The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and the location was well connected if a little outside the center (the city is small so not a big deal).
I was confused about breakfast, but with the kitchen and supermarket nearby it was fine.

The hotel is so beautiful and conform. We have all we needed and for every question or help, there are very kind and nice staff. The location is perfect, just 10-15 minutes from center of the city. The parking is in the street next to hotel and it is free on weekend days, so we don't have that kind of problem. 🙂
When we decide to come again in Timisoara, we will definitely choose this hotel for our stay. 🙂

Absolutely everything was as described, well furnished and renovated premise. Really has this traditional Bohemian feel to it. Highly recommend.

Great and huge apartment in the old building, located in city center. Very responsive team
We had some troubles with our keys and it was unable to enter the room. But administrator came quickly from another hotel and helped us :)

Not receptionist...was not possible to go inside the hotel when we arrived from the airport...we never meat someone...the girl from the downstairs coffee shop came to take the money from our hospitality in the hotel late in the night ...

Can't really talk about staff, we barely interacted with them, but everything else was top notch.

The room was very large, having a well equipped kitchen and very clean bathroom. The furniture was very nice and comfortable, with plenty of space for a mini-office.

Great location, close to old town and train station. Everything was perfect, from my point of view. :)

It was very clean, comfortable, easy check-in and check-out.
Nobody told us how the lift worked. Nobody was at the reception all evening.

The room was really big and the main bed was very comfortable. The location is good, pretty close to the historical center.
The receptionist wasn't there when we arrived. We needed guidance to use the elevator, but we had no one to ask for help., so we had to bring our luggages on the stairs. The breakfast wasn't that good. I'd expect something else from a 4 stars hotel. The sofa was really uncomfortable.

The facilities and cleanliness were great
The room we were assigned this time compared to last time was far lower quality and smaller. There was no staff available throughout the weekend.

Everything good! Great terasse, amazing food, we had the best time! Very close to all events and city center.

Location right in the centre.
We paid the highest possible price for studio in the offer. Should be fully equipped with extra large bed. But... There was not even basic equipment for cooking, no bed linen for sheets, sheets were flaky, other promised equipment missing, definitely not extra large bed, room was quite hot and when you opened window it was very noisy. We were there only for one night so survivable, but definitely not value for money.
