Location is not on the beach. It is located atop a short but strenuous hill. Still worth it as the beach is beautiful with good opportunities for snorkeling and there's a restaurant. The beach is fairly clean with only moderate amount of thrash.

Low budget with decent value for money. Though there are some hiccups which could have made our stay that much better. The room was on ground floor which limited the stunning view of the bay. The room is dimly lit with only a loft lamp and no bedside lamps. The mosquito net was ripped. In the bathroom was long black hair in the drain. The kitchen was there but without utensils. The madras was a bit damp and smelled faintly musky. Also the madras was fairly hard though we've had worse. The WiFi was unstable and often times unusable.

Awesome stay in the Ksamil, the Maldives of Europe. Comfortable beds and AC, spacious rooms with balconies made for each stunning sunset over the sea... leisurely stroll down to the beach or a quick ride into town or back to Sarande. Great homemade food in the restaurant. Klevis and his family are wonderful hosts who are ready to accommodate anything you might need with a smile. Will return asap.

You should absolutely book this place. This was absolutely the best place we stayed in Albania. We booked this stay last minute on the ferry from Corfu. We booked at 9pm and didn't arrive until 10pm however the owner was waiting for us outside and greeted us warmly. From the moment we arrived we were treated as guests of honour. First our room was upgraded to one which was not only bigger but had a fantastic balcony which we all loved. As we worked through the admin, I mentioned it was my Fiance's birthday and we were immediately given a lovely bottle of wine for us to share. It really made her day special and she really appreciated this. The owner opened the bottle for us and we got to enjoy this lovely end to the day. In the morning he made us a fantastic breakfast with coffee and we got to enjoy the views from the hotel looking down on the Coast line. We have previously stayed in central Ksamil, but found it quite noisy at night. This was the complete opposite, it was peaceful and away from the action. We had a car so we found it easy to get to however if you are reliant on public transport you'd have to get a bus and a brief walk. The views are spectacular and although we didn't venture down to the beach, we could see it from the hotel and it looked lovely. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone who is visiting Albania and a huge thank you to the owner for making my Fiance's birthday extra special.

The hospitality and food were fantastic. The owner gave us a bigger apartment for the same price (because it was unoccupied at the time). We got advice on sightseeing, the surrounding area, beaches and shopping. We talked a lot with the owner about everything, he knows English and Italian. He was always there to help. We had covered parking at our disposal. Excellent expirence.

The location was great for us because we love nature and don't want the bustle of the city. For someone who wants night parties, however, the location is a bit far from Ksamil.

Location is ok, the bed was pretty comfortable. The host gave us different room, as he said better than we booked.

But frankly speaking we booked the best room available at booking.com which was named ‘deluxe room’. There was no warm water in the morning, we found a lot of small ants inside the bed. Pay close attention to what is written in description!!! Although the place has POS terminal we could not pay with the credit card because of uncertain circumstances…

The new building has a stunning Seaview, rooms are large and beds are comfortable in a very quite setting. It is safe and cosy.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, they had a good bar service and you can eat there, which is key considering that the city center is not too close It has a nice ‘small’ beach near the apartment, which made the location convenient

There aren’t any convenience stores near the hotel, so you need to go to the city center by car if you want to buy anything

Owner was very nice, and the view was gorgeus. Breakfast was good but you have to take also a dinner. Delicious. Rooms are nice and a balcony with a sea view. The beach is 10 minutes walking, the water cristal clear

The location is great for people who are able to walk down and up the hill. 10 minutes fast walk to the beautiful beach- not as crowded as in Ksamil. The place is perfect for people who look for a a calm and quiet place. There is no supermarket (the nearest one is in Ksamil). You can find one bar 8 minutes walk and one restaurant on the beach, but you can also order lunch or dinner in Vila Pasqyra with normal prices and delicious taste. The owner Klewis is always there and offers any help you need with his smile and very nice attitude to the guests. Also the bus station to Ksamil or Saranda is 8 minutes walk. The view from the balcony is wonderful - perfect for sunset. Close to Pasqyra Beach you can find another, even more beautiful and more empty beach Shpella e Pellumbave (going trough the sea left from Pasqyra Beach or up the hill).

We had a room for 3 people with 2 beds so there was to little space- between the beds 20/30cm and the same between the bed and table or kitchenette so it was hard to move between them. The view from the balcony is amazing but there was no table or chairs to sit on and enjoy it. In the kitchen was no kettle to boil the water and we had to do it in a pot and also no bigger cups for a tea, only small glasses. Maybe people don’t drink tea on vacation but I do :) The way to the beach is short and beautiful for healthy people, but if you have difficulty with walking it can be not that easy because of rocks and steep hills. Clothes pegs would also be useful on the dryer on the balcony because the wind blew clothes away and we had to tie them.

Very nice owner and delicious meals on site. The view of the sunset was absolutely gorgeous, and the area way more relaxed than Ksamil.

The shower wasn't sealed properly so the whole bathroom floor turned into a lake when taking a shower...

Knowing it’s season, but the value is not worth. Twice in a row we had no electricity. Other guests were loud and noisy at night. The breakfast was ok, but you never get a regular hot coffee, bc the coffee is in a glas carafe which for me is not acceptable.

The location was great next to the best beaches in the area. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was decent. Value for money.

Friendly and helpful English speaking owner. Spacious and clean room including comfortable bed, hot shower, a big balcony with panoramic mountains and sea view. Three different beaches in walking distance with restaurants.

Our restaurant ordered portions of spaghetti and penne were rather tiny (kid’s portion). The included breakfast coffee was always lukewarm so that the available cold milk made it even colder.
