We throughly enjoyed staying at this wonderful property. Just outside the bustle of Athens and convenient location. The views were amazing and the proximity to everything could not have been better. Demitris meet us at the Condo timely and answered our every question. Two small things that should be noted. The third bedroom is very small. Also, when telling people where to meet you, you must be sure and give the address with Paleo Faliro. Apparently, there are three districts with the same address. Other than that our stay was amazing. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us.

Apartment is an ideal starting point to discover Athens. Right in front of the sea with a marvelous landscape. It is also well equipped so you aren’t missing anything. It was already the 2nd time I stayed at Nicoletta’s place. So I definitely can recommend it

I could live here all year long.. Beautiful place, great location, perfectly functioning air conditioning (a real blessing in Athens summer heat). The sound of traffic was more like white noise, especially in the evenings. Lovely balcony for watching the sunset— but we also enjoyed cocktails and watched the sunset from the pier across the street. We were extremely comfortable here and enjoyed every part of our stay.

I couldn’t be happier with our stay in this apartment. It was perfect for us. Very spacious for seven family members, comfortable bedding, kitchen that worked well, washing machine that we used a lot. It was a home away from home. Marisol, our house keeper did a great job of cleaning and organizing things. The location by the port area was convenient for travel to and from the city center with a tram station across the street. If there was a negative it was the traffic noise during the night. Nicolleta has several options for large or small number of people. It was a good choice on our part.

Vanessa met us at the apartment to give us the keys. She was great and always there to answer questions. Loved the daily cleaning services. Marisol was very professional and came every day promptly to clean the apartment. The unit is very well equipped with all the main items that one needs to function. Will definitely consider using this property again should we revisit Athens 👍🙂

Good location, visually anyway. Beach across the street not great for swimming due to its proximity to the harbor, but better beaches are a short taxi or bus ride away. Easy accessibility to Acropolis and other sites. Taxis were great and easy to catch. X96 bus to and from airport was great and only 6 euro, except for early morning flights. Apartment is roomy and quite comfortable.

It was without a doubt the best VRBO apartment we have stayed in Greece. It is bright with and excellent Seaview, right across the street from the Flisvos Marina. It is nicely decorated with many interesting items, such as; icons, marine items, items from around the world. I referred to the apartment as a museum. My wife and I loved the apartment!!!

The property looked just as advertised. So spacious! We walked across street to marina the first night for dinner. Was nice having restaurants and Starbucks in walking distance. Cab to city center was about 15 mins away. Assistant Nikki helped us with taxi pickup for early morning ferry, was nice since We could not make calls from our U.S. phones. Only downfall for us was noise from traffic all night. After the first night I sorda got used to it. Overall great place!

We arrived very late and Nicky was there to greet us outside and direct us to the apartment. The living areas were very spacious (30’x30’ living!) and a well stocked kitchen for cooking. The access to downtown Athens and Acropolis was a short 12 minute drive-since we rented a car. Parking in the center was extremely scarce but found a private lot. Wonderful time and great location

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und sauber. Wenn man das möchte kommt jeden Tag eine Putzfrau. Zusätzlich zu Athen muss man dann auch noch die Wohnung entdecken, da diese mit so vielen Details geschmückt ist, die alle besonders sind und es wert sind etwas länger bestaunt zu werden. Es gibt 3 Bäder mit jeweils einer Dusche und Toilette. Zudem gibt es 3 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett. Die Küche ist groß und eignet sich gut zum Kochen. In dem Essbereich kann man mit Blick auf das Meer und wenn man möchte auch auf den Sonnenuntergang essen. Die Wohnung ist hell, da durch große Fenster viel Licht einströmt. Es gibt viele Sitzgelegenheiten für gemütliche Abende und einen großen Balkon. Außerdem gibt es kostenloses WLAN. Direkt um die Ecke findet man einen Supermarkt und eine Tram bzw. Busstation. Gegenüber liegt ein Park (in dem man toll spazieren oder joggen gehen kann). Den Strand kann man in ein paar Minuten erreichen. In die Innenstadt von Athen braucht man dafür etwas länger (ungefähr 20 min mit der Tram). Man muss jedoch nicht umsteigen und die passende Linie fährt alle 15 Minuten. Das Ticket für Bus/Tram und U-Bahn ist sehr billig. Man hat die Möglichkeit 10€ für eine Woche pro Person für alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu erhalten. Bei der Anreise war die Vermieterin sehr flexibel und hat sich unserer Ankunftszeit vom Flug angepasst. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und man kann sie nur weiterempfehlen. Auch die Lage fanden wir sehr angenehm. Wir hatten nichts zu bemängeln und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis-Leistingsverhältnis ist angemessen. Jeder Zeit würden wir wieder diese Wohnung wählen.

