I liked nothing. I booked the room to have a rest after a long trip of 12 hrs and there was a group having a party in the lounge the whole night I struggled sleeping because I was assigned the room bordering the lounge this was very noisy

The hotel is blocking my money because they are accusing me of being part of the group which made it me uncomfortable for me to sleep the whole night.. I sent emails and tried reaching out to them but they did not respond to me I had to report them to booking.com to be slapped with the accusations as a reason. I really expect them to make use of their cctv and put the blame on their concerned guests. This has been the most horrible stay I've had and I am being punished for choosing to book with them

Nice apartment-hotel with good facilities. The best part is the pool which is a good size. The apartment is spacious and well maintained.

I liked that it was cheap.

My kitchen ware was moldy & it did not feel safe that there was no on managing the front desk.

arrived late to find out we had been given the wrong room. told a different number and when we eventually found our room we see that there was just 1 bed for 2 adults and 2 children so the first night we only had a bed for the children so for no sleep. no cups in the room, no iron as advertised.

Its an old hotel, the rooms and facilities are very shabby and old. For sure we will never return to this hotel.

Almost nothing to like. Some of the staff was nice.

Both the hotel and the apartment were so dirty. There were actual toenail clippings from another person on the bedroom floor. All the kitchen equipment was dirty and greasy. The swimming pool was also pretty dirty. I am ashamed of making my kids sleep at this place. The staff excused the mess in the hallways because of construction, but there is no excuse for the nasty room. We will never stay there again.

Sound proofing not great, bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. No evening meals and no stores around the hotel. Went to the marriot next door, restaurant closed the weekend but luckily had some microwave meals.
