This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Anna, after enjoying it so much last year.
Yes, the way up is a little bit tiring with luggage, but it's doable and the person who does the check-in is really happy to help. After that, the vacation begins immediately with a view as breathtaking as the one in the pictures, and that from every room and the really pretty garden, in which mandarins, lemons, sage, roses and much more grow.
The apartment is well laid out, the furniture and accents lovingly chosen. The bathroom and kitchen are not very large, but perfectly adequate, and there is enough space in the dining area, living room and bedroom for a comfortable stay and, of course, all your luggage.
Noli is one of the borghi più belli d'italia, which you experience from above just as much as when you stroll through the small alleyways or walk along the clean beach. Even in May, you can go swimming if you don't have your eye on 20°C water temperatures ;-) We also went on lovely longer walks and hikes on foot directly from the villa or by car starting in one of the nice villages nearby.
The owners are super nice, uncomplicated and helpful, fulfill every wish and take care of the well-being of the guests. The very same applies to the contact persons on site.
All in all, a perfect overall package for a relaxing vacation. We will definitely be back. :-)

Beautyful view and environment. Once you get used to steps and up- and downhill hiking, it is easy to walk around. Frendly people in the town!

Lovely house with private garden and terrace with stunning views over the sea and Noli. We immediately felt at home when we walked in . Nice and simply furnished with lovely floors and small but very beautiful bathroom with great shower.

We are a family of four and we absolutely loved our stay at Villa Anna in the top apartment.
There was enough room for us, but then again we spent a lot of time outside exploring the area.
The apartment is just like in the pictures, well equipped for a comfortable stay.
The view from the balcony is probably best in town. We didn’t want to go out for dinner and preferred to eat on the balcony instead, taking in the scenery.
There are lots of good options to eat in the area, or you can buy some essentials at the local supermarket and make your own meals.
We normally had breakfast on the balcony (fresh croissants from the local cafe, coffee), ate out for lunch while exploring, and came back for dinner most nights. The free beach right under the villa was recommended to us by the owners and we loved it!
The owners of the apartment are friendly, thoughtful and responsive. Fulvio who is their representative speaks multiple languages, and is quick to respond to any questions.
We were sad to leave and look forward to hopefully coming back again. Noli is wonderful and this accommodation was perfect!

We spent a week in April in Noli. Excellent opportunities for hiking and spending time on the beach (although of course not yet hot). The apartment is very well located for reaching the town. Very nice place, and very helpful and approachable hosts!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderbare Woche in dieser charmanten, gut ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung. Der Ausblick und auch der Garten sind grandios, die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern topp! Uns fiel der Abschied schwer!

- traumhafte Aussicht, perfekte Lage und ein schöner Garten - etwas "über den Dingen" und doch ganz nah an der Stadt. Den Weg nach oben schafft man auch mehrmals am Tag und auch noch nach einer längeren Wanderung (z.B. von Varigotti nach Noli),
In der Küche findet man alles, was man braucht ... und mit Garten-Terasse und Balkon immer den passenden Sonnen- oder Schattenplatz...
Danach mag man nicht mehr jede andere Ferienwohnung buchen....

Mehr geht nicht
Einfach perfekt! Alles in Fussdistanz erreichbar (Altstadt Noli, Meer, Einkaufen etc.). Das Auto kann ruhig in einiger Entfernung warten, es wird nicht gebraucht. Bus der Provinz Savona inklusive. Die Terrasse ist die Wohnstube, der schönste Blick über Noli und die Bucht inklusive.

Nostos, ovvero il ritorno a casa
Noli, un anno dopo, siamo tornati a Villa Anna; questa volta nella parte alta, il terzo piano, che beneficia di un terrazzo dalla vista “cinematografica”: il golfo di Noli in Cinemascope. Non solo.
L’accesso della casa passa attraverso un giardino raccolto, ma ben distribuito, che fa dell’intimità la sua cifra stilistica.
Alternare le colazioni in terrazzo e le cene in giardino genera una sensazione di continua novità per i sensi: vista e olfatto su tutti.
Da provare, ancora, e ancora.

Idyllisches Paradies
Nach einem sehr sehr freundlichen und professionellen Check-In (über die gesamte Ferienzeit immer verfügbar und verlässlich) mit liebevoll dekoriertem Empfang mit Früchten, Wasser und Prosecco verlebten wir in der Ferienwohnung wunderbare erholsame Tage. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt einen außergewöhnlichen Komfort und hohen Einrichtungsstandard in einer traumhaften Lage am Berg mit dem wohl schönsten Blick auf Noli und das Meer.

Schöne Sicht
Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Einzig das Erreichen des Appartements ist hinsichtlich Gepäcktransport und Stellplatz schwierig, aber bewältigbar wenn man sich darauf einstellt. Also: Gepäck (gewicht) beschränken, da alles 50 Höhenmeter hinaufgetragen werden muss. keine Anfahrt zum Entladen. Die zentrale lage und der Blick entschädigen aber...
Stellplatz für PKW kann man für 70.- dazu mieten ,ist aber 10 Min. zu Fuss entfernt. Wenn man es öfter braucht ist es nötig, da in Noli kaum Parkplätze sind.