Apartment was every bit a beautiful as the promotion images. Very nicely furnished and very comfortable. This is only time we have traveled and felt like we were returning home at the end of each day. Well appointed and stocked kitchen that we unfortunately did not use (other than a lot of coffee each morning). The proximity to Athens and being just off a major coastal road made it excellent for our day of driving in any direction. Our three kids each had their own bed (important for twin teenage boys and most important for their older sister), and we were pleasantly surprised to find a visit from a cleaning attendant each day we returned. I would book this apartment again anytime I or my family return to Greece. Very highly recommended for families or three couples traveling together!

This apartment is within a few minutes walk of the tram stop that will bring you around all of Athens. The apartment was clean. We had excellent communication with the hosts in arranging the reservation and meeting to check in.

We enjoyed Nicolletta's apartment from the 19th to the 24th of February. Nicolleta and her partner Vanessa were very helpful and attentive to any inquiries we had. The pictures of the apartment in the listing do not do the place justice. The home is very big with ensuites in each bedroom and all modern amenities are available. Includes a parking space which is no small thing in Athens. Many very good eating options are within a 5 minute walk as is a supermarket. The view of the marina and the Mediterranean are fantastic. Public transit is just outside the building. There was also included in the price we paid a daily maid service! I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay in Athens.

We will stay here again! A delightful spacious luxurious flat with super location and great service!

Un cours séjour dans cet appartement de rêve à quelques minutes du centre d'Athènes. Impeccable, luxueux, très propre et sécuritaire. Nous avons apprécié le service de ménage quotidien inclus. Accueil parfait. Beaucoup de conseils pour nous guider lors de notre séjour. Très belle vue sur la mer et la marina. À 5 min de la plage. À 5 min de Pirée (départ des Ferry vers les îles grecques). Sehr großzügiges Räume. Gute Anbindung mit öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Wir waren Ende April 2017 mit 4 Personen im Appartment. Es ist wirklich toll ! Sehr geräumig, liebevoll und hochwertig ausgestattet. Der tägliche Reinigungsservice war perfekt. Auch die Lage ist super, besonders wenn man mit einem Mietwagen unterwegs ist. In der nahe gelegenen Marina gibt es Bars, Restaurants und Eisdielen. Man kann dort aber auch einfach nur flanieren und die tollen Yachten bestaunen. Besonders haben wir die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen genossen. Einen Stern Abzug gibt's für die mangelhafte Schallisolierung im großen Schlafzimmer. Da das Appartment an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt wird die Nachtruhe leider ziemlich gestört.

My wife and I came to stay in January for two weeks and had a very good experience. The apartment was very clean and everything was as advertised and depicted in the pictures. We particularly liked the daily cleaning service, the fully equipped kitchen and the assigned parking spot. The view from the living room was spectacular. The location of the apartment is very convenient as it is close to several nice dining and walking areas by the coast as well as a short drive from downtown Athens. There was some traffic noise but typical for an urban location. Although minor, we would appreciate a binder with restaurant menus and grocery store and cafe recommendations. Despite our late night arrival, Nicoletta was there to welcome us and show us the place. She was very professional and, during our stay, responded to our few questions very quickly. We would consider coming back. Thank you!
