The shower valve in our room was not working properly.

The oatmeal was good. I would have liked to see a variety of herbal teas. There was a good variety of breakfast options.

I didn’t like that the first room smelled, and that there are no possibilities to open a window and get fresh air. The air conditioning was not possible to turn it off. I changed rooms and then the second room the shower didn’t work.

The bathroom shower was kind of dirty and I ended up cleaning it myself.

The room is very dirty. There is written that rooms are not smoking BUT the smell in coridors. The room has insects and they bit my son and his body swollen up like an allergy. We booked two rooms and in my friend's room the sounds were very loud, like a drill was working. It turned out that there was an elevator shaft behind the wall and the elevator worked out of service. Very dirty and not favorable smell in all corridors We wanted to leave but the time was very late and could not find a free hotel room nearby Our stay was very bad in this hotel.

Breakfast was acceptable but there is room for improvement.

The location of this hotel was what made it appealing. Right off the Garden State Parkway and very near Route 17 made travel very easy. I liked the fitness center, although one of treadmills didn’t work and one of the televisions was always off. Breakfast had a good selection for this grade of hotel, and the facility was clean and well cared for.

The soundproofing of the room was very poor. I could hear people next door, above me, and outside in the hallway. The doors are heavy and shut hard, making a loud noise that woke me every single someone on my floor opened and shut their door…every time (many times between 10pm - 5am), so sleep was very fractured and it was hard to get back to sleep because sometimes it happened every few minutes. Some vehicles on the highway next door were also quite loud and were impossible to sleep through. If there was one suggestion I have for this hotel it would be to better soundproof their rooms and especially their doors t the hallways.

Stayed here many times. Bathroom sink area could have been cleaned a little better. Had some stray hairs in the sink and on the counter. Not a big deal and would not deter me from staying again.
