We very much enjoyed our family holiday here. The house is spacious and well equipped. The children loved the pool. The house is in a quiet residential area but very convenient for the beach and town. The owner is very helpful and responded promptly to all our questions. He has bicycles available to rent although we took our own. Overall a perfect holiday experience.

We spent a wonderful week in this stunning villa which is superbly equipped, spacious, clean and welcoming. We were a total of 10, from 2 families and we had ample space to relax and enjoy. There is so much to do at the villa to entertain all ages both inside (incl pool table, table football, board games) and outside with a lovely pool and spacious decking area. The villa is situated in a quiet residential street, 5 mins walk from a fabulous bakery! The town is a 5-10mins cycle or 20min walk - on quiet streets and cycle paths - so super easy to get around. The town itself is lovely with nice restaurants and shops - just a shame we were only there for a week! Finally, many thanks to Jean Michel who was so helpful and responsive with any questions and queries we had prior to our arrival - made the whole planning and logistics process for us very smooth! Everything we expected and more. The kitchen had all the equipment we could wish for. The pool was a great size and our grand daughter loved it. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect. The living room very spacious and comfortable.

Wen spent a wonderful time in this spacious, modern and tasteful house. Even with seven adults there was enough space to spent time together or apart - everyone could find a his favorite spot to read, relax and unwind. Bakery, shopping and restaurants can be easily reached by foot. Very nice host who was always available for questions. We appreciated this very much and can certainly recommend this house.

Superbe maison, on s’est très bien amusé. Pas loin du centre de Andernos. Par contre il faut vraiment faire attention pour le bruit car les voisins ne sont pas tolérants. C’est le seul désavantage. Sinon c’etait parfait!

We have rented many holiday houses, this one is by far the best designed. The rooms are well spaced out and the central living and dining area is bright and airy. The patio doors go all the way into the walls giving a very effective inside/outside feeling, We we arrived the house was perfectly clean. The village has plenty of restaurants and the cycle tracks are very close by. The house is new and fully equipped with everything our family needed. Would highly recommend this house!

We stayed for two weeks in september. We invited all our kids and partners to join us. Six came. We had a wonderful time in a very luxurious and beautiful built house. The house is so well designed that everybody can be together or have their privacy as well. The bathrooms were state of the art. Bedrooms are big and quiet. The living space is enormous with lots of spaces so you can quietly read a book while the others are playing a game or so. The kitchen is very well equipped and adjacent to the living room. Cooking becomes a social happening. The terrace is large and the sliding doors can be opened totally so outside becomes inside and vv. The outdoor-kitchen is nice. The terrace round the swimming pool is very comfortable with sunbeds and lounge sets. Our second week we had brilliant weather so we used them a lot. The pool is large, with a nice feel. There are lots of games in and around the house that can be played (pool, tabletennis etc.). Bakery is in walking distance. The nearest supermarket is close by with a good fresh-food department. During our stay we rented bikes. We went our separated ways but went for lunch together at one of the cabanes at the bay. Very good fresh oysters with local white wine on a bayside-terrace. We planned to visit some chateaux before our holiday but finally we stayed in Andernos because we and also our children enjoyed being in and round the house so much. One rainy day we went to Bordeaux (a forty minute drive). Jean-Michel was very helpful and easy to reach if necessary. In short a very great stay. We will come again.
