Wir (zwei Erwachsene und drei Kinder zwischen 3 und 7 Jahren) haben eine schöne und entspannte Woche in der schönen Ferienwohnung und am Strand verbracht. Unser Auto konnten wir vor dem Grundstück stehen lassen, da alles sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist: Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt... Der Ort selber ist zwar nicht besonders schön, aber man bekommt alles, was man braucht. Es gibt einen sehr kleinen öffentlichen Strand. Wir haben uns jedoch für jeden Tag 2 Liegen und einen Sonnenschirm in einem Bagni gemietet und waren dort sehr zufrieden. Mauro ist ein sehr netter Vermieter, der uns jederzeit bei Fragen weiter half. Vielen Dank noch einmal für alles!

Super zentrale Ferienwohnung. Am Hang gelegen, über Treppenstufen in 6 Minuten Meer, sowie Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt und Bushaltestelle erreichbar. Mit dem Bus ist man schnell in Sestri Levante oder Chiavari, wo eine weitere Verbindung mit dem Zug in die Clinque Terre oder Genua besteht. Somit haben wir während unseres Urlaubs kaum unser Auto genutzt. Die Terrasse der Ferienwohnung ist groß und lädt zum Frühstücken, Abendessen und entspannen ein. Ein Grill steht auch zur Verfügung. Wir wurden immer schon freudig von der Nachbarskatze begrüßt 😊. Leider hat es an einigen Utensilien, z. B. Schneebesen, gefehlt. Wir konnten uns aber behelfen. Die Kommunikation mit Mauro war immer top und er war jederzeit über Handy erreichbar. Leider haben wir ihn nie persönlich kennengelernt. Wir können die Ferienwohnung jederzeit empfehlen und haben die Zeit in Lavagna sehr genossen.

Wir haben uns in der sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung sehr wohlgefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen, sowie Fön. Die wunderschöne Terrasse mit Grill und Zitronenbaum haben wir täglich zum Frühstücken und Abendessen genutzt. Vom Haus ist man in 6 Minuten über einige Treppen am Strand, es gibt dort einen kleinen freien Abschnitt. Wir waren meist abends dort, da hat man viel Platz und kann den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Eine gute Alternative dazu ist der Strand in St. Anna, etwa 10 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Dort gibt es ein Parkhaus direkt am Strand(h/1€) und dort war immer Platz. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug nach Camogli, dort hat es uns sehr gefallen, auch in Chiavari kann man schön unter den Arkaden bummeln. Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Lavagna verlebt. Den netten Vermieter Mauro haben wir leider nur bei der Anreise getroffen.

Prima verblijf, heel vriendelijk eigenaar, mooi en dichtbij vrije zandstrand. Huis met groot terras, ideaal voor kinderen.

Fantastic place to stay if you sant to se Cinque Terre ord the other way to Portofino. The house (top floor) is so nice with a balcony to the sea and a big patio (with a barbeque) in the shade, nice place to be after bech! The house is well located with small grocerystore, bakary, lokal pastabakary and a few good resturantes. 10 min walk to bech, 25 min to trainstation (easy to go everywere). Mauro is very nice and helpful if you need enything, or advice. We stayed for 2 weeks in july 2019, and we highly recomend to stay here! // Bengt & Helen

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man braucht, sogar Kaffee, Salz, Öl und Zucker in der Küche. Die Kinder waren von den Zitronenbäumen mit vielen reifen Zitronen im Garten begeistert. Es gibt zwei Terrassen, eine hinter dem Haus, die andere mit Blick auf das Meer. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat eine angenehme Größe für 4 Personen. Freundliche und schnelle Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Der Ort Cavi inkl. Strand sind nicht so überwältigend, aber es gibt eine gute Busverbindung nach Sestri Levante und Chiavari. Auch mit dem Zug ist Cavi zu erreichen.

We had a great two weeks staying at Mauro's apartment. There is nothing negative that I can say, but here are a few points of interest: - The internet is great. If you have to work while here like I did, you will find the internet speeds more than satisfactory for any kind of work. I had download speeds of around 70 mb/s and upload speeds a bit less than that. - You might want to bring an adapter for the normal Germany plugs to the smaller Italian outlets. It is the same voltage but sometimes the larger plugs don't fit. You can pick one up at any of the local Chinese shops for around 1,50 eur. - Parking is wonderful and directly in front of the house. If you've ever been to Italy you know this can sometimes be a challenge. In Lavagna and surrounding areas itself, I found the parking to also be satisfactory with plenty of free parking, as well as paid parking for a small fee (I think 1 eur. per hour). - There are three moka pots for making coffee as well as a coffee machine. We couldn't find coffee filters in any of the stores we went to, so bring some of your own. - If you are partial to your own pillow, I'd recommend brining it. The pillows in the apartment were not so comfortable. But it was ok. - There is an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer in the apartment, so you can save some space and leave yours at home. - All the appliances and cookware needed for cooking at home are there and there is a nice gas stove to use. - If you want to use the outdoor grill you should bring your own kindling. We couldn't find any so didn't have a chance to cook outside. - The house is built almost like a typical German house, which was great because the interior never got hot even on the hottest day we were there. I think it was 32 degrees highest when we were there, and still cool inside with the windows and shutters shut during the day. - There are mosquito nets on the windows. We found they were a bit finicky to shut, but once they are down they work great (and you will need them because there are lots of mosquitos!) Overall great time at Mauro's place. He was always quick to respond and very friendly. I can highly recommend this place! Thanks Mauro!

