Toni, the host, help us with all our needs. Big thanks for helping us to find coal for the grill! Would love to go back to this place. The villa is fantastic. There is loads of space around the building. Pool is great. Fans in the bedrooms keep you cool. Location is superb. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk, as is the large carrefour supermarket. Our family of four with two children under 4 had an amazing time, a week wasn’t long enough. To top it all off Toni and his cake was such a lovely touch. Thank you!

We arrived to a beautiful Villa awaiting us, exactly as we had viewed in the photos. The villa was immaculately presented and Toni the owner met us there to show us around. There was a few goodies in the fridge to see us through our first day. We travelled to Sa Coma as a party of 8 (3 generations) the villa was very spacious for the amount of people. The pool is bigger than the photos suggest and there are pool toys and floats provided. Toni came to clean out the pool and water the plants every 2 days. He was not intrusive and you hardly noticed he was there. Half way through the holiday we were presented with 2 bottles of wine from Toni which was very kind! The villa is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, but is within a three minute walk from the shops and restaurants. It's a five minute walk to the beautiful beach. It's centrally located should you wish to visit Cala Millor or S'illot. This was our first time on a villa holiday and we absolutely loved it!!

We arrived at Toni's villa in the early hours of the morning and Toni was there to meet and greet us and gave us a tour of his amazing villa he had also stocked our fridge up with water, beer, bread, cake, melon and ham which was most welcome. The next morning we saw the villa in all its glory it was very Spanish in decor but we liked that and it soon became apparent how spacious it was with lots of different areas to lose yourself if you wanted some 'me' time. We were a family of 6 adults (mum, dad, two sons and their girlfriends). The pool area was amazing although the pool is deep with no shallow area but Toni has a supply of lilos and rings plus noodles should you need them. There are plenty of sunbeds to sunbathe whether it be in full sun or shady areas and he supplies pool towels too. The villa is equipped with all you need washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, oven etc. We ate in more than we intended too only because it was so nice to cook and eat alfresco at one of the three tables Toni had positioned around the villa depending on what time of day you ate there was always a shady dining area. The villa is set on a lovely quiet road and within 5 minutes walk to the big Carrefour supermarket and bars, restaurants and the beach although we never spent much time at the beach it looked lovely. When we did eat out we enjoyed meals at Jauns, Britannia Bar, and the Happy Bar. We also enjoyed the nightlife of the Kings Head and would recommend seeing tribute acts of Bobby Alexander, Abba and Jackson's. Overall our first villa holiday was amazing and Toni was always only a phone call away if needed and visited us every two days to water his plants and check we were all ok. Would definitely recommend staying here and we hope to go back in the near future. Thank you Toni for a wonderful and mememoral holiday .

This was our first time staying in a villa and it definitely did not disappoint. The villa was FANTASTIC. The owners were there to welcome us (with an amazing cake and a few treats in the fridge), they were brilliant and excellent communication throughout, when we tripped the electricity and we could not find the fuse box a quick call to Toni and he was straight round to sort it for us. We have been to Sa Coma many times over the years and this villa's location is perfect, a close walk to the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. The villa itself was amazing, very clean both inside and out, the pool was perfect, and the villa itself was a great size, 8 adults were in our group and there was plenty of room for us all. I honestly could not pick 1 fault with the villa or the owners it made our holiday even better, we would DEFINITELY book this villa again. Thank you for making our holiday even more PERFECT.

Family of 5 stayed here we were welcomed at 0200hrs by very friendly Toni who had put ham, cheese, bread. Fresh cake and wine for us in fridge! Communication throughout was great. Villa amazing we were so impressed and pleased the best villa we’ve ever stayed in. The beach is a couple of minutes away. We ate at Es Mollet in S’illot staff and food great. Thank you Toni we had a great holiday your a fantastic host! Joanne, Tony and family

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely villa. Toni was an extremely helpful host and helped make our stay very relaxing. The villa’s location is very quiet, yet close to central Sa Coma and the beach. Nice pool, barbecue and plenty of chill out areas.

The villa is a beautiful home, and very spacious. We stayed in the upstairs double, and Antonio provided a cot for our 4 month old, and she stayed in the twin bed room next door. Both upstairs bedrooms open onto a huge sunny terrace with sunbeams - perfect for afternoon sun. We made full use of the well equipped kitchen, but ate all meals outside at one of the three outdoor dining areas! We enjoyed the comfortable living room on a rainy day (note all TV channels are German or Spanish). The villa has lots of bath and pool towels, plus a handy washing machine and tumble dryer (plus two large clothes airers). Pool was spacious and water very clean - note that it is quite deep throughout (approx 5ft) and there's no shallow area. The outdoor space was lovely, especially the covered area with two comfy sofas next to the barbecue. We also appreciated that the plot is completely secure, with locked gates at the front. The location is ideal; 2 minute walk to the blue flag beach, shops, bars, mini supermarkets, restaurants etc. The promenade along the beach was ideal for a walk with buggy, especially in cool early mornings. The villa is on a residential street just behind the main resort, so is nice and peaceful but close enough to walk to the action. It's a 2 minute drive to a large supermarket, which FYI has a huge range of baby food, formula and equipment (I didn't know this in advance, so had packed it all from UK). Antonio was a great host, and helped on the same day when we had a broken fridge and also needed fresh towels from mopping up after a big storm! He kindly provided fruit and (amazing) cake on arrival, and wished us well before we left too. A very convenient and comfortable place to stay. Thanks Antonio!

