This is the second time we have stayed in this fabulous apartment. It’s clean, comfortable and such great value for money. The location is superb. Frigiliana is as beautiful as ever! Thank you from the Hinsley’s.

The apartment is quite spacious, clean and very well equipped. The view from the balcony is excellent. The communication was always very easy and Karen was very helpful whenever needed. In the village are plenty of restaurants. Most of them pretty good. Some of the furniture might need a little update. But in the end we enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment.

We had the most fantastic week away in beautiful Frigiliana. Our second visit to this apartment and it won't be our last. It's perfect. We loved the space inside, however, the balcony really does impress. Brilliant communication throughout. The perfect place to stay for a relaxing, memorable holiday. Close to all the restaurants and bars but the apartment itself is quiet; that makes it a five star stay! Many thanks.

The property is in a great location, and its balcony is private and always has parts which gets the sun all day. Well equipped and clean. Easy access to shops and restaurants, and plenty of walking routes in the area.

This apartment is really well equipped, clean, comfortable and in a lovely location. The view from the balcony is amazing - loved having breakfast on there! Louise obviously has a lot of experience with renting out accommodation - she is helpful, efficient and replies swiftly to queries.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment in Frigiliana. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and positioning to the centre of the lovely village are perfect. If you don’t mind a few steps from outside the apartment door, the Main Street in the beautiful village is easy access. We were attending a wedding and the apartment is a very close walk to the Church. Great break & lovely surroundings. Contact with the owner is first class - very responsive & extremely helpful. It is the second time we have stayed in the apartment and I’m sure we will be staying there again in the future.

We have stayed in this apartment for 2 Weeks. We had a great time.

The apartment was fantastic and we loved the balcony which had an amazing view. The location was perfect and near all the bars restaurants and shops. We went to carveillo beach in Nerja twice which is gorgeous and spent the other days by the pool. Our favourite restaurant was el casino , the goats cheese salad and pork shoulder in particular were incredible. We also went to the vineyard bodegas bentomiz for a tour, tasting and 3 course lunch. We ordered a taxi in advance from the taxi rank and it was 45 euros each way but worth it. You’ll love it , we’ll definitely be back.

Louise has a well worked out introductory routine which is easy to follow. The apartment is accurately described on the advert, and is clean spacious and homely. Perhaps the only slight drawbacks are finding the gated entrance and getting used to the terrain even though you know the village is built into the hills. The village is beautiful, the bars and resteraunts are friendly, plentiful and all good quality. Plus it's only a 10 mins drive down to the town and beaches at Nerja. The pool area was quiet, relaxing, well maintained and set into a pleasant landscaped garden.

Das Objekt war sehr sauber. Es fehlt eine Kaffeemaschine, die Couch muesste mal erneuert werden sowie die Dusche.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Great location between the old town and the newer plaza restaurants. The terrace gets the sun from sunrise to sunset with lovely views down to the sea. We could even see the hills in Morocco a couple of evenings. The apartment is as described and in the photos. Communication with the owner was good, very responsive, Thanks Louise 😃

Heerlijk balkon met goede stoelen en ligbedden , volop in de zon. De trap om het appartement te bereiken vereist wel conditie. Verder was het appartement netjes,prettig en prima van grootte wel kon evt wel wat schoner in de keuken.

The apartment was extremely comfortable in a lovely part of the village with easy access to shops, restaurants and all other local facilities. Everything was provided, Louise has ensured she had thought of everything for a great visit, even English TV which we found after following her written instructions. Communication from Louise was quick and helpful from start to finish. Parking can be a challenge due to the popularity of the village as a day visit, but we always managed to find a spot close to the apartment. Overall I would absolutely recommend Louise's apartment. Great value and of a good standard.

Excellent great value great location and view

We stayed at the apartment for 16 days together with friends, total 4 persons. The flat is quite ok with a quality similar to other new apartment in the area. Small bathrooms. The bathrooms needs more hooks for towels. Some noises from the road, but no big problem. The balcony is big with sun the whole day. Nice view to the sea. The pool is good for svimming and have good area for sunbathing. The flat is centrally located in Frigiliana. Easy access to the flat using the botanical garden. The combination of the flat, the balcony, the pool and the location makes this apartment to a very good choice. We will rent the apartement again.