Es hat uns sehr gefallen! Die Wohnung ist erholsam gelegen und gut ausgestattet. Morgens haben wir beim Bäcker in der Via Pavia frische Panini geholt. Für Ausflüge sind wir entweder direkt unten an der Via Aurelia in den Bus gestiegen oder am Bahnhof Cavi in den Zug.

Underbar utsikt med endast 94 trappor ner till Cavi och stranden. Utplatsen på baksidan var perfekt skuggig så vi åtnjöt både middag och frukost där. Huset var svalt och skönt nattetid då man hade alla fönster med myggnät fördragna och sedan vaknade upp till den fantastiska utsikten över hela bukten

Wir waren mit unserer Wahl der Ferienwohnung total zufrieden, sehr angenehmer Vermieter, ruhige Lage, in wenigen Schritten am Strand, sehr gute Ausrüstung, Frühstück auf der Ostterrasse, Abendessen auf dem Westbalkon mit Meerblick. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen, höchstens noch 4 Weingläser für die Küchenausstattung.

Das Haus war richtig schön und bequem, auch die Lage war toll. Wir haben 2 Wochen in Lavagna verbracht und habe eine sehr gute Zeit gehabt. Wenn man gar nicht raus will, kann schön beim Haus grillen und sich erholen. Es gibt genug Platz für eine Familie (1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Kinderzimmer mit einem Etagenbett und falls noch was zusätzliches nötig wird, kann man auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer liegen (Der Vermieter hat für uns eine Babybett auch zue Verfügung gestellt). Wenn man im Meer baden will, muss nur die Treppen runter (80-100 Schritte), Es ist immer so, wenn man eine richtig gute Aussicht hat. Natürlich mit dem Auto kann man auch runterfahren, und dauert 2-3 Minuten. Also alles top! The house was pretty nice and pleasant, the location was good too. We spent there 2 weeks and we had a really good time. If you do not want to go out, you can grill there and just relax. There enough space for a family: 1 sleeping room, 1 room for the children and you can relax in the living room (there is a sofa too there). (they bought us a baby bed as well for our 4 month old daughter). If you want to get to the beach, you should go downstairs (80-100 stairs). But you have a pretty good view from a house. Of course you can go by car, and you will be on the beach in 2-3 minutes. Everything was perfect!

Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und gepflegte Ferienwohnung vor. Sie hat eine gemütliche Einrichtung. Alle Geräte waren voll funktionstüchtig und in einem guten Zustand. Auf der Rückseite des Hauses befand sich eine große Terrasse unter Oliven und Zitronenbäumen, die von den Nachbarn kaum einzusehen ist. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl. Gezellige nette woning. Makkelijk om het strand te bereiken, gewoon een trap naar beneden nemen recht tegenover de woning, een kleine 10 min wandeling. Ook vlakbij een treinstation wat de buurt verkennen (5 terre, Genua, binnenland) het echt wel makkelijk maakt. Mauro is echt sympathiek en steeds bereidt te helpen. Cosy, clean app. Easy to reach the beach, just stairs across the road about 10 min walk. Also nearby is a trainstation that you can use to get around (cinque terre, Genova, hinterland). Mauro is a real helpfull guy. Un app bien confortable et popre. C'est facile pour allez a la plage, juste un escalier au face d'app environ 10 min de marcher. Il y a proche aussi une gare, facile pour visiter 5 terre, Genova, les montagne. Mauro est bien sympa et que'un qui aimer aider

Vi tillbringade en vecka i detta underbara hus! Mauro , vår värd, talade en god engelska. Vi hade ett enda "missöde" vi lyckades överbelasta elnätet, det dröjde knappt 10 minuter så var Mauro på plats och åtgärdade detta! Huset var mycket rent och hemtrevligt möblerat, vi kunde inte komma på att vi saknade någon enda "pryl" i huset! På baksidan finns en stor insynsskyddad altan med matplats,grill , solstolar och dignande citronträd! Från matbordet inne i huset hade vi hela ..Medelhavet som utsikt och på kvällarna såg vi solen gå ned över Portofinohalvön! Lavagna är en fin liten stad med torghandel varje dag och mängder av spännande affärer. Från huset tog det oss knappt tio minuter att gå ned till stranden, dock lite jobbigare hem , långa trappor. Lätt att parkera bilen vid huset och omgivningen tyst , grön och vacker. Mycket att se i omgivningarna , inte minst det populära Cinque Terra! Vi längtar tillbaka till denna lilla oas, och rekommenderar den varmt Familjen Ericson från Göteborg

The apartment is very clean and lovingly furnished in a Ligurian style. The house itself is completely renovated and is up to date to the newest standards. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. All the appliances are functioning excellently. The pictures on the web completely represent reality. All in all it is an excellent cost benefit value. There are many restaurants, coffee shops and grocery stores close by. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house is located on the hill offering an incredible view over the ocean. Due to the well functioning mosquito and sun screens is it easy to keep the heat as well as the bugs outside. The back patio is private and comfortably shaded till about 10:30 am and after 6 pm so that breakfast and dinner can be enjoyed outside. The shower, bathtub and toilette are very clean and inviting. Our family with three children felt very comfortable there.

We stayed one week with our litte twins at Mauro's apartment to enjoy spring in Italy. The three-rooms are nicely done up and leave nothing to be desired. On sunny days we sat on the huge terrace adjoined by lemon and olive trees, in the evening we could see the sunset over the ocean from our living room. The property is situated in quiet surroundings near the panoramic street, but shops, beach and the train station can be reached quickly by foot. Thanks to our kind host we had a pleasant stay and will certainly return for another holiday.