Vi er kommet hjem fra en skøn ferie i dette fantastiske hus, med en super beliggenhed. Antonio, ejeren af huset kommunikerede vi med via mail inden afrejse, aftalte at ringe når vi landede - alt fungerede. Antonio havde købt frisk kage, kiks, frugt og vand til os, da vi kom, meget sent. Et par dage efter kom han med en lækker vin, herunder og så frisk bagt kage fra sin mor, smagte vidunderligt. De sødeste mennesker. Vi fik også anbefaling om en lækker restaurant Torre de Canyamel på Porxada de sa Torre - prøv det! Vi fik det lækreste mad, simpelthen det bedste vi nogensinde har fået. Vi vil helt sikkert komme tilbage til dette hus.

Sehr schönes Haus, in zentraler Lage. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, er war jeder Zeit erreichbar und gleich vor Ort wenn mal etwas sein sollte. Würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Beautiful villa in a lovely location, ideallly situated close to beach, restaurants, shops and lovely walks. The villa was spacious with fantastic outside seating areas and pool. Toni, our host was attentive and kind, always helpful and provided us with the use of an apartment on the day we were leaving as our pick up for airport was late in evening..The villa is really well equipped with everything you could possibly need and we would certainly recommend it.

This was our second stay at this villa. As before we enjoyed a wonderful holiday in this well equipped home from home. Both the beach and the supermarket are a short walk away, as are many good restaurants. Toni is a very friendly and attentive host, and his mother's cakes are amazing! We will be back.

We have been coming to sa coma since 2004 on holiday and can easily say this was the best. The villa was simply stunning and accurately described on the web site. Toni (the owner) was first class and went above and beyond to welcome us all and ensure our two weeks was as enjoyable and hassle free as possible, from fresh cakes, wine and fresh fruit on arrival; to cleaning the pool every second day - he really was tremendous. A fantastic holiday for us all (family of 8), villa, owner, location was all perfect. We have booked again already for 2016, thank you again Toni!

We - 3 adults and 3 kids (1, 5, 6) really enjoyed our 2 weeks in Toni's Finca. It's nicely located close to the beach and the supermarket. The garden with its multiple seating areas and the great pool invited us to spend our time outside. The house provides everything one can think of to get through the day. We prepared our own food as the restaurants in Sa Coma were not what we expected - and we know there are much better ones on the island. Toni and his mom were very kind and available when needed - we really appreciate that! I should also meniton the cakes and sweets they surprised us with - really delicious! We were two familys sharing the house for a week in July. Everything was perfect. The house was beautyful with all the nescessary equipment for a perfect vacation. On our arrival to the house in the evening, a freshly baked cake (made by Tonis mum) and a basket of fruit was waiting for us. The kids enjoyed the pool and all the toys that was lended to them during our stay. The house was located in a calm area close to the beach and a nearby big supermarket. We will recommend this house to our friends and relatives and will hopefully be able to go back ourselfs sometime.

We have had a wonderful week in this super villa. Three generations enjoyed the spacious accomodation and terraces. There is a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge and large bedrooms, as well as a beautiful pool. Plenty of toys for the children and inflatables for the pool kept everyone happy. Toni was an attentive host and we loved his mother's baking! We hope to return again and we highly recommend this property.

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at his villa. It is a lovely villa, well maintained and very spacious. The owner Toni and his wife Maria were there to welcome us and show us around the property. Toni was a great host, who went out of his way to provide little extras for us to make our stay more comfortable, such as providing a wheelchair and shower chair for one of our party who was disabled. He also kept us fed with pastries made by his mother, and they were very delicious. The villa is well equipped, although we did not cook during our stay. The villa is approx 5 mins walk to the beach. We took taxis to local reports as there were 4 in our party, and the cost was 11 euros to Cala Bona, 5 euros to Callor Millor and 11 euros to Porto Christo. There are plenty of eating places all within 5/10 mins walking. We would definitely recommend this property for a great holiday location and hope to visit again sometime in the future.

We recently returned from a wonderful 3 night stay in Sa Coma. The house itself was beautiful, clean and spacious. The best parts of the house were many terraces and patios that were great for enjoying meals and drinks together, along with the Mallorcan sun. The house is in a great location- quiet area but a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops in Sa Coma- we usually only used the car when travelling outside of town. Toni was a great host- always willing to give us a recommendation on good restaurants nearby (to avoid the tourist traps) and made sure that any questions or needs were taken care of. We had an especially delicious meal in Cala Bona based on his suggestion. His family even brought over home made Ensaimada (typical Mallorcan pastry)! We could not have asked for a better stay or host.
