Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.
Das Frühstück war ausreichend.
Das Parken im Innenhof kostet 10€ pro Tag, was man aber investieren sollte, da die Parkmöglichkeit am Straßenrand sehr begrenzt ist.
Der Check-in muss an der Rezeption im „ Haupthaus“ UHU- Hotel stattfinden .
Die S- Bahn- Station „ Dellbrück“ ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten zu erreichen, ist aber etwas schmuddelig.
Das Gästehaus UHU befindet sich in einem „ durchwachsenen“ Wohngebiet, nette Menschen. Essensmöglichkeiten sind in 300-700 m zu Fuß erreichbar.
Da wir ein „ Deluxe Zimmer“ ( 104) im Erdgeschoss hatten, hatte man im Badezimmer beim Duschen gefühlt immer „ Zuschauer“ vom Innenhof, da sich am Fenster kein Rollo, sondern sich nur ein paar folierte Streifen als Sichtschutz befanden.

Excellent breakfast and clean rooms and a great location near the railway station. I also appreicate how helpful and friendly the reception staff were.
The beds were a bit hard so I found it difficult to sleep.

Good bed in very large room (#100) in the basement. Clean and good showers and toilet.

Parking place must be paid. The hydraulic machine of the lift next to the room causes a vibration during use of the lift, similar to a train passing by. It made me hard to get to sleep.

We had to leave after one night of our 2night trip. The hotel staff told us we could get a refund via booking.com, but booking never responded to us and the hotel couldnt help either.. i understand the hotel does not do the rrfund, but it would have been nice if they helped us contact booming. Facilities were ok, not bad. Location was a bit boring

Beautiful accomodatio, good position, close to S linie Station and Tram, to reach city center and fair without changes.

Spacious rooms and ok breakfast.
Depressing interiors, the place looks much worse than in the pictures. The bathrooms have seen better times, we found some dirt and dust. Not worth the price. The property offers vouchers for reviews - maybe this is how they got such good ratings.

Cozy hotel, pet friendly, helpful staff, comfortable bed, easy parking, easy access. if you are by car, you can easily reach the city center or other places in and around Köln

Clean, most of the things are considered
Unfortunately our room (rooftop) had only 1 tiny window and no AC, it was 33 degrees inside the room and it was impossible to sleep, i understand that Germany is not used to heat waves so AC is a bit much to ask but a ventilator would be nice to have in a room that has no windows

Spacious enough for my family of 5. Super nice shower/bathroom. Location was perfect next to a train station. Breakfast was good and the staff was helpful.
We didn’t realize our room was in the basement until we arrived. There was only one window so it was a bit stuffy. A fan would help. I would still recommend this place though.
