This apartment was spacious and very comfortable for 2 couples. The location is excellent with restaurants ,cafes and shops all in walking distance.
Fans may need repairing as they are noisy.

Apartment is very central & easy stroll to the Main Street of Margs Town. The layout of the apartment is great & overall nice decor, but few things need cleaning / replacing. Outlook over 2 car parks isn’t ideal, but wasn’t as bad as we thought it would be.
There were a few things that stopped the stay being ideal… The pillows were all SO big, like bolster cushions, we all ended up using nothing or our rolled up jumpers. The heating didn’t work & nighttime temp dropped to 5 degrees during our stay, the instructions just referred us to the user manual, which didn’t work. Not sure if it needs to have heating activated as only aircon mode worked & even at 35 degrees was blowing cold air. The sofa, cushions & blankets need a steam clean or replacing. The sofa has large scuff & spill marks on it, tried using the throw blanket to cover it, but it also looked pretty worn too. Set of wine glasses needed. Kitchen only had 3 mis-matched wine glasses (1 was a cup), which isn’t ideal for a stay in a winery area.

The pillows were like huge boulders and the outside noise at night until early hours was really bad.

Lovely decor and plenty of room for the family. Nice location with easy access to restaurants and shops in the main strip.
The view from the patio of the back of Coles isn’t great.

The villa was nicely furnished and facilities were well functioning. Location was superb as it was next to Cole's and near many eateries.

The unit was exactly like the pictures, home away from home feel. Location was great just off the main street.

Villa on Fearn was fantastic! Exceeded all of my expectations. We absolutely loved our stay. The location was perfect, the apartment was clean and the decor/renovations were amazing. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Margs and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful, modern, clean and spacious apartment. Right in the heart of the city. Stones throw away to the main street.
Lock box was hard to get into. Tried several times before finally unlocking box with 2 of us doing it.
Would really, really suggest adding a full length mirror somewhere in the apartment. We had a wedding to go to, but didn't have a full length mirror to see how my dress looked. This would make the accommodation perfect.

The fly gnats were awful, couldn’t have coffee without them landing in there. Location whilst right in town makes for it to be incredibly noisy day and night. Remove the plants, overkill.

The apartment was newly renovated and extremely clean and comfortable. It was well equipped with everything required for a very comfortable stay. The location was central to Margaret River shops and restaurants.

The only thing I can pick on is that I didn't expect we have to wipe the used surface spotless/dry and make sure the floor is clean ie no hair as part of checklist items to meet. And empty the bins and to take downstairs away from the apartment stay.

Great location, right in the middle of town allowing us to walk everywhere.
Comfortable and well layed out apartment.
The kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook and reheat our meals.
We were really impressed and will definitely be back.
The broom supplied to clean the floors as required was really average. A vacuum or a sabco dust control mop should be supplied to speed up the vacate time.
The lack of aircon in the master bedroom meant the rear of the apartment was always warm.

The only thing maybe would be noise from the car park early in the morning but that’s to be expected staying in apartments

Everything! It was scrupulously clean, and the decor was so beautiful. Good spot to walk into town and once the car was parked, we didn't touch it till we left. We booked it at the last minute and couldn't be happier with our choice.
The only thing is the pillows didn't offer much support, but we doubled up with pillows from the second bedroom and it was perfect. Having said that, pillows are a very personal preference.

Check out was 10am, a guy basically entered the house through the open door at 10am sharp and didn't announce himself. Scared the hell out of us! Thought was some random guy just wandering in. Found out was the cleaner. That's fine, but seriously while we are still there should be given a heads up someone is coming in, not just waltzing in with no call out to us, knocking etc.
