Location- 20-30 years ago this was a must in Ambato. Emblematic place.

I consider this hotel has deteriorated throughout the years. It is a pity. I have been here a couple of times in the past years, but could never find my stay ideal. I hope the hotel regains its 1st place on Ambato´s list, as it was decades ago.

The location was perfect !! The view from the third floor and breakfast choices. The choice of dishes at the restaurant was great, they had the typical dish " fanesca" it was delicious.

The only thing that I could have changed was that in one bed I found some hairs inside the sheets, it looked like they did not change them before I arrived, I reported this to the cleaning staff and they apologized for the situation. I did not see any alcohol or sanitizer at the entrance or at the front desk, but I had mine as a precaution.

This Hotel is in a great location with wonderful views. The room was clean and confortable. We also enjoyed the included breakfast.

The location is really good. It has a nice view from the city but we didn’t get a room with that view (although the hotel was pretty empty)

The staff offered me a room for what was listed in the app but then they raised it abruptly. They gave me a room with a spectacular view but I was recently used and it was open. Then they gave me another room with poor wifi signal although I asked for good wifi at the check in. The place felt really old and is plagued with ants. The breakfast was regular although I had to seek for someone who can give me a spoon and also to order my breakfast. It seems that they have a lack of staff in the hotel.

Was good for a night or two. Servíce is not so good. I asked for ice and cups but it never got to the room. I waited 30 min then went to the restaurant in the hotel and got it myself.
