Los jardines, la atención amable del personal en restaurante y la cercanía de mi habitación a la alberca.

Que las habitaciones son muy rústicas, la TV no es Smart, no hay frigobar y que no te facilitan bancos en la regadera. Tampoco me fascinó el agua caliente en las albercas ya que llega a parecer tina de baño en vez de alberca. Lo bueno es que tienen una con agua a temperatura ambiente, la cual si refresca. No pude usar el jacuzzi de la alberca ya que estaba cerrada el área x mantenimiento.

El servicio de los meseros en el Restaurante, se esperaban al 100% en la atención. Nos consintieron demasiado.

We bought a cake for Mother’s Day and request for some plates and forks and they said they are not allowed to give us any so we have to order something in order to get some plates

Awesome grounds, very nice restaurant, overall cleanliness, and the attentive service in all of the areas.

This trip to Cuernavaca I stayed twice to Hosteria Las Quintas the first time was fantastic (3 nights flawless) but the second time I stayed it was kind of a mess unfortunately. It all started out before getting there, I started receiving messages from the reservations desk saying that they couldn't be process the payment (?) asking me for a different card, in fact it seems that booking needed an update, which i did immediately. Then the check in nightmare started out... at the reception they mentioned the card issue again, i was asked many times to give a different card, when booking.com had already confirmed the payment, then reception lady couldn't find the chosen category room so she tried to slide a deluxe room, as i know the place i refused and had to explain that i booked a suite with balcony... she said that i have to wait if i wanted to get a suite w/balcony (?) So in an effort to help, told her i didn't need the room ASAP as we were going to be out for a while, so she will have enough time to get room, when we return around 6 hours later, I got the room (77). The room it was pretty run down, curtains very worn out w/ even holes in the fabric, they wouldn't close completely, so the light was getting in the room very early in the morning, the balcony door "floats" maybe up to .5 inch off the floor so the AC leaks out to the balcony so the bedroom gets kind of soggy, the drain from the shower was clogged, my husband was taking a shower and had to stop because the water was getting out to the main area of the bathroom had to call maintenance at 9 pm. Tried to book a spa treatment for my husband and the spa it's not there anymore, it's a place that's around 5 blocks away from the hotel they don't offerhere's no transportation provided for this service either...