We recently returned from a fabulous 10-day holiday in this apartment and am very happy to recommend both the property and beautiful Frigiliana. The apartment is well equipped, with a fantastic terrace which provides outdoor space in the shade throughout the day. It was a pleasure to be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner outside every day, taking in the magnificent views over the valley. The rooms are a good size and the beds and bedding very comfortable. The air conditioning was particularly welcome when getting back to the apartment at night. We found that putting the A/C on for 20 mins really cooled the apartment, so we did this before switching to the ceiling fans. As others have commented, the stairs up to the apartment are a killer, but it does get easier and if you can’t face them, there’s a lovely route up to the apartment through the botanic gardens instead. The pool area was very nice, with steps into the pool at the shallower end making it suitable for children of all ages. Stepping out of the apartment every morning into the white street, lined with flowers and set against a lovely blue sky was just a pleasure. It’s fair to say that we had a fabulous holiday and have every intention of returning to this apartment in the future.

Another wonderful stay in this well equipped, comfortable apartment. Took friends this time and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The apartment is well located for all that Frigiliana has to offer. I highly recommend.

Good property and you get what you see in photos. Ideal for family or two sets of friends. Absolutely no complaints.

The apartment was perfect for our holiday over Christmas and New Year. We ate breakfast on the sunny balcony looking down to Nerja and the sea each day. The balcony got the sun all day from sunrise to the amazing sunsets over the campo. It is ideally situated within 5 min walk to shops and the many restaurants Frigiliana has to offer. Yes, there are steps up to the apartment, but that's Frigiliana for you, the narrow steep lanes add to the charm of the village. We didn't hire a car, its an easy 2 hour down hill walk to Nerja and there is a regular bus to return on. We did a lot of walking in the surrounding hills with beautiful views all the way. Everything in the apartment was as described and had all equipment we required for our 12 night stay. Communication and handover with the owner worked well.

Had a fantastic 2 week stay in this lovely apartment. It had everything we could possibly need. It was also spotless. The balcony was huge with 2 sunloungers which we made use of as we got the sun all day. It was great having the pool so close to us, such a lovely pool area with lots of flowers and plants. Louise was always available to answer any questions we had and we really appreciated being able to stay in the apartment on our last day as we had a late flight. Frigiliana is the most beautiful village, so many restaurants and bars, food was amazing. There are lots of steep hills to climb but it's always worth it when you look out over the olive groves, mountains and sea. We travelled to Seville for 2 nights in the fortnight but could not wait to get back to Frigiliana.

Stayed in this apartment for 10 nights with my husband and two boys age 12 and 17. The apartment was very clean and really user friendly, comfy beds, great WiFi ( happy boys) English tv if required. Air con very efficient. But the best thing about this apartment is the view! Simply stunning! All from a lovely big balcony! Step out of the back entrance and you are on the most beautiful streets, white washed and full of potted plants, every corner you go round it’s just a beautiful and very traditional, real Spain, not an English or Irish bar anywhere, perfect! The pool with a good amount of sunbeds was about a five minute walk, lovely pool with again lovely views. Parasols which we took to the pool could be found in the apartment as well as a lilo and pump ( we had brought our own, but good to have, I noticed bat and ball and other items were also provided if required. The location of the apartment is in the heart of old frigiliana and you have soooo many restaurants to choose from, we ate out every evening and never got bored. Our favourites were :- The Garden Restaurant La Taberna Del Sacristian Gusto El Casino La Tienda- the most amazing lunch time Spanish platter Bar Fandangos- gorgeous home made burgers! We didn’t have a car and got a transfer from and to the airport which was brilliant, you can get the bus from Frigiliana to Nerja which is a cheap and reliable, only downside is it’s a bit of a walk from the bus stop to the actual beach. Food shopping is a bit hit and miss in the village, they all open at different times and carrying heavy items up all the steps is hard work especially in July/ Aug when we were there. The best supermarket was just into the new part of Frigiliana about 10-15 mins walk, and you could get most basics but if you were planning cooking in the apartment I’d recommend a car to go to a big supermarket, we ate out all the time so not a problem for us. We found basics in the cupboard, tea, coffee, sugar, spices, cleaning items, this was a great help when we first arrived. Because of the location there are steps everywhere and lots of them!! I wouldn’t recommend this property to the infirm or those with pushchairs or toddlers as it really is hard work! When you arrive if you have large suitcases as we had go through the gardens rather than via the steps. We loved Frigiliana and if returning would definitely use Louise’s apartment again, it’s such great value and Louise is the perfect owner! Thankyou xx
