnel and easy to reach from the UK without long drives. Definitely a really good option for a large group.

Nous étions 5 couples d’amis et avons passé une agréable semaine dans cette ancienne ferme restaurée où tout est fonctionnel et bien pensé. Regardez le livre montrant les travaux effectués et l’evolution de ceux-ci! Un endroit en pleine campagne où il fait bon se promener et où l’on n’est vraiment pas loin de la mer. Cet endroit est à recommander.

We stayed at the house with my side of the family which was 4 different families (12 in total)) and the whole set-up of the house was perfect to accommodate us all. Very clean, spacious and well equipped with everything you would need. The large indoor table area and outdoor table & patio area were great spaces to gather for family meals. The manager of the property Michael was great guy, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable of the area and gave us some really good advice on places to go and see. The surrounding areas are very nice and we went out on a few bike rides to see as much of the countryside as possible. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area as the beaches and larger towns / cities are within 20 minutes drive. We will definitely be visiting here again in the near future

Une règion très belle et la maison superbement située près de la mer. Beaucoup d'espace, une cuisine bien equipée et un beau jardin avec belle vue sur les environs. Sur place, il y a beaucoup d'information sur la région. Il ya un petit magasin avec de bons produits pas loin. Tout était là pour nous faire passer un weekend excellent, même le soleil ! Clubke '56

The owner was very helpful meeting us at the start of our stay and giving us advice on the local area. We were particularly impressed with his recommendations and assistance in making bookings, etc. Customer care outstanding.

This was an excellent venue for our reunion of old friends. Comfortable, light, lots of space inside and out, plenty of bathrooms and toilets, cleverly renovated with two staircases. Michael, the manager, was very helpful with extra information and gave us a friendly welcome and "checkout". The immediate surroundings are pretty; eg. we had a nice walk to Parenty. Further afield Montreuil, about 20 minutes drive, is well worth visiting. Also Hardelot Plage and Le Touquet Paris Plage with their wonderful beaches. This short break left me wanting to go back to this region, and I would have no hesitation in recommending this property.

We stay for Christmas. We were a group of 12 and the house was perfect for our size. Enough space for everyone to have room to themselves and the large dining table was brilliant for meal times. The kitchen is very well stocked for the party size. Location was fantastic, only 30 minutes to the beach. Would definitely visit again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tubeauville with a group of 14. The house is well equipped. Plenty of bathrooms. All clean and tidy. Pallet stoves create a cosy atmosphere. Friendly and helpful owner. Quiet village.

Nous avons passé une trés belle semaine dans ce superbe gite, parfaitement aménagé et rénové ( à neuf, en gardant le charme ) pour 15 personnes ( et pour de vrai, assez de lits, de vaisselles, de chambres, de salles de bain... etc ). Le coin est superbe, le gîte trés confortable, on y trouve tout, du barbecue, au ballon pour les enfants, à la machine à laver et Michael est charmant, plein de bons conseils et de bonnes adresses. Il suffit de sortir du gîte pour trouver de très belles promenades à travers la campagne si belle dans le Boulonnais. Je le recommande pour toutes vos réunions familiales ou amicales dans la région.

We gathered at 4 families in Michael amazing house, totalling 15 people, incl young kids. House is huge and very well decorated. Comfort is perfect and the owner is very accomodating, available in case we needed him! Kids played in the garden, and seaside is just 20 minutes away. Perfect for week ends or holidays, and very close to Calais for those who come from the UK just like us. Thanks again for this great stay, will definitely do it again!
