The breakfast chef doesn't follow any HACCP or any kind of hygiene. I didn't eat mine and just walked out for breakfast. Really poor on the food front

Location perfect. Rooms good. Went bed and breakfast food was good chef friendly. Service from the bar appalling. One barman to collect glasses, wash glasses and serve drink. Poor management. The gym is not a gym so if you are expecting a functional resourced gym, you will be deeply disappointed. If like me the gym is the best start to the day for you. Go to thalliso spa €25 for the week. Its excellent.

I posted a review on December 25th here on booking.com regarding the intimidation and stress I was experiencing. Title of review Staff and Management. The hotel phoned me at 10.30am December 26th to advise they were evicting my mother 81 and I from the hotel. They advised i had to be out of the hotel by 2pm. I asked the hotel where would i go they said be out of the hotel by 2pm. Clearly, a sinister coordinated action from the hotel, and a response due to my previous review Christmas day. On a positive note, I am glad to be gone to a beautiful hotel even though my poor mother was very shocked when I had to tell her we were evicted. We can now grieve my brother and my mothers son and our first Christmas without him.

Hand downs this is undoubtedly worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I have been all over the world. The hotel in general nice great location, food, bed and breakfast is good etc. It is clean but short staffed in the bar in the evening. Barman had to serve drink, collect glasses and then wash the glasses. Very poorly managed.

The management are appalling and intimidating to an extreme, I am experiencing this daily its Christmas night 2023 I'm here until Jan 2nd. I booked my family in the hotel for Christmas my brother died earlier in the year and we were not celebrating Christmas in the traditional sense in Ireland. On Sunday December 18th family member became I'll and is currently life support in tenerife, my sons father. I needed to cancel one room entirely my son and his girlfriends room.. When I arrived booking.com made an error my mom was not booked into the room with me. I had an email evidence from booking com with 2 people in the room. The hotel had one person on the room. This was the start of the problem . Basically, I was not getting into the room until I paid for my mom which I did eventually. The duty manager the told me I needed to apologise to him and his colleague for causing a scene. I advised I heard what he said and I would like him to listen to my response to his request. He said no I'm off duty now for my leisure time. He then put the observations on me from the other reception people. Yesterday 24th I was accused of having a 3rd person staying in my room. My deceased brothers friend came with us. I had booked a room for him for 22nd he checked out 23rd and went to the apartment he is staying in until the Dec 29th I had to bring that evidence to Juan in reception as we were being watched and juan questioned did I have a 3rd person in the room, it was dreadful. My mother is desperately upset. I decided not to have Christmas dinner in the hotel I just could face the undercurrent of intimidation and the stress my mother is feeling too. I Went out for Christmas dinner locally and on returning to my room i recieved a letter from the manager stating I had to pay for my mothers Christmas dinner as it hadn't been paid for. I didnt eat in the hotel, I could not face the stress of being watched by staff and my mother was extremely stressed to.

Viele alkoholische Getränke müssen trotz All in extra gezahlt werden - keinerlei Bedienung am Tisch / kaum Personal vorhanden - Bett viel zu hart - keine Klobürsten - sehr wenig Sonnenschirme am Pool - nicht liebevoll oder einladend gestaltet / dekoriert - starker Fluglärm - sehr kleine und nicht qualitative Auswahl an Essen im Restaurant - am dritten Tag sind wir auswärts essen gegangen , da ich das Essen nicht mehr sehen konnte .

El Hotel Maravilloso.Desde el personal de recepción, restaurante,hasta el servicio de limpieza,Excepcional.Destacar en la limpieza de la habitación,a las Srta Davinia que nos atendió a diario de una forma maravillosa y dejando todo impecable,la Srta Abigail y Eloina.El Gobernante Juan, Genial, Cercano y dispuesto siempre a ayudar.En el Restaurante,Sang,David,Yaguad,Agustín, María,Cat,Fernanda,todos fantásticos.En el lobby bar, la Srta Eblin ,encantadora.Y por último en la Recepción,Iliane y Belén nos atendieron impecablemente.La comida deliciosa.Lo recomiendo sin dudarlo un segundo.Deseando volver lo más pronto posible.Gracias a Todos por estos días tan felices.

Breakfast great. Beds excellent. Beach is well for kids, not for adults.

Location on beach on the edge of town, quiet, great pools (3), fabulous junior suite, very comfortable, sun kissed balcony with partial view of bay and harbour, superb welcome. Pool and beach towels (don’t bring any). Cold breakfast good.

Hot breakfast average.

lots of space to hang out 2 pool areas large & differing buffet selection for breakfast/lunch/dinner/desert/coffee&teas, huge dinner hall and adjoining smaller outside space with large umbrellas/shades good staff great location, right on the beach and 5-10 minutes away from supermercado, lively bars & good restaurants close to seafront bars & restaurants e-scooter app hire bay outside hotel spa parking but car not required at all games room pool bar terrace was stunning came with sunbeds, table & chairs, also overlooking the sea nice gesture from staff with bottle of bubbly & discounted spa entry in room larger shopping mall and another beach 5-10 mins in opposite direction to main centre

needs more sunbeds needs lots more umbrellas air-conditioning system is not powerful enough if staying in larger rooms with terrace/suites, but hotel is cool throughout gym needs more selection of equipment if above things were improved I would rate 10/10

Lovely, large clean rooms. Great to have tennis available. Super location.