Wunderbare Lage in dem malerischen, kleinen Städtchen Noli mit allem, was man braucht.
Die Wohnung ist zwar klein für vier Personen, aber gut geschnitten, sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Garten und vor allen der große Balkon machen dies aber wett.

Schöner geht's nicht
Die Wohnung mit Garten und Terrasse ist ein Traum, der Ausblick auf das Meer und den Ort atemberaubend. Wir haben uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Und auch der kurze abenteuerliche Weg aus dem Mittelalter, der hoch zur Villa führt, tat dem Ganzen keinen Abbruch. Wir konnten eine Woche lang die Seele baumeln lassen und sind glücklich über diesen Urlaub. Danke.

Toller Urlaub
Wir waren schon zum 2. mal in der Villa Anna. Die Lage ist toll, nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt und ans Meer. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen durch Simone und haben tolle Tipps für unseren Urlaub erhalten. Der Blick, den man vom Balkon aus genießt, ist einmalig schön.

Grandios
Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Noli. Die Wohnung ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen. Von der Terrasse und vom Garten hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf Noli. Bei sonnigem Wetter waren wir immer am Strand, der in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Wir haben unser Auto auf dem Parkplatz des Hauses dazu gemietet. Er ist zwar 15 Minuten zu Fuss entfernt, erspart aber die Mühe jedes mal einen Parkplatz zu suchen.

Herrlich erholsam
Eine solche Aussicht aufs Meer hat man selten. Nur schon deswegen hätte sich das Mieten der Wohnung gelohnt. Der Rest war jedoch auch prima. Gut ausgestattete, geräumige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und zusätzlicher Terasse.

Der Ort Noli und das Appartement eignen sich ausgezeichnet für ruhige Ferientage, sei es im Garten, am Strand oder im atmosphärisch dichten Städtchen.

Wonderful 'Villa Anna'
'Villa Anna' is a fantastic spot - with a breathtaking view over wonderful Noli. Nice garden and a great balcony. Only 5 min. walk to historical city-center and to the beach. The way up to the villa is a bit of a job - but you learn to live with it. If you bring your own car, parking in Noli is a problem. Our advice is to rent a private parkingplace in the back of the village ... 70 EUR per week.

Ganz wunderbar!
Diese Wohnung ist wunderbar! Schon auf der Suche nach einem Feriendomizil hat uns der Meerblick beeindruckt. Und in Natura ist es noch besser: Man muss sich nur entscheiden zwischen einem Sitzplatz im Garten mit Zitronenbäumen (und Grill) oder einem geschützten Balkon: Meerblick inklusive. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und gepflegt. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der in anderen Rezensionen erwähnte Fussweg war mit unseren Kindern (Jugendliches Alter) kein Problem. Im Mai war das Meer noch sehr frisch. Ausflüge (Wanderungen oder Radtouren) konnten wir direkt vom Haus aus beginnen. Ab Spotorno gibt es eine Zugverbindung, der Bahnhof ist mit einem schönen Fussweg in ca 15 min zu erreichen. Tutto bene! Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal in Noli und hoffen, dass dann die Villa Anna frei ist... grazie Paola und Maurizio!

Tolles Objekt und ganz tolle, nette Vermieter - Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.
Gut ist es, zu wissen, das ein Fußweg von ca. 100 m bergauf zu bewältigen ist.

Stupenda Villa Anna, stupenda Noli!
Siamo stati (coppia con cane) in Villa Anna per un mese intero e dal primo giorno ci siamo sentiti a casa. L'appartamento (quello più piccolo) e' accogliente, la vista splendida da ogni finestra (le foto rendono l'idea), e la cucina piccola ma super accessoriata.
L'arredamento é molto semplice, ma funzionale.
Considerando la posizione, avevamo la sensazione di stare nella casa piu' bella di Noli.
Non solo la casa, ma anche il giardino e tutto l'intorno e' veramente bucolico.
Grazie per l'organizzazione tramite Simone e Fausto che ci hanno assistiti fin dall'inizio e alla gentilezza dei padroni di casa, sempre disponibili.
Noi siamo giovani e liguri, quindi siamo abituati ai caratteristici sali e scendi. Non avendo bambini/carrozzine da trasportare abbiamo considerato la salita (corta) una scusa per fare un po' di sport! Pero' la posizione della villa va considerata in caso di persone un po' piu' anziane oppure genitori di bambini piccoli.
Facit: non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!!

It has wonderful views out of every window, and a comfortable garden with castle walls behind and also with views down over the town and sea. The lack of car access was potentially difficult but we had friendly help up with the suitcases as part of the deal, and as we got used to it the walk up past the bishops palace turned out to be a delight (and easy enough for the two older members of our party). It's only a short walk down to the town centre. The owners were resident in their apartment downstairs for some of our stay, and they gave us warm welcome. They also went out of their way to help one of our group with a travel problem which was much appreciated. We were delighted to stay in Noli, the wooded hills around it have kept it small, we could watch the fishing boats leave in the morning from our balcony, and see the size of the waves to decide whether or not to swim. We took great pleasure in finding out about the history of the town as a maritime republic, and exploring the medieval centre. There are well marked footpaths up into the hills, and I would have liked to spend more time exploring the local countryside. We had a wonderful holiday, my memories are permeated with the smell of jasmine which seemed to be growing everywhere. I was very happy to have chosen the Villa Anna - I'd recommend it to anyone.