Food was mediocre. Supposedly hot food often cold. Pool snack very limited and cold drinks machines rarely worked. Not enough parasols.

The parasols by the pool was scarce and also a lot of them in need of repairs.

Great location right on the beach, the room was an excellent size for a family. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There was a great selection for breakfast.

Some more umbrellas by the pool would be good and I spotted a couple of cockroaches in the dining room. They have a lovely seating area outside looking onto the beach - I feel they are missing a fantastic opportunity to serve drinks and snack there throughout the day - instead we went to beach bar next door

Amazing hotel... we stayed for 10 nights all inclusive...upon arrival we were greeted with a warm smile, and even though we were only going to drop our bags off as we were really early because of our flight... we were told our rooms were ready and not only that... they had upgraded us both to sea view suites, and we could not believe how amazing that was, and it didn't end there... there were sparkling wine chocolates and a welcome envelope containing two free passes to the spa....(My daughter and I took advantage of this halfway through the holiday) and it was excellent..... if you get the chance to go, you won't be disappointed. We hired the beach towels for a €10 deposit with 3 tokens to change for fresh ones throughout our stay.... they were clean and fluffy and saved us room in our suitcase! The suites were large, comfortable, and cleaned daily with the towels made into Swans on the bed 🥰 There were toiletries, too, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, and others available upon request. The pool area was lovely with a bar and snacks... we always managed to find a parasol, but they were lacking in numbers as other guests seemed to get up at the crack of dawn to claim them with their towels!! The food was good, especially for breakfast, always lots to choose from...... we didn't go hungry, that's for sure. All the staff were extremely friendly and polite and it was an absolute pleasure to stay at this hotel, we have been coming to fuerteventura for over 20 years and our first time at this hotel and being all inclusive and I have to say it was worth every penny and would definitely like to stay again. Thank you, Eurostars Las Salinas, for an awesome relaxing holiday.

Only a couple of very minor things..... I love my red wine, and while I don't expect the all-inclusive to provide top quality, it was chilled!! The wines Red, White and Rose were all in tap at the same pump, so on our last night I bought a bottle from the supermarket to enjoy with our meal, I thought they were coming over to tell me I couldn't have it in the restaurant but no... they came over to offer us a free bottle of sparkling wine!! I think maybe because it was our last night there? Very special. The other thing was the queue for drinks in the evening...... only one member of staff on, and they were always run off their feet. But I still give this hotel and all its staff 10/10.

Hotel knew I was 6 months pregnant before I arrived as responded to emails etc - they proceeded to leave me personally a bottle of alcoholic cava in my room and two tickets to their hottub spa bit? Completely useless as cannot drink alcohol and cannot use any hottub/spa/steam/sauna My mother was with me on this trip and she does not drink alcohol at all. Hotel apologised and said they would replace with alcohol free version....it never came to the room and they never got back to me. All inclusive, we didn't get to use much as you just couldn't get served and weren't even drinking alcohol. The queues were at least 8 people long (photo attached shows 11 people in front this was normal) be warned only one small bar is open in evening for whole hotel with only one staff member on. During the day was the same problem for the whole hotel there only one bar open to get drinks and that's by the pool with again one staff member working again queues were ridiculous, not good 6months pregnant with average 18minute waiting time just for a fizzy drink or a tea/coffee. No self service available for none alcoholic drinks. Air con inside hotel itself was alway on low so it was sweaty and stuffy, even the reception staff advised this was set by the management and was awful for them too. Couldn't sit inside the lobby as sweaty. Entertainment was shocking to say the least. Honestly worst I've ever seen and I worked overseas for Thomas Cook, cosmos and TUI for 15 years! Everyone from the hotel we saw at the code beach bar next door or down in the local town Irish bar area. Had to leave the hotel to get entertainment and also to get served refreshments. We ended up most evenings sat on our balcony with drinks we brought from the local supermarket as just couldn't get served.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very helpful. Location is great right on the sea front next to beach and bars. The pools are very good but a tad cold.

The whole drinks service needs to be reviewed. Around the pool bar Half pint card board cups really don't cut it for a nice cold beer. All you got was froth. In the evening the bar in the lobby was not much better. 20 people queuing for drinks all night so long queue for drinks. The poor lady behind the bar worked her socks off. Could have done with three people behind the bar. The restaurant food was average at best. Struggled to make a meal 5 out of 7 days.

Breakfast was excellent, staff are exceptional, check in and check out quick and easy and again staff are friendly and super efficient. Villa 152 is now our favorite room!

More privacy between the villas, the grass fences are a little dated and the villas would benefit from new screening on the fences.

Room was very spacious, with good views to the see and pool. Breakfast and dinner included fresh and varied options, plenty of vegetables cheeses, meats, deserts,etc.

Air conditioning unit in the room was not powerful enough to cool the rooms.

The hotel was beautifully kept, the staff were very helpful with everything. The inside bar area was exceptionally run, Alexander was brilliant. The free table tennis in the games room was a bonus! The pool area was very clean and there is a friendly atmosphere throughout. The food was amazing! The best part of the hotel was the local area - it is a beautiful part of Fuerteventura and we will be staying again.

The pool tables were 2 euros per play which was a bit pricey. Dinner was a bit repetitive but the breakfast and lunch servings were exceptional. Be careful with the fish dishes as bones are not necessarily removed.

They surprised us many time with small details that made our stay so pleasant.
